We couldn't be happier with the work Vic and the entire team did on the exterior of our home. From the very beginning, Vic was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the project, and made sure every detail was done right. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. I found Swanson Painting on Yelp based on their excellent reviews, and they completely lived up to the hype! I worked directly with the owner, Vic, who came out personally to give me a highly detailed quote for a complete exterior paint project on my house. I had received estimates from several other painting companies, but Vic was incredibly accommodating and willing to adjust his quote to fit perfectly into my budget. Throughout the entire process, his communication was outstanding--he was always highly responsive to my many questions via both text and phone calls. The final job turned out absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Vic and his crew if you want high-quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service! read more

We highly recommend Swanson Painting. Vic and his crew were extremely easy to work with and the house looks great now. Vic and his crew were great! Vic prides himself on doing a quality job. When he was delayed he communicated on a timely basis. He uses quality paint and guarantees his work. When the job started, we found out that his crew are very conscious of quality. They do a wonderful job of painting. They're also good folks. They took care of any little things that we didn't like, even if they weren't "wrong." read more

Swanson Painting We loved this company. After watching the paint peel from the last house painting we scoured YELP and NextDoor looking for a great paint company - and we found one. Good painters prep and they went above and beyond for us. They arrived when they said, had on-site project supervisor & the owner would due a separate inspection also. I think our house was cleaner after they came They were respectful of our neighbors which is always appreciated. The owner is the one who does the spraying. They did a final walk through & corrected afew things I had questions on. Given all that you would think they would be super expensive but they were very reasonable. read more

Vic Swanson and his team are very skilled, thorough and detailed oriented. They painted the exterior of our house. They explained everything in advance, gave us samples of different paint colors and allowed us to make an informed decision. When we realized the some of the colors we had selected were too light, Vic repainted the area without additional charge. I highly recommend Swanson Painting. They exceeded our expectations. What an excellent experience! After several quotes I chose Swanson Painting for my Interior trim and complete exterior job. From the very beginning I felt very confident it was the right choice, and by the end of the job there was no doubt! Vic and his team worked quickly and professionally and left the place looking beautiful and clean. Vic was excellent with the neighbors who had to allow them access to their property to paint one of the exterior walls, (the neighbors were very nervous about their vegetables getting painted so this was quite a plus). Vic was also extremely gracious providing helpful tips and allowing me to use some of his tools to paint the part I needed to paint. He definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Thank you Vic! Swanson Painting - Walls, doors and trim beautifully done! - Painters Near Me

Our home needed a lot of TLC having not been painted in about 15 years. We had lots of stucco repair, and really messed up french windows everywhere. I did ALOT of research for the perfect painter, and met with several. Vic was my favorite and he did not disappoint. Him and his crew completely transformed our home, it looks NEW. Its really incredible. I'm very picky and OCD and Vic perfected everything. Our deck overhang was wood and we wanted to paint it white, the wood kept coming through but Vic put like 10 coats on it and it looks so great. All my new plants were protected, I cant recommend Vic highly enough. His prep work is really outstanding. Looking at my home I know I made the best decision, and I dont think our beautiful old home would have come out so perfect in someone else's hands. Thank you so much Vic and team !!!!! read more

Swanson Painting prepped and painted the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier! This included the main house, patio, separate side shed, detached garage and carport, plus two metal gates. Additionally, the job included painting the inside of 5 doors. There was a lot of work with plenty of details, but everything turned out beautifully. Business owner Vic was always pleasant to interact with, easy to talk to and professional throughout the entire process. We found Vic to be honest and knowledgeable, plus he explained the entire job in easy to understand language. Since I have chemical sensitivities, it added some extra challenges to our painting job. Luckily for us, Vic knew exactly how to handle this situation and made some excellent paint product recommendations. There also needs to be a big 'shout out' for the crew of Swanson Painting. They were always punctual, worked hard every day, paid attention to detail, and demonstrated pride in doing the job well; qualities that can be very difficult to find these days. In addition to the prep work and basic painting -- at the end of each work day all of their tools and materials were gathered up and kept together in one area. Overall, the project was completed on schedule and the exterior of our home looks great! We are so pleased with the value provided by Vic and his team. We highly recommend Swanson Painting -- if we could give Vic and the guys more than five stars we would! read more

Go with these guys! We just had most of our interior house painted (roughly ~3200 sqft home) by Vic and his team, and had a great experience. Vic was very responsive to any requests, gave a timely and fair quote to do the job, and was on the job site each day during the 4 day job. He was very helpful in giving suggestions/ideas without imposing them on you, and his team was incredible! Super friendly, cleaned up great each day, and helped with any of our requests. I'm not even sure where to begin to describe what a dream it is to work with Vic Swanson and his crew. I recently purchased a new house, and I loathed the custom interior dated faux-finish paint that covered every inch of the walls. I found Swanson Painting here on Yelp and called based on the glowing reviews of his past clients. It turned out to be a smart decision. Contractors can always be hit or miss, but Vic is the ideal person you want to manage your painting project. Vic is polite, friendly, tidy, smart, punctual and a true man of his word. He offered his professional advice on colors and finishes but never forced his opinion on us. The job at my house turned out to take one more day than he'd originally bid, but he didn't increase the final price due to that. Also, halfway through the job my partner casually mentioned that he wished we'd added another item to the original bid. Vic just completed the request, matched the unknown paint perfectly without even being asked and it looks amazing. My job was fairly complicated because there were so many items on the walls to remove and/or protect, but Vic and his guys did it. We did a walk-thru and he didn't leave until all my punchlist items were completed. He took care of my house, and left it much cleaner than when we started. Vic and his guys worked their tails off to do an amazing job to be proud of, and they didn't leave until I was totally satisfied. Thank you to Vic, Lawrence, Pablo, Alfredo and the rest of the crew for helping create such a beautiful home for my family. read more

We needed the interior of our house painted and found Swanson Painting on Yelp. After reading several of his incredible reviews, Vic was my FIRST and ONLY choice. We had very high expectations, and Swanson Painting absolutely lived up to their stellar reviews. Vic always answered my calls, showed up on time, and his team delivered the high quality results we were expecting. We just had new flooring installed. Vic and his team meticulously masked the new flooring and covered items for protection. Painting in general is a very messy job. I was very impressed by their cleanliness, and how tidy they left the job. A true testament to their professionalism, no trash left behind, no over-spray, no mess to clean up. This is quality control that only an owner that works alongside his team can provide. Vic is very detail oriented, and takes pride in his work. He will not leave until you are completely 100% satisfied. Carpet is being installed next week. Vic even offered to come by after the carpet installation to personally touch up areas that may be nicked from the carpet guys! Talk about going the extra mile! Swanson Painting, thank you. It was a pleasure, and we will absolutely call you for our future painting projects. Honest, Trustworthy, Punctual, Fair, Reliable, Clean, Respectful. 10/10 read more

Swanson Painting - Vic in front of my house as they are preparing to finish up. - Painters Near Me

I chose Swanson to paint the exterior of my home because the owner, Vic Swanson, promised to be on site much of the time, which I thought was important. He was also willing to work with me on the price. A four-man crew worked on my house for five days. When Vic wasn't present, his foreman, Alfredo, led the crew very well. They did a good job prepping, which included repairing and patching stucco; scraping, sanding and repairing fascia, shutters, doors, windows; fixing the putty around many small French window panes and replacing a rotted two by four in a long patio bench. They also did an excellent job removing old ivy remnants from the North side of the house. Vic sprayed the house himself on day four. The fifth day was for finishing trim and clean-up. There are nearly 200 small French window panes in my house. To paint these by hand would have required more days and cost more money. Vic had, what to me, was a novel solution. He covered each large multipaned window with paper sprayed with a lightly adhesive sealant, cut out the parts to be painted, spray painted the whole window, then, when dry, removed the paper. The result was a very smooth uniform look in a fraction of the time hand painting would have taken. If you opt for this technique note that someone will need to clean the windows afterwards. When the job was completed, we noticed a few details that were missed. Vic quickly sent Alfredo over to take care of them. I am pleased with the paint job, the reasonable price and the professionalism and ease of working with Vic and his crew. I can say without reservation that Vic Swanson truly cares about satisfying his customers. read more

We chose Swanson's Painting because we saw the job they did on a neighbor's house. When I stopped and asked the neighbor what he thought of the job, he said Swanson's was "meticulous." I thought that chose of words said it all. We were not disappointed. They did everything they say they will do and more. The attention to detail is amazing in this day in age when workman ship is all but gone. His crew is polite and courteous. When they say they will show up at 7 in the morning, you can make book on it. read more

5 star reviews are hard to pull out of me as that is the highest of endorsements you can give a company. Most are not worthy of a PERFECT SCORE. Swanson painting is one such company that earned this 5 star review. In a world where quality is diminished and punctuality a thing of the past, Swanson painting exceeded our expectations. We had them paint the entire interior of our 2200 sq foot home. Folks, it's nothing less than stellar. Crisp clean lines, incredible attention to detail and they even went above the call of duty with other aspects of the job. Vic Swanson and his team are true craftsmen when it comes to painting. These types of artisans are a dying breed. Don't bother messing around with sub par companies who do shoddy work. If quality matters then you must check out Swanson painting. read more

Let me start by saying I have never had a tradesman I have hired ever care for my house as much as I do. From start to finish Vic and his guys were beyond professional and truly cared about my family and my homes well being. During the process a light was broke on my outside fan and in within 24 hrs they didn't just replace the light on the fan they bought me a whole brand new one. After a couple months after painting my patio had a leak( un related to anything they did) and Vic personally came to my house and caulked my entire patio without hesitation. Since then my patio hasn't leaked a drop. If you are questioning wether he is professional or the product isn't the best... rest assured it is.
