There was absolutely nothing special about this old fashioned. I think the most disappointing thing about this drink was they muddled the luxardo cherry into the drink. The only place so far that I found that actually had luxardo cherries WHY would you muddle it. Ugh. The inside was cool. Seemed like she was trying to be funny but for some reason was just plain rude. We overheard one couple say they were leaving sooner than expected because of it. Everyone has a bad day so we steered clear of the bar and enjoyed the music and dancing. The atmosphere is chill and while energetic and FABULOUS! The only thing I would definitely change, if it was possible, would be to expand the space. Expand everything. Including the bathrooms. But they are doing great with what they have to work with! There's no way anyone tasted them before they went out. And the cherry on top was the Jerk-o-licious, a flavorless, charred piece of chicken on a dry biscuit with what seemed like more canned peaches on top. The Holla-Peños were another winner--fresh jalapeños stuffed with creamy brie, goat cheese, and mozzarella, then topped with blueberry compote and a honey-thyme drizzle. It sounds unusual, but the combination really works. The Caesar salad was also very good, with crisp romaine, bacon, housemade croutons, pesto Caesar dressing, parmesan, and shallots. The only dish that missed the mark for me was the Steak & Poblano Peppers. The flavors were fine overall, but the steak had a slightly odd smell that made me hesitate, and it wasn't something I would order again. That one dish aside, I've consistently enjoyed my experiences here. Creative menu items, excellent cocktails, a beautiful upstairs dining space, and several standout dishes keep me coming back. The horseshoe sandwich is a local favorite, which is an open faced sandwich with sliced bread topped with meat (we got the angus beef), fries, and cheese sauce. It was quite heavy and creamy because of all the sauce. Overall we enjoyed our meal and our server was very friendly, although service was on the slower side.

She mentioned they were short-staffed. The food was just okay, and when we asked for medium spice, it came out way too spicy, so we couldn't eat much. I might think twice before coming back.

All I did was help my brother up the stairs to find the bathroom, and he forced us to leave after he accused my brother of stumbling up the stairs. He wouldn't even let him use the bathroom before he made us leave. He didn't even let us have our drink that we paid for, I have never been treated with such disrespect at any other bar I have been to.
