The girls were friendly and helped us choose our dishes. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. We ordered two ramens and a burrito for $62 for two people, but everything was incredibly bland and lacked flavor. For that price, we expected much more. Sadly, we didn't enjoy the food and wouldn't return. One fun detail was the complimentary tokens for the toy claw machines we really enjoyed playing and winning some toys! Thank you for that little extra. Overall, great service and a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. I wouldn't recommend this place for the dining experience.

While I understand that this is a small run shop I will say that standing in line and waiting on a Saturday morning really is discouraging. The food however, a super delicious and came out very timely. So absolutely no complaints for me and they also have a water station set up so you can help yourself to water which is fantastic. After sitting around for about an hour to an hour and a half this place got super packed with families's children and strollers which made it even harder to move around. The ambience is fantastic so definitely worth it for your social media. I would come back here again, however I'm not really someone to order alcohol here at this time but for breakfast I think it's great.

This place was such an experience from start to finish. One of our favorite surprises was the self-serve ramen bar. It was quick, easy, and so much fun! They had a great variety of ramen options, making it easy for everyone to pick exactly what they wanted. We also couldn't resist trying the affogato, which was the perfect little treat. For dessert, we tried both the Misugaru Bingsoo and the Strawberry Ube Bingsoo. I absolutely loved that you can customize your bingsoo with any of their homemade ice cream flavors, and you can even choose between a cup or a bowl. The bingsoo is made with incredibly creamy shaved milk ice, topped with generous scoops of their homemade ice cream and delicious toppings. It was light, fluffy, creamy, and so refreshing. And the ube croffle...I'm still dreaming about it! It was soft, buttery, and crispy all at the same time. It reminded me of a funnel cake topped with ice cream--but somehow even better. It came with the biggest scoop of ice cream, and one thing we noticed throughout our visit was how generous every scoop was. The Asian-inspired ice cream flavors are unlike anything we've had before. Every flavor we tried was rich, creamy, and left us wanting another bite. Our kids absolutely devoured the Oreo ice cream and kept asking for more. This was the perfect family outing. There truly is something for everyone here, whether you're craving ramen, bubble tea, bingsoo, croffles, affogato, or unique homemade ice cream. Next time, I can't wait to try their bubble tea and bring home a few pints of ice cream to enjoy later. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our kids, which made the whole experience even more memorable. We felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you so much for having us!! (I didn't get a chance to take more pictures as our family completely devoured everything so quickly!)

We ordered the Matcha Brown Sugar Latte and Mango Bingsoo topped with Alphonso mango ice cream. The Brown Sugar Matcha Latte was really good, especially if you're someone who loves a strong matcha flavor. The matcha definitely comes through, which I appreciate! The boba, though, was a little disappointing for me. The pearls were on the tougher side and almost tasted like they weren't fully cooked. Next up, the Mango Bingsoo. I liked the texture of the vanilla shaved ice--it was light, soft, and melted nicely. The toppings included fresh mango, mochi bites, and corn flakes, plus that Alphonso mango ice cream on top. While it was good overall, I was hoping for a much stronger mango flavor. With "mango" being the star of the dessert, I wanted that fruity flavor to really stand out.

We were a bit far from home and our kid was getting restless, so I looked up nearby indoor playgrounds and ended up here. It was $25 since it was a weekend until they closed at 6pm. Our kiddo had a fun time! It's not as gargantuan as some other playgrounds, but they have a baby and toddler area, and it's multi-story so there's a lot of climbing and sliding. They also have an area with a bunch of riding vehicles, and most fun of all was the ball room. I thought a place called ball factory would have more...balls? But the ball room is basically a room with air cannons that let you load and shoot these soft play balls around the room. It's surprisingly pretty fun even for the adults to fire off a few rounds. And as someone who has been to a few of these indoor playgrounds, I'm grateful you don't have to buy their proprietary socks. Like I went to one place that wanted grippy socks - and we had grippy socks, but they weren't theirs! Some places need better insurance policies I guess, so I'm glad the Ball Factory isn't insanely strict. What's also nice is there's a Polish grocery next door, so I grabbed a few items while my wife stayed here. Our only gripe is there could be more seating in the play area for us parents to catch up on our phones, but at least the food area has a lot of space. And kids even get a free ball on the way out! Overall I think we'll come back, but we'll be sure to eat lunch before and dinner after since outside food isn't allowed.
