Wonderful First Visit…read more We had such a wonderful experience on our first visit! While I was creating an account, I happened to use my new last name after celebrating our wedding days prior and Samantha, the manager, overheard and surprised us by gifting us some complimentary macarons that said congrats!. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it really made our first visit feel extra special. The matcha is amazing! The best place to go if you are a matcha drinker. I added boba and lychee for a fun addition. My husband got the mango smoothie with mango boba and it was also very yummy! I'm so glad we stopped in. The macarons were absolutely delicious, and everything about our experience was fantastic. Samantha was so kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

It made me really uncomfortable. We were out the door by 9:00, so it's not like we were holding them up. If you're going to take orders that close to closing, there's no reason to treat customers like that. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

It took about 30 minutes to get up to the window and then another few before they handed us our SnoCones. The ice has a very snowy consistency, and we all ordered extra syrup. Good thing because the bottom third of each was just ice - no syrup. That's the only gripe. It's a bit pricey from what I remember SnoCones costing, but it's been years since I've had one. I can't speak to the inside of the place, since we did the drive thru, but they are open late and have other items like smoothies, bowls and drinks.

Inside, there were two customers seated in the dining area and one employee, a woman, sitting among them. The lady behind the counter politely said it would be just a minute or two before she could take my order. After waiting about four minutes, I decided to be patient, but I noticed the team was giving full attention to the drive-through while ignoring walk-in guests. It became clear that in-store customers were not a priority, so I left and went elsewhere. The takeaway here is that management seems to lack proper training and quality-control oversight. Looking at other online reviews, I'm beginning to see a consistent pattern of similar experiences.
