They repeatedly left nails, roofing debris, trash, and other sharp materials scattered around the property after work hours. The conditions remained unsafe and disruptive far longer than they should have. Multiple requests from the residents to clean up went largely ignored. Two of the four apartments are occupied by Eaton Fire survivors who lost everything in last year's fire. Given what these residents have already endured, I expected a higher level of care, safety, and respect. Instead, they were left navigating hazardous conditions around their homes for more than two weeks. The residents have told me they are afraid to post public reviews because they fear losing their housing. If safety, cleanliness, and respect for the people living on a property matter to you, I'd think twice before hiring this company.

He is very professional, personable, and experienced. Advanced Restoration & Construction were available during every step of the mitigation process. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly.
