Yesterday, I called Eddie to see when he was arriving for 2010 sq' small paint touch up that was made 2 week's prior. He had already done my other home. He responded with: "Hi Arnold how are you doing? I'm sorry l am still busy with this job l should finish today but they are add more work for me". Not even a call prior to let me know he wasn't able to make it. I let him know the whole purpose of him doing this job is I have a tenant moving in April 15th. While he offered to do it that weekend the whole point of me setting up was so The whole house could be cleaned after the paint touch-up. He asked if I could put my cleaners off for a week except that means the house wouldn't be cleaned when my tenants moved in and that's not how I do business. In any case I was forced to find someone at the last minute that in all candor wasn't as good as Eddie but Eddie left me with no choice. So I'm sure he's fine if you're doing a property like in Malibu but if you're a little guy like me and you just need paint and touch up go elsewhere because that's what I ended up having to do. Called him to fix a desk and he comes over, looks at it and says he can do the job and to give him a little bit to figure out how much supplies cost. When I call him to get an update he says wed need to replace the entire laminate. I tell him that is fine and he says he need to figure out price and to text him diagram of measurements. After texting him measurements he completely ghosts me, no texts no updates no "Hey I can't do the job" nothing but screened phone calls. read more

Eddie was fantastic! I had a slab leak and had to have pipes rerouted through the walls and ceiling in my laundry room, hallway and bathroom, so I needed a bunch of drywall repair. Eddie responded to my request for a quote quickly and came over to see what needed to be done before we scheduled the job. A few days later, he came over with his crew and they got most of the work finished in 6 hours on the first day! The rest of the work was done the next day in a few hours. I was overwhelmed with how much needed to be done but Eddie knew exactly what he was doing. The price was extremely reasonable and included the drywall, texture coating and painting. They removed all of the light fixtures during the work and put them back after (and even cleaned them off first). They also cleaned up really well afterward. Eddie understood that I wanted to have things back to normal as fast as possible, so that I could go back to using my bathroom and laundry again. He made the process easy and fast.
