Garret came in slightly under the others - and actually was able to do a little more within my budget than the other options! We also love that when he came out, he actually had sample grasses for us to pick from on the spot and a booklet of all the paver options, so it was easy to visualize the end result. He also gave me a much better warranty on the work he did than anyone else. The team worked fast and efficiently. And once they started, they finished within a week. And when it was done, they let me keep the excess materials, in case we ever need repairs down the line. Highly recommend!

After looking into replacement options such as wood and vinyl, we decided to invest in a slumpstone wall for its lack of maintenance required and longevity. After consulting with several local masonry contractors, we chose CPF Masonry and it was a great decision! We valued Pat's extensive knowledge of the requirements for a structural wall and their pricing was highly competitive. Pat also demonstrated extreme patience with us during a lengthy pre-construction phase as we were dealing with a difficult neighbor for the project. CPF Masonry managed the entire project from start to finish: tearing down and hauling away the old wooden fence, building the new stone wall, and helping with the cleanup afterwards. The final product looks absolutely phenomenal and completely transformed the aesthetic of our backyard. But during my work endeavors I came across GPM / General Pavement Management. I retained them on behalf of my employer for a small scale commercial project. About 35k sf of an R&R - remove and replace of asphalt. Fancy, i know. Despite the fact we delayed awarding, followed up multiple times with questions and generally subjected them to the normal Corporate delays, they were very patient, continued to bid our other projects and were overall a real pleasure to work with. Heck, even my asphalt engineering consultant was impressed, which is difficult to accomplish. And our management team had no issues, whatsoever. WIN! The finished product looks fantastic. I drove it myself a week or so ago. It is one smooth ride, baby! Which is really all you can ask for when it comes to asphalt, no? You want smooth humps, and no bumps and that's what they delivered. They also were certain to make sure the grading and drainage were shot accurately so we don't have issues in the future, for the more technical sect out there. And their crews were professional, swift, kept debris to a minimum, and worked on time. I also have no concerns about future pot holes or dips developing. It was a smooth surface and undisturbed sub grade they relaid asphalt over. I am very happy we went with GPM and am already considering them for future projects. Big shout out to Patrick for all his help with seeing this project through to the finish line.
