Didn't great me at the counter, wouldn't make eye contact and rang everything in. I checked my bank account to see how much money I had left being 19 dollars. My friend came over thinking I didn't have enough to pay for the pizza and said I got it girl don't worry. I told her no I already payed girl and the cashier with glasses said "She already payed do you not listen?" Which had my friend in aw. We were treated awfully, as a person who works in customer service myself I was in shock. No one should ever treat anyone with the disrespect this woman gave us. After getting stranded due to some car trouble the other day, we had my mom's car towed to West's based on two things: a) their reasonable labor rate and b)that they had previously helped my mom out when her car was overheating over the summer, with no expectations in return. They gained points for that so we were willing to give them our business. We're both in need of our inspections in about a month or so, so this was a test run in a way. We dropped off her car to them about an hour before they closed on Thursday evening and it was ready to go the next day. Quick and efficient service at a very reasonable rate. They didn't try to take advantage of us (let's be honest - half the time if you are a woman and dealing with a mechanic it feels like they're trying to take advantage of your assumed lack of knowledge). I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to them in April when it's time for my dreaded inspection, and I will visit their quaint little full service gas station whenever I'm in need and in the area. :)

He bought gas using his card, which only had ten dollars on it, went out to pump his gas, and the pumps werent working. He alerted the employee working at the time and she stated that she had forgot to turn the pumps on and that there was nothing she could do. My fiance was scheduled to work at 6, and since this person couldn't do her job, now he doesn't get to go do his.
