Beware! This place is scamming people ! The guy at the register charges you for things you didn't order on your receipt and then makes up why the charges are there. Be sure to check your receipt !!! The cashiers here are over charging you and pocketing the money! Today I walked in and got charged for an extra drink I didn't order, and when I called the guy out on it he tried to say it was something else I bought, and then it was a discount, and then I had him re ring each item and when he did it was mysteriously $3 cheaper. The store does not honor 7-Elevens refill price and they charge either for a large drink or a small drink depending on who the person is. They have sale signs for the cigars that state they are $1.19 however, they still charge fully two dollars for the sale black n mild provides to its customers. 7-Eleven has a deal right now for donuts that are two for two however, again, the open department two different charges for donuts so they don't ring up for the sale price. read more

Indian guy at the cash register kept insisting that my Platinum American Express was being declined for a $9 purchase. He smirked and seemed to enjoy embarrassing me in front of the other customers. Of course, nothing was wrong with my card and it went through with no problems 45 mins later at Whole Foods. It would help a lot if the cashiers would update the prices on the sale items. Sale priced items often ring up as regular price. So if you're not paying attention...there goes your money! Yesterday, I went into the Aldengate 7-11 store to check on my Lottery ticket, and asked for the exact same ticket. The clerk refused to give me the same ticket and gave me a ticket with one row of numbers. We had an argument about this and he told me that I needed to fill out a form. Bottom line, this clerk was so disrespectful, and he lost my business for good. Zero Star! Just came in the store to try their cold brew special for $1. I bought 2 for me and my girlfriend. Raj the clerk that rang us up charged me almost $4 for the two saying that's the price for them. He took my money without any hesitation and was not apologetic at all. He was so rude and disrespectful!!! I told him you have a big sign in front of the store that says it. Raj added that it's old sign. They should have taken it down to begin with. False advertising! 7-eleven here is an older store. off on a side street from the main hesperian ave. 7-11 here is more noticeable than the post office next to them. only one clerk runs the whole store. service polite, friendly, and slow cuz i had to seek him out to get something. The cashier was extremely rude to me. I had made it clear that I wanted a bag before he rang me up. He then proceeded not only to give me a bag but tell me a plastic bag was forty-five cents. I come here at 430 am everytime I work and I have not had a bad experience here so far. You would assume the clerk would be grumpy at this time but nope. He's blasting Indian music and singing along to it. And they have good coffee, or I think its good and for it's price. During the day time when I come here the clerks are usually friendly, but sometimes they don't say nothing at all to you. But I don't come here during the day enough for me to give a better evaluation. The taquitos are good though! That's the only reason why I come during the day because of those. Don't go here. Today was free slurpee day and there was a long queue of families waiting to have their kids get drinks. The bad part about this is that the employees did not tell people waiting in line that they were not honoring free slurpies, and wanted to charge people only after they waited and walked to the cashier. The manager was rude and kept telling people they were wrong when they inquired about free slurpees, even though it was not yet 7pm (the time when the annual event was over). In addition to misleading people and not following company policy, the place was filthy with loose plastic and puddles everywhere on the floor both inside and outside of the store. This past Saturday was hot is hell, so I decided to grab a slurpee. As I was standing in line to pay for my slurpee, the customer in front me wanted a hot dog. The cashier that was working around 4:55pm, that is an old man with a white beard dropped the customer's hot dog bun on the floor, picked it up and then gave it to the customer, (WHICH IS ALSO ON CAMERA) and I WENT OOOOFFFFFF. I told the customer what he did and of course I was upset cursing because that is so DISGUSTING. Don't go to this store, these people hate their customers! They will yell at you if you make a mess while getting coffee, charge you extra if you over-use their condiments, and give you an attitude every single time. I grabbed a cup for coffee and noticed the cup wasn't clean, so I grabbed another. The Indian guy working there was like, "Hey, you! Why you get two cups? I'm going to have to charge you for that!" And then another time, an Indian lady saw that I got a cup of ice, she said, "I'm going to have to charge you for that." And I said, "Sorry, I didn't know." And then she smartly replied, "Well, you should've asked." with a happy smirk. Their food is expired, they leave their hot dogs there until someone buys it. My friend had a really terrible upset stomach after getting something from here, it's like the food was sitting there for a whole month... so cheap, they care more about money than their customers.
