So, not only with Bills Plumbing, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. After living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I am sick and tired of being treated like this by these so called "Professional" contractors and vendors. So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.

This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now. Rates were reasonable for this market and cost of living for the new tank plus labor and few misc. parts. Highly recommend Silverado for your plumbing jobs.

Our toilets started raising up and not flushing. We had a man come over and clear the vent, which…read moreseemed to solve the problem. But then it returned. Meanwhile our drains had always been sort of slow I called Drain Medics to just look down the vent pipe to see if it had really been properly cleared. They have a visual tube to stick down pipes and see what's going on. I thought the vent pipe may not have been fully unclogged. But when Austin arrived he immediately spotted something on the front yard that changed everything. A wet patch right under our window was in fact leaking sewage. With poopoo and all! When he put the visual tube in that big drain pipe we saw the entire inside of a very corroded old cast iron pipe going all the way out some 30 feet. Austin said this rough corrosion would catch T-paper and plug it up. Then in a day or two they'd melt, but then in a few days it'd do the same thing again. Austin told us most plumbers would replace the drain pipe. That would dig up our lovely natural lawn, take several days, and would be pricey. He could do a coring out of the inner corrosion of our pipe and then coat that with a strong epoxy resin which would fix the problem. It's guaranteed for 25 years at about 3/4 the pipe-replacement price, would also save our front yard from destruction, and take only a day. We accepted. Upon further research, I found they were indeed representing the situation correctly and their prices were very reasonable. And moreover they among the few plumbers uniquely qualified to do such repair and at such a price, as this was their specialty. They showed up and did the work brilliantly. I've watched people work and have some experience in the field, and they were top notch. Everything went without a hitch. Again, I cannot praise their professionalism, friendliness, and efficacy enough. Well, a few days have passed. The drains drain faster. The toilets flush better. A job I feel really good about. I consider it among the best investments in our little old casita that we've made.

We rarely write long reviews, but Drain Medics truly deserves it…read more We started having recurring sewer and drain problems that kept getting worse over time. After multiple backups and temporary fixes from other plumbers, it became clear our sewer system was failing. We called several companies and got a wide range of opinions -- everything from full excavation to vague promises of "trenchless" solutions with very little explanation or proof. From the first visit, Robert and the Drain Medics team were completely different. Instead of jumping straight to selling us something, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They ran a camera inspection, showed us exactly what was going on inside the pipe, and explained the condition of the line in a way that actually made sense. What really stood out was their real-world experience with sewer relining. Other companies said they offered it, but couldn't show past work, footage, or confidently explain the process. Drain Medics clearly specializes in this -- and it showed. Robert walked us through every step of the relining process, explained why it was the right long-term solution, and answered all of our questions honestly. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no upselling. Just straightforward facts and options. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and incredibly efficient. They restored and relined our failing sewer and drain system without tearing up our yard or home, and kept us informed the entire time. The before-and-after camera footage was impressive, and the final result gave us peace of mind we hadn't had in years. What really sets Drain Medics apart is trust. They do what they say they're going to do, they explain why they're doing it, and they stand behind their work. You can tell this isn't a company that just "added relining" as a service -- this is what they actually do, and they do it extremely well. If you're dealing with sewer issues and want an honest diagnosis, real trenchless experience, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, choose Drain Medics. We're extremely glad we did. They also were very affordable compared to other companies!!

Instead of speculating, Jim sent James out to evaluate our system personally. James spent two hours inspecting everything and discovered the previous company had recommended a massive amount of unnecessary equipment and failed to mention that the actual issues were caused by their own poor installation. The best part? Cool Willy's didn't charge us a dime for the visit, calling it a "re-evaluation." The next day, they sent an estimate for the actual repairs that was less than half the price of the original quote. It's rare to find this level of integrity.
