I said I didn't want meatballs then.. she started to lecture me that they will be cold when they are in a cooler all day. Every other location had them hot, and just didn't want them out in a microwave. She would not let me get a single word out. Very rude and talking to me as if she knew who I was saying man, and dude. Very disrespectful! I called the store and asked for a manager, the guys told me he was and assistant manager. I said I would like to speak to the store manager, and he told me no. I asked for the number to corporate, and he said hang on and left me on hold for 10 mins and never got back to me. DO NOT GO TO THID LOCATION!!!!

He bought gas using his card, which only had ten dollars on it, went out to pump his gas, and the pumps werent working. He alerted the employee working at the time and she stated that she had forgot to turn the pumps on and that there was nothing she could do. My fiance was scheduled to work at 6, and since this person couldn't do her job, now he doesn't get to go do his. Let me say at my store, since it would have been our fault, we would have made it right!

When I moved here from the city I was excited to support local small business. I was wrong when I…read morewalked in here. At first everything was fine. Sure the senior citizens that are behInd the counter can't comprehend a word your saying but I was paitient. The one guy that works there has never cracked a smile in his life and is just miserable. Emily is the only one who would ever make sure everything was right for me. Calling in refills is dreadful because the aforementioned employees can not understand a thing over the phone. Recently I had my scripts sent to a different pharmacy because this place is so slow. Unfortunately they didn't take my insurance. I called and spoke directly to Jim. He assured me he would get the scripts transferred back. Eight days later and still no scripts. I actually stopped in Tuesday to see why and they do didn't have them. They didn't have a reason. Yesterday I called again and the man said they couldn't be transferred...but the controlled substance was...?!?! Finally I got in contact with my Nunda pharmacy and they are greatful for my business. Never again will I go into this God forsaken pLace.
