Their vehicles and equipment were clean and tidy. The painters were courteous, prompt, and professional. They were also considerate of our coming and going during the job, keeping access to our home whenever possible. Each day, they picked up and cleaned as best as expected. Precision Painting has been working in our community for weeks now, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The workers sanded our red front door while it was open, filling our entire house with red dust. Despite multiple cleanings and mopping several times, we're still finding red dust around the house. This situation has been extremely frustrating. If they had simply closed the door while sanding, it would have greatly minimized the dust spreading inside. To make matters worse, my wife is pregnant and due any day now. The last thing I want is to bring our newborn into a home with paint dust everywhere. I have never had such a poor job done. I had my 100 year old painted oak doors stripped. They gouged and shredded the interior mouldings on the door panels, they didn't get most of the paint off and told me that was as good a job as they could do. It is costing me hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours to repair the damage, and they will never be able to be stained again because of the nature of the damage and repairs. They said they had done lots of this kind of work. I very much doubt it. The HOA contracted this business for wood replacement and exterior painting. During the wood replacement, they damaged my unit's electrical circuit. While assessing the damage, they tampered with the breaker box and wires and altered the settings on the heater, thermostat, and AC unit, resulting in none of these appliances functioning now. Two months have passed since the incident, yet I still await HVAC professionals to troubleshoot the problems. The current management seems ill-suited for the company. The external wood repair is not yet fully complete, and I suspect they will not replace some of the damaged wood, instead referring me to another construction company for approval. I contacted Precision Painting in July to obtain an estimate to paint the interior of my 3 BD/3 Bath home. Ryan Robinson was on time & friendly. I requested an estimate to paint the interior with options to include ceilings & closets. I received the estimate about a week later; however, it did not include the optional items (ceilings & closets). I replied to Ryan's estimate asking he include the optional items. With no response after 3 weeks, I again emailed Ryan, asking for the optional items as well as adding the stairs. After 2 weeks with no response, I called & left a message that I wanted the complete estimate. I've never heard back from Precision Painting. I understand contractors are busy now. And I'm probably not their 'target' customer. But a call back that they're not interested in my project would have been appreciated. read more

I originally went with Precision Painting as they seem to be dedicated to their work and did a nice job on my parent's home a while back. I was happy with the initial job but disappointed after as their guarantee to come back and fix any areas of defect apparently is not much of a guarantee. I had the entire interior of my house painted- including walls, ceilings, cabinets and shutters. It's been over a year now and the paint has held up great. The actual painters did a phenomenal job. The painters get all the credit for the 5/5 stars here. I've also received comments from others about how great the painters did. My one issue was I was originally told by the manager quoting the job, it would take 2 weeks to complete my project. Awesome I thought. Well I was wrong, it was completed over the course of 3 months. Some weeks the painters were here working and other weeks there was nothing happening. I also had to call many times to figure out what was going on. If the managers would have been more up front about the timeline it wouldn't have been so annoying to work with the company. In the end, the painters are incredible so I would highly recommend because of them. Just be open to delays in your project and the quoted timeline being off. read more

We decided to have our exterior painted, and we reached out to four companies for a quote. Precision Painting's quote was on the lower end of the estimates, but most importantly, they seemed by far the most professional in their approach. Bobby came over and took the time to walk around the house, note the scope of the work and explain in detail what they would do, from start to finish. Their written agreement and quote looked solid, they moved us up on their schedule to accommodate our timing issue, and they followed up in the planning stage to ensure we would be ready for them to start. They first sent a color consultant who was great to bounce ideas off of, and she came up with the color choice that matched what we were after. Then their crew (Sebastian and Angel) came over to start the work. They power-washed the exterior, sanded down the wood where needed, and filled in the numerous cracks in the stucco of our old house. I was really impressed with how meticulous they were in every aspect. The painting work itself was extremely comprehensive -- they missed nothing, not a single spot that I could find on the final walkthrough. They really are precision painters! After the work was done, they did a thorough clean-up job. Throughout the entire project (a bit over a week), Bobby came over often to check on the status and provide some guidance to his crew. We just finished our project - the exterior painting of a 3800 sqft home. The team we had, Carlos and David, did a terrific job. The project came in on time and on budget. Both men arrived at exactly 7am and did a fantastic job of cleanup each day. The project supervisor, Forrest, came by on a regular basis to check on the progress but more importantly touch base with us as to any questions or problems. The punch list, which was minor, was completed without question. They even went the extra mile to include some items not in the bid because Carlos and Forrest felt they needed to be done to meet their standards - which based on the finished product, are quite high. The final day involved the team putting everything back as they found it. To our delight, they decided to put everything back in even better shape and cleaner than they found them! They pointed out things that they could fix like broken stucco and even said they would fix our gutters that were coming loose.
