I deal with customers a lot and the time and patience they had was stellar. No high level stuff.. .they went into the detail of every charge and why and what it was for and how it should have gone. And in hindsight, given how the dispute happened, they probably could have not provided service, but they did. I thank them for that, and if I ever get the hair-brained idea to order concrete directly in the future --- I am confident I'd use these guys!
