Lastly the price, 20,000 (TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) to spot prime, caulk, and paint....! That's crazy. I know the economy is nuts right now but with a quote like that, seems you didn't want the job. In fact Song told me he painted my house last time. The prep work was detailed and meticulous and they were on time at 8:30 am everyday. It was a hot week but they soldier on. I admire their work ethic. My neighbor grows a lot of edible plants on her lot and was concerned about the wind blowing some chemicals over her vegetables. Lopez was able to put up a plastic canopy over the fence all the way to the back of the lot. I was amazed that they could do that and my neighbors were very grateful. They cleaned up well and the house looks wonderful now. Thanks for a great job!
