I must say, I used them previously and had a very good experience. This time though, was not as expected. Pablo provided a quote and we agreed on a date to have the work done. The night before his team was to show up, he left a text voice message saying he was sorry but they had to postpone the work to the following week. No personal phone call, always text. The following week I reached out and asked if his guys would be coming and he text once again saying he had not heard from me and didn't think I was interested.
