The photo area is always unmanned-- I end up standing there for several minutes before having to track someone down. Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

The pharmacist said it was $71 and they don't take Kaiser insurance. I told my husband that's too much and we'd wait until we get home. The pharmacist said we could look online for a coupon. She told us about goodrx. I found a coupon for $50 for the medication we needed. I thought it was nice of her to tell us about the coupon/discount site. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's still pricey since it would only be $5 with our insurance.

I asked him to put $20 on pump three and then when it did not work, I came in and he asked me if I had lifted the nozzle up and I said yes and he told me the transaction was canceled. It was not canceled out of my bank. I was charged the money And the man refused to give me the gas I had paid for. He caused a terrible scene in front of a bunch of people almost making me cry because I'm a poor single mother, who can barely afford gas as it is much less paying for scam artists who are unhappy with their lives and their bodies. So now I am going to have to call their corporate office and my bank in order to make sure that this weird fellow has not stolen my $20 when all I wanted to do was stop and get gas.
