I went in on Sunday to get ombré nails done and on my ring finger add a Marble effect gold polish. The woman used gold flakes and made two straight lines. I had her just get rid of it and do regular ombré on all my nails. She ended up not cleaning around my nails and it ended up sticking to my fingers and just cracking and chipping. Also, my nails were glowing in the dark. I called on Wednesday to get them fixed. She said they do have a glow in the dark powder and a regular powder and I did not ask for glow in the dark. The woman "fixed" my nails and this is how they turned out... yes cleaned up better but my left ring finger so uneven, nail polish messed up, and left unclean. read more

This was my first time coming here and I will never be back. I left the nail salon crying. During the service they could clearly see I was upset in tears and they laughed at me and made fun of me. I asked them for dip with a square round shape. Which resulted in them looking like duck nails. Every time I expressed how I felt and what needed to change, they didn't listen. I have been searching for a really good nail shop for a while now. I had tried two other places and my wife and myself were not happy with either places. One we don't like to feel rushed and second we don't like when what we want is just not heard. I guess, third times a charm! I actually Googled this salon and it had good reviews. So I made three appointments 2 pedicures, a fill, and a child's mani. Everyone here was very nice, very attentive, and we left extremely happy with our services. This is my back up nail salon that I go to when my usual nail technician is booked & can't schedule me in for awhile. I'm not sure what the name of the guys are but there's two older asian men that are more muscular, I wait until either of them are available or this young lady that looks like she's in her early 20s if not teens. (I really hate that I always forget to ask for their names, but once I get them I'll update this review) They always leave my nails sooo beautiful! I wanted to give a good review. But not every place you go to is excellent. I came in as a walk-in and requested a gel manicure. I explained to the nail technician that my nails had gone thru a lot, and my cuticles had a lot of dead skin around them. No matter how much oil or lotion I put in, they look unkempt. I asked for special care for that, but nothing. Apart from the gel, I could've done a better job myself. Lesson learned. The residue from the previous nail polish was still visible. The tech filed my nails rushedly and went straight to applying the polish. No hand washing whatsoever. The polish looked splotchy, and there was gel polish stuck to a few fingers on the skin. All in all, it took less than 30 minutes for $32. I've paid less for more. Granted it could've been a case of only nail tech that was available, but you'd think they would put extra care to a possible permanent customer. I would give them another chance, but with other options around, if rather spend my money somewhere it's worth. 1 star for friendly service, albeit a bad nail work. read more

Bill was so aggressive with me, ripping my thin nails off causing damage. I would complain and he would pull my arm and hold it tight. He didn't even try to soak them be gentle. Horrible , not sure why I gave this place so many chances but this last time was too much. First off I brought my friend with me so I did give them more business by referring. She wasn't happy at all. My gel nails turn out horrible because I guess the lady got lazy to use the final wet cotton to check if they were dry and clean out the lotion so she just clean the lotion with a towel which left my nail color faded and not shinny , besides the pedicure guy forgot the New York hot stones package that I chose and the worst part was that paid to remove calluses that didn't remove at all, my husband have nicer feet skin than me after going to that place gosh. read more

Went here after suffering with painful fingers for three weeks after another salon put acrylics on. Had to get set removed to learn there was some significant damage to my natural nails underneath. Sad since I had beautiful natural nails and only did acrylics since three nails were broken and I wanted them to all look good. However, 5 Point did a good job cleaning up the natural nails as good as possible and put on a new set of acrylics that feel strong and as close to natural as acrylics can be. I wouldn't recommend getting nails done here. Took my daughter in law and her sister. A young woman did my daughter in laws nails and there were hair & pieces of nail debris on her nail. They did not correct after showing the young woman. I asked them to remove the nails for myself because the young woman didn't know how to curve my nails. First I want to say the front desk lady was super sweet and tried to help me. I went in for a pedicure and full set with an appointment at 4.
