Angel, Mario and the team were excellent. I used them for interior painting in a home with high ceilings, and on a wood stained front door. After they finished and along the way, it was clear why the company is called "Perfect Painting." The team is polite and prompt (and loved my dogs). They were a joy to have in my home as you could tell they enjoyed their work and each other. Not only did they complete the work professionally and meticulously - I could barely found anything for them to touch up - they also did other little things that really helped me out, e.g., fixing a bifold door that stuck and did not open properly. And, when I had to change the order of the rooms to paint due to an unexpected plumbing issue, they were completely accommodating. Angel was responsive and a pleasure to work with. He came every day to check in, talk to me, answer questions, and to share progress and the plan for the day. And he responded to texts within about a half an hour or less, even after hours. I should have written this review much sooner but have really just started using Yelp. I have been using Perfect Painting exclusively since Angel first started his business. He was walking through our neighborhood maybe 15 years ago, handing out cards when he first started. I have never regretted using Perfect Painting. Angel and his team have probably done over 15 different projects for me and my wife over the years. He has painted two of our home's exteriors, two entire interiors, two fence painting projects and many special design projects for us. He has also came to the rescue when we needed some last-minute painting to finish escrow requirements just prior to closing. The work is always first rate. If there were ever any minor quality issues Angel fixes them immediately and without discussion. He owns his projects and is very sincere about delivering what he promises. I was looking for a company to repaint my garage doors and picked Perfect Painters because they have painted other houses in my neighborhood. They gave quote on the phone, and showed up as agreed. The work ended up being more extensive so I paid more. Lalo, the painter assigned to do my garage doors, has done an excellent job in sanding, priming and applying new paint. He caulked and filled in small gaps. The doors look like new! He was hardworking, i.e. from the time he showed up early morning to late afternoon when he left. I will definitely call Angel again for our next painting adventure. When we were looking for painters, my husband suggested given Angel a call. Angel had done work at both my husband's boss's house and at the company offices and was highly recommended from both. He took detailed notes and itemized everything to be painted. He took time to explain why some areas were going to be more labor intensive to do the job correctly. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely careful about masking areas, protecting our possessions (they even moved everything for us and replaced them) and meticulously clean. Doug was a pleasure to work with - he helped us through the color selection process and with such an extensive list of completed jobs in the area, when I would ask about a new color he could usually give me a reference to look at. He dropped off a number of large painted samples and even put one color sample on the house. His website with pictures & color names was also very helpful and the only place on the internet that I could find examples of most colors. He was able to fit me into a busy schedule to have the job completed before a party and checked in regularly to make sure we were more than satisfied. His crew was extremely professional and worked long days to get the job completed when we needed it, they went above and beyond accomodating extra requests that we had along the way. Lastly he said he would follow up to see if there were any touchups needed in a month and he called just as promised.
