Precision Painting did a great job. Our job foreman, Doug, was the first person from the company we met (during the bidding process) and the last person we saw when they completed the job. Their vehicles and equipment were clean and tidy. The painters were courteous, prompt, and professional. They were also considerate of our coming and going during the job, keeping access to our home whenever possible. Each day, they picked up and cleaned as best as expected. I'd frequently seen the trailer parked around the neighborhood, so I assumed they were good and affordable. I was right. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. read more

I am a return customer, which should tell you something. Chris had some great suggestions and was a big help with my decision making. The painters, Alex and Raul were timely with arrival, and worked as promised through the day. The quality of the paint, prep, wall repair, etc. was great. I feel very comfortable recommending them to you. read more

Chris and his team did an exceptional job painting my home. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were a pleasure to work with--professional, communicative, and organized. They provided a thorough project review and a detailed, transparent estimate up front, with clear and very competitive pricing. The work was completed exactly on schedule, and the results are fantastic--I couldn't be happier. They even replaced a large rotted beam along the way, handling it quickly and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and a seamless experience. read more

Precision Painting has been working in our community for weeks now, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The workers sanded our red front door while it was open, filling our entire house with red dust. Despite multiple cleanings and mopping several times, we're still finding red dust around the house. This situation has been extremely frustrating. If they had simply closed the door while sanding, it would have greatly minimized the dust spreading inside. To make matters worse, my wife is pregnant and due any day now. The last thing I want is to bring our newborn into a home with paint dust everywhere. This lack of care for a family's well-being is upsetting and concerning. read more

Ivan and his crew have been fantastic. They are sensitive to individual homeowners requests and needs. I have never had such a poor job done. I had my 100 year old painted oak doors stripped. They gouged and shredded the interior mouldings on the door panels, they didn't get most of the paint off and told me that was as good a job as they could do. It is costing me hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours to repair the damage, and they will never be able to be stained again because of the nature of the damage and repairs. They said they had done lots of this kind of work. I very much doubt it. They refunded part of my money, but not all of it and have cost me over $600 to get the materials to make the repairs read more

Ivan and his crew did a fantastic job with our large project home repainting at Turtle Rock Crest in Irvine. They took individual home owner's interest in mind answering questions, explaining the process, etc. Protecting landscapes, hardscapes, cars and furniture was a priority for them. if you want a competent, professional and respectful painting company - this is it! read more

Precision Construction & Painting - Almost done! - Painters Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Precision Painting saved me from a 5 year+ debacle of a leaky kitchen window whenever it rained due to cracks in our building's exterior stucco wall. Our new property manager had great things to say about Precision, and the rest is history. Right off the bat, Precision was different than the other vendors we'd spoken with over the years: they were responsive, starting with Jennifer & Melanie, and when Ismael came onsite to assess the situation, he solved my problem within minutes and explained a clear plan of attack. Ismael, Jose, & Ricardo were so amazing and went above & beyond with the stucco repairs, caulking, & painting. I couldn't believe everything they did, while on 40' ladders, and how much better my exterior walls & windows look. Can't recommend Precision enough! read more

The HOA contracted this business for wood replacement and exterior painting. During the wood replacement, they damaged my unit's electrical circuit. While assessing the damage, they tampered with the breaker box and wires and altered the settings on the heater, thermostat, and AC unit, resulting in none of these appliances functioning now. Two months have passed since the incident, yet I still await HVAC professionals to troubleshoot the problems. The current management seems ill-suited for the company. The external wood repair is not yet fully complete, and I suspect they will not replace some of the damaged wood, instead referring me to another construction company for approval. I am very disappointed with this conduct when no one is responsible. read more

I really want to thank Erik and his entire team for painting the entire interior, including all of the interior wood, of my newly purchased home. Erik was very accommodating to my short timeline and with getting the job done despite numerous challenges outside of his control. Crew members were courteous and professional. Forrest was great to work with to oversee the project and Suzi helped pick out just the right colors to go with our flooring. I am very pleased with their technique to paint the wooden cabinet doors throughout the entire home. A professional paint job makes such a difference. It was well worth the investment for me and I am glad I went with Precision Painting. read more

I contacted Precision Painting in July to obtain an estimate to paint the interior of my 3 BD/3 Bath home. Ryan Robinson was on time & friendly. I requested an estimate to paint the interior with options to include ceilings & closets. I received the estimate about a week later; however, it did not include the optional items (ceilings & closets). I replied to Ryan's estimate asking he include the optional items. With no response after 3 weeks, I again emailed Ryan, asking for the optional items as well as adding the stairs. After 2 weeks with no response, I called & left a message that I wanted the complete estimate. I've never heard back from Precision Painting. I understand contractors are busy now. And I'm probably not their 'target' customer. But a call back that they're not interested in my project would have been appreciated. read more

We were perfectly happy with the paint job at first... But now several years later we find out that their painters painted over things they shouldn't have and it's costing us thousands of dollars to fix it later on. So I wouldn't say their painters are highly skilled or watching out for what's best for your home, unfortunately. You'd need to babysit them, and who has time to babysit a team of painters for days? read more

This would have been the second time I'm using them for a full exterior painting of two houses. This company is amazing. They are responsive and as a team do an exceptional job. Your search is over go with them and you can't go wrong. I got quotes from four different vendors and went with them. Their prices are fair. Their work amazing. Their crew of punters are professional, energetic and my detail oriented. They did such an amazing job when I hired them for my mom's house that I ended up hiring them again for my own house. So that you are aware everyone is backed up on jobs and we had to wait about two mo this for our project. But we did not mind at all. They are worth waiting for. Again fantastic company you will not regret going with them. read more

I like to thank Precision Painting (PP) for the professional, effective and prompt response to resolve our situation. I particularly like to thank the owner for his effective and efficient response to our call. Furthermore, I like to thank Ismael and his crew. Ismael provided a highly professional, friendly and flawless coordination support to this effort. His superior crew performed an efficient and outstanding job as well. Even though only the gutters were painted during this effort, the entire house now looks as refreshed as when originally painted by PP a little less than 2 years ago. That's exceptional service! Thank you! A very satisfied customer. read more

This review is long overdue... Precision Painting is the BEST! Cannot say enough about the professionalism, work ethic and craftsmanship of Evan, Sean and the painting crew. We were moving into a new home and wanted to get the whole interior house repainted (plus wallpaper removal) prior to moving in, so time was of the essence. Evan came out to give us an estimate on the job, and from the onset we could tell he knew far more than other painters we had out to quote the same job. Precision painting was the clear winner on all fronts when compared to the competition: knowledge, attention to detail, time guarantee, and superior products. Evan was wonderful during the estimate and negotiation process, and made us feel really comfortable with our choice to go with them. The time came to start the job, and both Evan and Sean came out to do a walk through with us and confirm all details. They took their time to review paint choices and options, and again guaranteed we would be done before the moving day. With two young kids during a pandemic, we were pretty insistent that the work be completed before our family was in our new home. Precision painting came through...and even finished a day early! The crew was ALWAYS on time, super professional during the whole process (I was onsite daily for check ins), and the work far exceeded our expectations. I've recommended Precision Painting to anyone who has needed a painter, and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Evan, Sean and the whole Precision Painting team!!! You made our new house feel like home! read more

I originally went with Precision Painting as they seem to be dedicated to their work and did a nice job on my parent's home a while back. I was happy with the initial job but disappointed after as their guarantee to come back and fix any areas of defect apparently is not much of a guarantee. They blamed the prior paint as the cause and offered to come fix some of the cracks and bubbles at a charge. I was really disappointed. read more

Worked with Forrest majority of the time on scheduling and set up. He and his team were just so easy to work with and we are so pleased by their results! I highly recommend them. Plus we got probably 8 quotes including them and they had the best price for an actual company contractor. Also I spoke to Brittany who sends over the contract and goes over details. She was also just as friendly. Overall a great experience. read more

Sceduling a quote was easy. They needed to change the date which was fine. They came out took a look and said they would send me the quote within a few days. One week later still no quote. Decided to go with a painter who was responsive and who sent the quote in 24 hours. read more

Precision Painters just finished painting my home and even I am a very particular person with very high standards I have to admit they did an amazing job! the service and work ethic they provided exceeded my expectations. One of the workers left some paint stains on our new wall paper which was just installed a couple of months back and Both Ryan Robinson and Milan Kross were right away on top of the situation and had me install all new wall paper that was flown out of Paris so the room looked perfect as it did before. I am not a person to write reviews easily but in this case I have to admit they went way beyond to make things right and provided me with excellent service and a great painting job altogether. So thank you . Glenn D. read more

My review is not based on any of their work performed. When I reached out to them to see about the work I wanted and obtaining a quote for a small job, they advised me that due to COVID, they only do minimum work orders of 3K and up. I had the entire interior of my house painted- including walls, ceilings, cabinets and shutters. It's been over a year now and the paint has held up great. The actual painters did a phenomenal job. The painters get all the credit for the 5/5 stars here. I've also received comments from others about how great the painters did. My one issue was I was originally told by the manager quoting the job, it would take 2 weeks to complete my project. Awesome I thought. Well I was wrong, it was completed over the course of 3 months. Some weeks the painters were here working and other weeks there was nothing happening. I also had to call many times to figure out what was going on. If the managers would have been more up front about the timeline it wouldn't have been so annoying to work with the company. In the end, the painters are incredible so I would highly recommend because of them. Just be open to delays in your project and the quoted timeline being off. read more

Absolutely, 100% recommend Precision Painting! From the start, Eric Murray, was friendly and professional. I recently had the outside of my entire house painted. I can't say enough great things about Precision Painting. We had restuccoed about 35 years ago which they painted last week. You would never know it was painted. The stucco looks brand new. The eaves, gutters and facia were also painted. They did such a great job of sanding the wood it looks brand new after painting. I'm so impressed as I've seen other houses that were painted by other contractors that did not take the time to sand well. They also filled in any cracks so the wood is completely smooth. Thank you so much to Ryan (estimator), Steven (project manager) and the painters. Great job! I will certainly call upon you when I work on the inside of the house. I am your reference!!!!! read more

Precision Painting did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home! Evan did an excellent job from the initial estimate through the completion! Strong work from Juan and team on repainting the front half of our house. Our project manager Forrest was excellent - a great communicator and straightforward and ensured I was happy with the final result. Precision Construction & Painting - Before and After! - Painters Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

We decided to have our exterior painted, and we reached out to four companies for a quote. Precision Painting's quote was on the lower end of the estimates, but most importantly, they seemed by far the most professional in their approach. Bobby came over and took the time to walk around the house, note the scope of the work and explain in detail what they would do, from start to finish. Their written agreement and quote looked solid, they moved us up on their schedule to accommodate our timing issue, and they followed up in the planning stage to ensure we would be ready for them to start. They first sent a color consultant who was great to bounce ideas off of, and she came up with the color choice that matched what we were after. Then their crew (Sebastian and Angel) came over to start the work. They power-washed the exterior, sanded down the wood where needed, and filled in the numerous cracks in the stucco of our old house. I was really impressed with how meticulous they were in every aspect. The painting work itself was extremely comprehensive -- they missed nothing, not a single spot that I could find on the final walkthrough. They really are precision painters! After the work was done, they did a thorough clean-up job. Throughout the entire project (a bit over a week), Bobby came over often to check on the status and provide some guidance to his crew. This was one of the most flawless experiences I've ever had with a contractor. They did exactly what they said they would do, at the price they said they would do it at, and in a manner that was highly respectful and professional. I appreciate the quality of work they did and would recommend Precision Painting to anyone looking to get their house painted. read more

We just finished our project - the exterior painting of a 3800 sqft home. The team we had, Carlos and David, did a terrific job. The project came in on time and on budget. Both men arrived at exactly 7am and did a fantastic job of cleanup each day. The project supervisor, Forrest, came by on a regular basis to check on the progress but more importantly touch base with us as to any questions or problems. The punch list, which was minor, was completed without question. They even went the extra mile to include some items not in the bid because Carlos and Forrest felt they needed to be done to meet their standards - which based on the finished product, are quite high. The final day involved the team putting everything back as they found it. To our delight, they decided to put everything back in even better shape and cleaner than they found them! Even with the challenges of working in a CV19 world, these three gentleman went above and beyond. We wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars! read more
