The milk they use truly is great it was creamy and made just right. Not a long wait. The whole cafe is set up super well, lots of spaces to meet up or to study. For our late afternoon dust storm road trip back home to New Mexico on February 17, 2026, my daughter opted for an iced cappuccino that was deliciously creamy and sweet to her liking. I wanted something much more impactful and caffeinated, so I settled on a Cortado which is basically a shot of espresso with as much steamed milk.
