Ignacio…read moreresponded in short time, was easy to communicate with and actually showed up for the estimate when he promised. We needed our front yard and flower beds cleared of acorns, weeds and old mulch. They trimmed a couple dozen hedges and two larger trees. They also added new mulch to the entire front yard, and what was fantastic is they picked up and transported the mulch! Three to four guys worked for 3 hours to complete the work, all for an Incredibly fair price and value. I received another quote that was nearly FOUR times what Tulum did the work for! I highly recommend Tulum and we will be working with them on any all future yard projects!

You will waste your money, we work so hard to earn the money so dont let him scam your hard working money. We hired him to get our lawn done on Jul 13th. He did a flopy job and went on vacation after that and promised to comeback to finish them all. Demaded the payment, I told my husband will pay after he finish but he did not have money to go on the trip. We paid full payment, took great care of him and his employee, and tip him as well. I am so up set the way people like him made us so stupid that they scam us on our trust for them and now made the whole community bad because we dont even know who should we trust anymore. We work so hard for our money and they scam us so easily. The reviewers he has there I believed in that was his family because this guy a real scamer. We called , texted mutiple times but no call back nor reponded to text message. Now we have to find someone pay extra to finish the job that he left with the money and unfinish. This is very wrong

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.
