Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. They thoroughly documented the situation, took photos, and clearly explained what to expect with our insurance claim--something that was incredibly helpful during a stressful time. After confirming there was no remaining moisture in the ceiling cavity or surrounding areas, they went above and beyond by returning to cover the ceiling.
