As a chronic nail biter, I had really made a mess of my nails. Prior efforts with acrylics, tips, gel fills, etc etc etc all ended up destroying my underlying nails. They ended up thin as paper, damaged and unhealthy. Eric uses a gel veneer that is different than other products. It has restored my damaged nails. On the nails that were not damaged, he has used his standard base, gel and top coat material and he does not file away at my nails to remove the gel polish. Because of his technique and the higher quality materials he uses ALL my nails are healthier and stronger now that they have ever been. I don't need the gel veneer anymore - Eric repaired and restored my screwed up nails so that all my nails are strong, natural and pretty.

I'm so disappointed to say that today I've experienced the worst pedicure of my life. I had a 4:00pm appointment that I booked online. The technician that I had was very young, kept calling me "bro", and was literally playing a video game on his phone while he was giving me a pedicure! I had yellow polish on my toes from the last pedicure I had here. The technician was scrubbing them with a tool and I told him that it was regular polish, not shellac. He said I know, and kept going over them with this metal tool, which was a little painful. Then he cut my toenails with the polish still on, removed the polish, and barely filed my toenails. He tried scrubbing my feet awkwardly, which was very ticklish so he just stopped. Then he took some water out of the foot bath and put it all over my legs and rubbed them down with a scrub and then removed it. I received no lotion, and then he placed hot towels on each of my feet. The technician said that something bit him and went into the back room for a while. When he returned he was playing the game on his phone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. There were no other customers or employees working when I received my pedicure which was strange because they are usually busy and it was only 4:00. When the nail tech painted my toenails it was very rushed, he barely let the base coat dry and he began applying the polish. I've included pictures so you can see the terrible paint job, my dry feet and yellow nail polish still visible from my last appointment. I also have a rash from the aggressive scrubbing. I let the polish dry under one of the dryers but it was hard to see the details due to dim lighting. When I got out to my car in the sun I was very disappointed. My feet were much better off BEFORE this pedicure.

Prices are very reasonable as well. Just a small disclaimer. I noticed here on yelp on her about me page says they offer 20 percent off for new clients, which isn't accurate. I did ask about this during checkout and she said no. I didn't force it or debate it considering I was happy with my brows lol but just for others it's a warning so you don't be surprised when you go to checkout and don't receive the discount for first time clients. She started with the pinky showed me the nail to see if it was the right thickness but I wanted it a little thinner and when I go to voice that to her it was huffing and puffing, eye rolling like I had just messed up her whole day because I wanted a thinner white tip and she had only did One Nail. Again I'm the one paying for the service. So I politely asked her to remove the french tip which again only the pinky was painted and to do another base coat. She gave a lot of theatrical treatment and was not professional at all telling me if she had an attitude I wouldn't be here like wow you're saying this cause I wanted a thinner french tip. It was a shocker because out of the 6 times I've been to her I never received that type of attitude. But I will be sharing with my 355k social media following to just have them beware and to come in with exactly what they want measurements, design, colors, length and correct shape if they sit in her chair because if you don't you'll receive a nasty attitude for a service YOU'RE PAYING FOR.

I was able to get an appointment for about a half hour later as a walk in, which was great. My manicurist was so sweet; I wish I remembered her name to give her a shoutout!
