I expected so much more from the sandwich company I personally had to add other flavors such as more salt and pepper to get any flavor from the sandwich. The service was nice. The young lady gave me recommendations on what I wanted to try since that was my first time there it was an average sandwich shop decorated with sandwich, paraphernalia restaurant, vibe items, but I can't say it was nice and clean.

It was like watching a well oiled machine in action. The atmosphere instantly felt nostalgic and brought me right back home to the hustle and bustle of New York City What stood out immediately was the staff. Even though they were incredibly busy, every single person was friendly and took the time to greet customers as they walked through the door. That kind of hospitality is becoming rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was an absolute delight. As someone who regularly interacts with business owners, I can confidently say this owner is a gem. Genuine, approachable, and incredibly responsive. qualities that are harder and harder to find these days. The bagels themselves are made fresh every day starting at 4:00 a.m., and they're even cut on-site right in front of you when you order them. You can truly taste the difference! During my visit, I tried the Pizza Bagel with pesto cream cheese paired with The Heights. I also had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch with sweet cream cheese and the OG. Every single one was outstanding. And this next part almost pains me to admit as a lifelong New York bagel loyalist... I think I like JB Bagelry's bagels better than any bagel I've had in New York. Yes, I said it. As someone who has spent years insisting that New York has the best bagels in the world, this was not an easy conclusion to come to. But these bagels are simply that good. In fact, they were so good that we came back the very next day!!!!! If you're anywhere near Cleveland, do yourself a favor and go. JB Bagelry isn't just serving great bagels, it's delivering the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.

If you don't know already, the fries are not frozen, they are cut and fried on the spot. Oh yeah, a large fry is really all 3-4 people need, I just got overly excited and ordered the bucket. I have to say though, between the two of us (wife also LOVED THEM), we put quite the dent. As for sandwich, I obviously went with the 10' Philly with meat, cheese, mushrooms, onions, and banana peppers. This must be the big seller because the person taking my order rattled off exactly what I wanted. You can also add mayo or mustard, but thought the calorie count already exceeded my daily amount. The wife, lets call her Alison, had the 8" Club. As did I, Alison really liked the quality of the meat but also the bread. Not too crisp where the roof of your mouth feels like someone took a metal rake to it. I sampled a taste and agreed with the quality of all the ingredients. Double meat / Double cheese isn't needed in my opinion but I can see how people would go for it especially after a night of drinking. Last but not least is the freshly squeezed lemonade. YUM!!
