The store front looks small but once you walk inside it's a whole world of silk flowers, greenery/plants, vases, tree limbs, wood findings and more things I can't begin to list. Every type of flower and plant you can think of. Stuff for every budget!! Single flowers and Bouquets, Garland Greenery , Drift Wood, Pines cones and anything you could possibly need to decorate with flowers and plants. Even false moss and mushrooms!! They have decor appropriate for your home and garden and flowers and decorations nice enough for a wedding, party, or any special event. I was abosulabos blow away! So, in the event you have a catastrophic even, likely you will have to change because you will not be able to duplicate your choice. i had that issue, wayer damage, and to keep from starting all over, I wanted to only replace what was damaged to keep what i have and love. Chewy, Annabelle and Chris at the Mansfield Tx store were amazing, very helpful and tried to do what was within their job descriptions to help but, F&D policies, process and procedure are not consumer friendly, not consistent with what is stated, promoted on their website consistentl. To make a king story short, they found the "discontinued" flooring in three (3) different states, $450.00 for the flooring, and shipped BECAUSE THEY DON'T SHIP... charged $450 per store for over $1,200.00 for Shipping. Highway robbery and raping their customer. I ONLY did so to save time. However, I still need flooring for four (4) other rooms and F&D manager would rather loose money, approximately $2,000 or more in sales, than expense the freight. Hell, they didn't bother to send the product back to main warehouse to ship to a store. Want that money... bottom line, they lost money. The store manager wasnof no help, so he can keep working hard and if I were you, be careful and spend your money wisely... else where.

The Farmers Branch location shows up again and again as having products available while others are out of stock (or I suspect they never had them in the first place). Furthermore, the merchandise is more organized, shelves are neater and it's just a generally cleaner space. This is as good as At Home gets.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. A man who appeared to be one of the owners or managers followed me around the store and repeatedly asked me, in what I felt was a disrespectful and uncomfortable manner, how he could help me. I politely explained that I was browsing and trying to decide if there was anything I wanted to purchase. At one point, I asked him directly if I was bothering him, and his response was, "Yes, you are. That response was completely unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. There is nothing wrong with asking a customer if they need assistance, but repeatedly following someone around and making them feel like they are a burden simply for browsing is not professional customer service. I left the store very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. A customer should be made to feel welcome, respected, and comfortable--not pressured or made to feel unwanted. I strongly recommend that the management of this location seriously address its approach to customer service and the way customers are treated. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.

I asked him to quote me for a drip irrigation system to help prevent foundation shifting, and he told me that based on my current irrigation system, I already had great coverage. I just needed to make sure that I ran the system twice a week for 12-15 minutes, let my Rachio system make the adjustments as the seasons changed, and I would be good to go.
