What an awful experience. My quote included two quotes. I was assured that was all I would need. Once they started painting I was told that the paint wasn't covering and would require a third quote. I called the owner and he reminded me the contract only had two coats of paint. I'm not a painter and I don't know how many coated will cover. I agreed to pay another $1,600 to finish the job. There were so many areas that looked like a third grader painted the house. Not to mention they were very messy. To this day I am still finding splatters on the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, the new flooring and granite countertops. Their name should be Certa not so pro painters. read more

We had the interior painted, hallway, doors and linen closet and Fascia. His crew consisted of Fernando and his dad and came in on time and finished working in 3days. we had Leonard's team back to do the inside of the house. the speed, precision, and cleanliness of the team was amazing. they rehab'd our plaster walls, fixed all badly cracking/peeling paint, and made the whole house look new again. attention to detail cracks, moldings, doors, etc couldn't have been better. paint in every room was smoothly and evenly applied. Two years later and I'm writing an update and downgrading my review. Overall, the paint job on the main house still looks great, but there is an issue with the paint on the columns by our porchway... the paint has flaked off, exposing the concrete pillar underneath. No primer was used, it would seem, which is why I assume the paint has now completely separated from the concrete and flaked off in huge chunks. Unfortunately we were outside of the guarantee period by two months by the time I contacted Leonard and he told me that he won't fix because because it's outside of the guarantee period... he'll only address it if I do a new project with him. It's a bit disappointing as, regardless of the guarantee period, I don't believe that part of the paint job was done properly in the first place. read more
