These are low calorie and sugar free, so there is no feeling bad for consumption of anything later! For comparison, her shakes are 20 Oz and have less calories than a tall standard Starbucks Frappuccino. The teas will give you that extra kick in the pants that you may need to get through the day. I don't live in the area locally (from out of state), but I have family that lives in the area and visit fairly often. I bought some DIY take home teas for when I am back home. They have not disappointed! I haven't even mentioned the best part yet. She also has a drink menu for kids!
