Kelly, This individual is kind, patient and understanding the needs of the client. I appreciate her ability to work around a working individuals schedule. Ergeon was able to provide me with a professional brekdown of cost for the cementing of my driveway, walkway and patio area. There were NO hidden cost and the estimate included 3,000 PSI. In addition to that they adhered to all covid guidelines and was flexible to do video consultations instead. read more

Did a video call and was supposed to get me a quote early this week. Have still not heard a thing.

Great quoting process, Guy was great!! But no idea about fence quality or installation quality!

Although we are still going through the bidding process I had to take a moment to highlight their outstanding customer service during the quoting process. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, and the virtual quoting process was seamless, fast, and extremely convenient. Mel Quiros, in particular, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind--making the entire experience stress-free. While we're still waiting on some additional quotes from others, Ergeon's exceptional service has definitely put them at the top of our list. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you're considering a project! read more

Very responsive, very good energy and fair in pricing. I checked out a few companies and they quoted me the quickest and it was all remote.

The staff were professional and reliable. The product is high quality. My budget cannot fit them now, but I wish I could afford them.

Susana piedrecita was the estimator for our gate repair and did a great job. Quick, was very patient and stayed on the phone while I filled out the paper work I needed to fill out and confirmed all was complete before hanging up. Good job Susana! read more

I used Ergeon for chain link fencing last year and just signed a contact to add more fencing. I went with 6' tall chainlink. The install went well. Communication went very well. Kelly Caracciolo was easy to work with and kept me informed as the job progressed. I would recommend giving her a call if you need a fence quote. I also used Ergeon for a wooden privacy fence on a rental property and it went very well with Kelly and the install. read more

Well, I haven't even had my fence installed yet but I am writing an initial review to give well deserved kudos to my sales manager for my job Alejandro. His professionalism, promptness, and all around quality service is what pushed Ergeon over the top. I had 4 different bids, did my research and homework on what I wanted, and though they weren't the cheapest bid, they truly were the best bid in regards to the information they provided me with the job and all around feel good about spending this type of money. I certainly will circle back around when the job is complete and update my overall review...so far Ergeon is PERFECT! ***** read more

I was in dire need of replacing 4 gates and about 100 linear feet of fencing. Kelly, who did a virtual visit was able to give me a quote in less than a day in both vinyl and wood. I then had to run it by my neighbor who hates vinyl and wanted some changes so Kelly, once again, turned around the quote in record time so that I could have it for my meeting. I am very impressed by Kelly and Ergeon! The neighbor and I are still in "negotiations" as to what we will do but I am confident that Ergeon will be there and do a great job when we figure it out! read more

Am in the quote phase. The representative I've been working with has been very responsive and helpful. Thus far I've been satisfied.

This company depends too much on being "high tech." They kept wanting to conduct video tours of property and work desired than actually coming on-site. I ended up telling them I wan not interested in their services. read more

We need some fence repairs completed and I recently spoke with Alejandro for an initial consultation. He spent a good amount of time talking with me about the couple of items that need attention, referencing the photos I sent and looking at our property virtually. He explained what he thinks needs to be done and, based on the level of repairs required at this time, thinks this will be a better fit for a handyman. We will go that route for now but if / when we need a larger job done on our fencing, I will absolutely reach out to Ergeon and update my review accordingly. They seem like a great team and I'm grateful for their honest consultation! read more

We asked for a bid for fencing between my mom's house and her neighbors. ERGEON was fast in responding and setting up a time for them to take a look at the project and work on a quote. They gave us two choices for a quote. They could meet us in person or a video conference. We decided to go with a video conference. Took less than 14 minutes and got the quote later that day. The quote was very detailed and it also included pictures. Now we have an appointment to meet with the neighbor to make a final decision. I'm hoping they decide to go with Ergeon. read more

Our family is excited to work with Ergeon to replace a VERY tired old fence and gate system for our new house! We worked with Sandra and she was awesome at doing a virtual tour to look around the whole property and get the exact measurements and quotes for what we want. The renderings of what the fence and gate will look like are awesome. It took us a while to decide because we did compare quotes with other companies. No one could beat the proposal she put together! We're excited for the work to start! I appreciate Sandra's patience and availability to answer questions as we made our decision. Super friendly and professional! Can't wait to see the finished product! read more

Called over for a quote for fencing and gates and was super please with the representatives we've dealt with so far! The field agent was quick and thorough, Mark, our customer representative is knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. Although, I am still in the "acquiring estimates" phase of my project, I can say the figures delivered by Mark, are promising. We haven't been mislead, pressured or hounded for a response and that's really refreshing. read more

I'm very impressed with Ergeon especially with Nicole Lindo. Their consultation process is off the roof. I FaceTimed with Nicole showing her the location of where my gate would go and the depth of her knowledge and expertise was top notch. She addressed every single detail... Then when we discussed the quote she showed me 2d pictures of exactly what i would get. Was able to virtually open and close the gate, check it out on both sides with the posts and how they would go into the concrete. They used aerial views to show where everything would go.. I'm a person who appreciates new technologies, and yet easy to use and understand for a simple person. One important factor: they offer very fair pricing compared to other businesses... Nicole however is the big deal in the game. She had endless patience to address all my questions and concerns. I recommend Ergeon to everybody!!! read more

Look no further if you live in the City of Bradbury for Vinyl gate or Fences, as you will need to consult with the city to see if you will need a permit. Mr. Mark, Senior Customer Specialist Advisor from Ergeon was very professional. His years of experience made him very detail oriented in conducting a property assessment in using video call technology. I was having some technical problem with my new cell at the time, and he took the time to explained step by step in completing the process. A couple of calls were made to go over any questions or concerns that I may have had. His honesty had gain my trust to move forward in getting the work done - ( 2 vinyl gates going toward the backyard). It took a while for the permit process to be completed, as I was feeling kind of disappointed, and discouraged, due to the expiration date (Oct. 21, 2021) on the contract - but it was worth while. Mr. Mark took it upon himself to call the building inspector to get the process moving. He was very patience and consistent. I was truly impressed by his mannerisms and his willingness to go the extra mile to assist me - (permit approved Oct. 19, 2021). His patience, dedication, professionalism and commitment will never be forgotten. You will be in good hands if you go with Ergeon, as they are fully licensed and bonded. There gates or fences comes with a 5 years warranty and you only pay once the work has been completed, and you're completely satisfied. Looking forward in having my vinyl gates install in a couple of weeks. Thank you so much once again. You're greatly appreciated! read more

My wife and I have been very happy with Kelly Caracciolo's responsiveness and the company's pricing. We haven't had the project completed yet, so we'll come back and update when that's been done, but in the meantime, we are quite pleased vs. other competitors and quotes we received. read more

I am only reviewing Ergeon based upon my experience working with Kelly to obtain a quote on a fence job at my home. The remote estimation process was quick and efficient via a video teleconference. A quote was received within a day and was thorough with supporting 3D models of the finished fence sections with a complete description of the materials and cost breakouts. Their price was competitive with no upfront expenditure prior to build. I hope that the build goes off as smoothly as the quote process has gone. Looking forward to working with their team. read more

I've been working with Ergeon for the past year on a fence project that requires multiple sections. The entire time, Kelly has been prompt, easy to communicate with, kind and professional. Kelly has been so extremely helpful, professional and courteous with us as we slowly begin the process of having our patios rebuilt and new fences replacing old ones. I called an spoke with Daphne, a very pleasant girl, who took down all my information and assured me that someone would get back to me right away about a small project I needed. I was looking for quotes to build a fence around my place. I requested quotes from four different companies and Ergeon is the only one that contacted me. I spoke to Kelly and she was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She provided a couple of quotes based on what I was looking for and allowed ample time for me to review with no pressure. I would recommend Ergeon to my friends and family. It was a great customer experience. read more

The quote process was easy and seamless like I stated in my previous review and Kelly was amazing, however, once I approved the quote the install experience was difficult and lacked good communication on the part of the Project Manager Edgar. He started the project off informing me of the install process and scheduled someone to come survey and take official measurements. I didn't hear from him until 10 days later where he informed me that everything was good to go and that they would be coming 2 days later with two crews on the 4th to install the fence and it would be done in 1 day. I was asked to be home between 8:00am - 10:00am for the crews arrival and when no one showed up at 10:30 I reached out. It wasn't until I reached out a second time that I heard back from him at 12:00pm informing me that they couldn't come, because the material didn't come in and that they would be in and ready for install on the 5th. The crew showed up and instead of it being two crews like stated it was only one. They only installed one section of fence and removed another that day stating they would come back the following week. I had to call Edgar the next week when no one had to arrived to find out when they were coming. When they came back a 2nd time they did not have the proper materials. Proper materials needed to be ordered and were going to take 10 days to arrive. It again wasn't until I reached out that I was informed of the next install date, a date that was decided on without consulting me first. We scheduled a 3rd install date and the crew informed me that they needed to come back to finish a couple of things on a 4th day. After that I received a text stating the work was done when in fact it wasn't and it wasn't until the following Monday that Edgar called and I had to review the list discussed with the installer and he confirmed with the installer. Something that was originally quoted to take 1 day to do ended up taking 4 days over the course of a month. They are getting 2 stars from me on the install process because the installer and finished product were both good. read more
