They…read morewere so thorough, funny, and fully honest about everything -- checked my (pretty much dead) battery as well and walked me through the process of changing my lug nuts due to an issue. They picked up all of the needed parts for me and called me at each shop to OK the prices, dropped my tire off at their vetted shop (after they stood in the cold searching for leaks for over an hour the night before), and put it all together in one single day. Saved my day and made it look so easy... I might not ever have to bug my dad for car advice again!

I was told "the quote is just an estimate and they don't know what's needed until they arrive", which I understood from the beginning but I would have appreciated a heads-up of additional costs - especially that high. I wasn't given the option to approve or decline the added costs, and I would have declined had I been called. On top of that, they arrived 7 hours later than my scheduled pickup time. While they did mention being behind that morning, I had no idea that meant a delay of a full 7 hours, and clearer communication would have made a big difference. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience and I will not be using them again. It feels yucky and scammy. Lastly, I'll mention they said they could "return" the car to it's original location and cancel the job for a cancellation fee of $140. So, I'm left with the "choice" of leaving the extra charge of $180, (already ran my card) for the job. OR an extra $140 for essentially ~no~ completion of the job. Giving two stars because I don't feel confident this is a legit company and felt very scammy. I…read morerequested a tow for my SUV a few miles from Bellevue to West Nashville. The lady was hard to understand, poor phone connection as well and not a local number. She didn't address what company she worked for either and was questioning who I was when I was very straightforward asking for a tow for my SUV. She got my information and then told me it'd be 40-60 min wait for a tow (not too bad) but it is a $350 flat fee and requested payment upfront over the phone. I've thankfully not had to do many tows in my life but this really caught me off guard and there was no way to pay in person. Also $350 for an SUV to go a few miles is crazy expensive. Other quotes in the area have all been $100-150. I'm not saying this is a scam but it didn't leave me feeling very comfortable or confident especially since they were able to come quicker than any other company. If I'm proven wrong here I'm happy to remove or change my review if possible.
