The photo area is always unmanned-- I end up standing there for several minutes before having to track someone down. Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

The clerks I have interacted with thus far have all been very pleasant and even HELPFUL. They have regular deals that I take advantage of and they have actually made me a fan of 7-eleven again after losing hope for years! I don't get the gas only bc I am a flex fuel user. So now I am going to have to call their corporate office and my bank in order to make sure that this weird fellow has not stolen my $20 when all I wanted to do was stop and get gas.
