Fun atmosphere and cute items! This is a great place to grab gifts or decorations. Their cow hides are a great price too.

I visited this business with the intention of shopping and potentially making a purchase. I was simply taking my time looking around and deciding what I might be interested in buying. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. A man who appeared to be one of the owners or managers followed me around the store and repeatedly asked me, in what I felt was a disrespectful and uncomfortable manner, how he could help me. I politely explained that I was browsing and trying to decide if there was anything I wanted to purchase. At one point, I asked him directly if I was bothering him, and his response was, "Yes, you are. That response was completely unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. There is nothing wrong with asking a customer if they need assistance, but repeatedly following someone around and making them feel like they are a burden simply for browsing is not professional customer service. I left the store very upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. A customer should be made to feel welcome, respected, and comfortable--not pressured or made to feel unwanted. I strongly recommend that the management of this location seriously address its approach to customer service and the way customers are treated. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. read more

I really wish I had read the reviews for Western Linens before recommending this business to anyone. After seeing firsthand how management handles conflict with customers, I can confidently say there are far too many wonderful small businesses in the western industry to spend money somewhere that treats people this way. A disagreement is one thing. Yelling, getting in someone's personal space, and allowing a situation to escalate unnecessarily is another. There are about a hundred ways this could have been handled professionally, and somehow none of them were chosen. Afterward, I started reading through other reviews and was honestly surprised to see how many people describe similarly unpleasant experiences. When the same type of complaint keeps appearing from different customers, it starts looking less like an isolated bad day and more like a pattern. Great merchandise can bring people through the door, but how you treat people determines whether they ever come back. We definitely won't be. read more

I just moved from AZ and ads for this place have been showing up in my IG feed. I stopped in today after looking at their online store. There is not much difference between what they sell online and in the store. The layout is similar to a warehouse with very little organization and direction. There are signs on the shelves that say to not open packages but many of the sheet sets, comforters, and blankets were open. I was followed by staff and one of them was following me closely with a dolly down an aisle. They could have asked if I needed help, said excuse me, or use a different aisle to get to the back area. read more

Online hours stated open on Sundays, so I drive over thirty minutes to walk up and find it closed. Even the hours on the entrance stated open Sundays but at 3pm on a Sunday they were closed. read more

Ladies of north Texas do not patronize this establishment as the owner is extremely rude. He was very curt with me. My husband noticed and also asked a question and got a flippant answer. The products are all imported, overpriced, and not at all what we women are looking for when it comes to a sophisticated look. One may find a gift for a young child like a keychain or chaps. read more

It was my first time into the store and while I was browsing, I overheard two middle eastern gentlemen who I would assume are owners, talking crap about customers who just purchased a bunch a d left. One gentlemen said, "I can't believe they think they can ask us to thrown away a drink for them, like why do they even think they can bring them in." He said something things as well but didn't hear them 100% so don't want to say wrong. It was a couple late 30s and their mother (i would assume) they were talking about. The store is like a warehouse environment and not a nice store that wouldn't want you to have drinks, understandable. I didn't have a drink in the store but looked around and saw multiple people with drinks walking around. They saw the disapproval on my face after they were done talking crap and one of them gentlemen even asked me what was wrong. I decided to leave as if that is how they treat customers, I don't want to be one. As an owner of an online boutique, I'm glad I saw who I would be buying from before I even started. read more

if I could put zero I would. when we first arrived my daughter who is 8 sat in a rocker in front. she accidentally hit the wall with the rocker. Mind you not rocking sitting down in it because it was close to the wall. I immediately told her get up let's check the chair and wall. while we are doing so a man came out and said you hit my wall. I first looked at him odd because my friend and I were stunned by his approach. I told him the chair and wall are fine. I told her to get up immediately. my daughter then became very upset because he approached us very aggressively. I went to him once inside and said is the manager in he said he was the manager and owner. I said oh good. She was sorry and his aggressiveness scared her but she was sorry. he said well who was going to pay for the damage IF there was any. I said I would of course would you like to go look I didn't see any to the chair or wall. He said no and told me how dare I even speak to him Anymore and it isn't his problem my daughter got scared by his approach. Either way I see why he has 2.3 stars and why number one complaint is very rude management. read more

Buyers Beware. Purchased pieces at Dallas market. Never recieved order. Double check your invoices because items I did not purchase were added. When inquired about missing order the owner only wants to play text message games and no support for the order that was never recieved. Rude from the very start we regret doing business with this company. read more

We registered yesterday for a new wholesale account, supplied the requested information, and asked a few questions about this company before proceeding with selling their products only to be insulted by a person named Abdel Kanan who insisted on attempting to call us, inferred we were not a real company in an email, and finally after pressing him, he responded to our inquiries. Unfortunately, after reading their online reviews and discovering some serious issues with poor customer service, rudeness, and lots of errors with orders, delayed shipping, or not shipping all, we have reconsidered doing business with this company. While their products look great and would complement our current product lines, customer service is a big part of a business partnership and it would appear that a lot of the positive reviews here are not real as you cannot have this many recent customer service complaints without real issues. Mr. Kanan also got an attitude when we declined doing business and explained why. He didn't even attempt to win our business so that's that. His response, "That's fine you contacted us." Yes, I did and he answered my concerns completely. There are lots of businesses out there deserving and happy to take our business. I have added this particular company to my "FIRED" list. --Buffalo Trader Online read more

I have been a Wholesale Customer with Western Linens for years. I went in to the store to spend at least $1000.00. I asked about some items that were on the website and pricing. The pricing was cheaper on the website, which is available to ANYONE. So much for wholesale. When I asked why the difference in pricing? I was told by the young man that the website is different from the store??? Aren't ya'll the same company? AND he would NOT honor the website price and told me very rudely, if I wanted that price to order it online! So I continued shopping for the items I have bought for years only to be told that there was a pricing difference. HUMM Okay, I reminded him I was wholesale and wanted to purchase alot. I told him I always pay this price for this item. He then said " WE have never sold that item for that price", I said I have invoices to prove my price. He said I could care less about your invoice and this is the price. HE CALLED ME A LIAR. WOW! I left my stack of items on the floor and left. Went down the street to Rainbow Wholesale and spent $2000.00 for the same items at the price I paid here... Ya'll just lost a great customer and I am telling everyone that I can how I was treated! The store prices and website prices should be the SAME if NOT cheaper for wholesale customers who buy in bulk. I rather but straight from China and wait for shipping then buy from you guys again. They get all their stuff from China and it is available to everyone! Nothing special in this store. Don't shop here. Nasty customer service and pricing ALL over the board. read more
