They were timely, smart, helpful, considerate and you really felt that they were sensitive to what you were experiencing and that they cared! You just don't find that a lot anymore. I want to shout out to Bernice who coordinates everything... she is the sweetest and has your back! She is in constant communication and never tires of patiently answering your questions. The guys that came out over and over again were equally great... i hope i don't leave anyone out but Genesis Manny Alexis and Jaun were so good I wanted to recognize them. Alexis and Juan were out multiple times always with a smile and a calm word for me. I LOVE NICE PEOPLE!!!! So if you are in need of restoration I would hands down pick Tri-Tech. I'm the tenant in a home where Tri-Tech is handling reconstruction after water damage, and the…read morecommunication has been astonishingly poor. Carlos was our original contact. After repeated unanswered messages, my landlords escalated the issue to his supervisor, Jeremy. Jeremy said Joseph would be taking over and would contact me. Joseph never did. Today, September 28, 2026, I was then told that someone named Jorge was in the office at 4:15 and would be calling me shortly. That call never came either. Meanwhile, I am living in a one-bedroom apartment without a functioning kitchen, surrounded by boxes, while the reconstruction continues to drift with no clear schedule and no reliable point of contact. What makes this especially frustrating is that Tri-Tech advertises regular communication and dedicated project management. That has absolutely not been my experience. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want to know who is actually managing this project, what the current reconstruction schedule is, and when I can expect to have a usable kitchen again. At this point, the lack of follow-through has become as frustrating as the construction delay itself.

California Water Restoration and Construction is a great company…read more We had a water intrusion and needed our bedroom essentially rebuilt with drywall, paint, and carpet. Daniel the owner is extremely responsive and super helpful. We ran into several issues that caused the project to be delayed a bit. Daniel and the crew were super flexible. The only issue we had was our window coverings were put back on but backwards and lots of dust in the hallway and living room that was not cleaned up. These to me are very minor issues as the crew was on time each day and cleaned up after themselves.

I…read morewasn't sure how to proceed, but one thing that was confusing was pretty much no remediation people I talked to would actually patch up the walls/floorboards/baseboards after taking them out and getting rid of the mold! Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. So overall, it made sense to go with Daniel and is team just for the consistency of the care. And they did a great job on both ends!

Tal from Advanced Restoration & Construction initially checked for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter rounds, and placed seven blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. Tal's office assisted me in communicating with them, filling out all the required forms and documents, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. They handled everything consistently, replacing the damaged drywall and baseboards, repainting and restoring the affected areas and bring them back to their original condition. What stood out for me was their attention to detail and, of course, their respect for my home throughout the process.
