Harrison was fantastic. He stayed in touch even while he was on vacation to address my concerns. He also worked around the interior contractors I chose, and they covered the additional costs without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. If there were any delays, all I had to do was reach out, and they made sure to address my concerns and do everything they could to make it right. Harrison was present for every stage of the installation. He didn't just earn my business and hand me off to someone else--he stayed involved from start to finish. Lane, their Operations Manager, was also amazing. Whenever something didn't go according to plan, he made the process easy and resolved everything at no additional cost to me. I would absolutely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for my next roofing project.

Ben was referred to me by a friend who is quite meticulous. After a thorough inspection, I got a quote that was quite reasonable, and lower than a previous one I had gotten. They actually were available a day earlier than we had anticipated, and were prepared for them to show up very early. Sure enough, at 6:45 they were on site and ready to begin. Seven hours later, they were finished. They had an experienced crew of about 7 pros who got up there and fixed the issues, replacing decking as needed and gave us a roof that looked far better than the one that came original to the house. Additionally, they replaced the wind turbines and vent stacks. Finally, they painted all the stacks and chimney a nice grey to match the color of the shingles. Wow, it really looks great! Throughout the process, Ben kept me in the loop, and I was quite impressed. I can't wait to smile the next time the rains come down!
