She packed all the tamales neatly added napkins, plates, forks and a generous amount of salsa. The kitchen area was extremely clean. Tamales were warm, delicious, not greasy and not dry. She also mentioned that they offer breakfast burritos, champurrado, juices and more in the mornings at 6AM. The gentleman was kind enough and shared all the other items they have, including fresh handmade tortillas which he had us sample. I would encourage management to either provide her with retraining or have a conversation with her about professionalism.
