Solid pizza and friendly people. So-so neighborhood. Prices are average, fee charged on cards. Open late, but again, given the neighborhood, I don't know if I'd ever go there in the dark.

highly wouldn't recommend!!! They had sold me a Steak Bomb Sub with mold on it. this was totally unacceptable totally unsettling and truly disappointing would rather spend my money somewhere else!

White plastic found in pizza from 5 herbs

I ordered pizza from 5 herbs and found myself chewing on white plastic. When I called to notify them of this they offered to send over another pizza and or a five dollar coupon towards my next purchase.

Convenient location and plenty parking in the plaza. There are a few tables to sit at and a TV playing relevant material. We got the Buffalo Chicken and Stir Fry Chicken Sandwiches. They were both average size and came piping hot! The bread was fresh and lightly toasted. The Chicken Stir-Fry had onions, peppers and cheese. It was mildly seasoned with no real savory flavor. Overall, an average place with hot and fresh food. I'm interested in trying their pizza so I'll be back.

I ordered because of the reviews and was really hoping for a hit. Unfortunately, it was a big swing and a miss. I ordered a large cheese and meatball pizza for delivery. It came within the specified time. It was fairly hot. It was bland, thin, undercooked. There was meat on it, but I wouldn't describe it as meatballs. When I order meatball I expect meatballs, sliced, quartered, crumbled, they were tiny pieces of beef, I assume, with no flavor what so ever. The cheese was not even browned like a good pizza should be, as you can see from the picture I uploaded. The sauce had absolutely no flavor. The only saving grace was it had a good consistency. The dough was very thin in the middle, decent thickness as it approached the outer crust. It was undercooked with no flavor, and a cracker like texture. It is stretching things to call it pizza dough. I won't order pizza again, but I may give them a try for a sandwich since it is open late. For Mike A. the order was on March 11 between 9 p.m.-10 p.m. You have to taste your food regularly and be honest with yourself, would I pay for that. Go check in on your competitors, I can think of 5 I would go to for pizza near me and none are a national chain. I hope this helps Mike and any future consumers.

The meat is sooooo juicy, tender and flavorful! Next would be obviously their pizza and their salad! (please note: their salads is topped to the BRIM! And if good enough to share with 2-3 people) Depending on the day in the mood would determine which pizza I get my top 3 are/ Gold digger, the San Genaro, and the Marilyn Monroe/Fign' a (I can't decide LOL) don't let the commotion of Rolfe square Seder you from visiting, there is plenty of parking in the back, the restaurant is such a vibe with the decor (learn some Italian LOL) and hilarious placemats. And lastly, what I think is so cool and unique about this place is their Themed Weekend specials! They always have fun drinks and witty names for the items. Oh and don't forget to swing by the dessert case on your way out- they have LEMON TIRAMISU!!!! You heard right! LEMON TIRAMISU!!

She treated each person with patience and respect, and most impressive of all, she remembered everyones orders without writing a single thing down! Our group was seated in a semi-private room very close to the entrance. This was perfect for us to be able to all converse. the food was delicious. I ordered a special, Pasta Rustica, which consisted of pasta with a pink sauce, proscuitto, chicken, and shrimp, topped with mozzarella. It was so incredibly delicious and the portion size was large enough that in addition to eating my fill at dinner, I also had enough to take home for two lunches. Did I mention the bread? Marchetti's has wonderful Italian bread - crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, and they pair it with garlic dipping oil. Yum! Entrees are also served with salad, and the house dressing is really good! I would go back to Marchetti's in a heartbeat. Pro tip - Make a reservation as they do get very crowded at peak times. Thanks to Marchetti's and to our amazing server, Lana, for an outstanding dinner experience for our whole group!

I've been going to Antonio's Trattoria for years now, and one thing I can say is the place is…read moreincredibly consistent. In a world where restaurants seem to either reinvent themselves every six months or completely fall apart after a few good years, Antonio's just keeps doing what it does well. Good food, solid portions, professional service, and that old-school Italian restaurant atmosphere that Rhode Island somehow still manages to preserve better than almost anywhere else. My wife and I went recently for dinner and had one of those meals where everything just flowed the way you want it to. We started with the fried calamari, which was excellent. Light, crispy, not drowning in grease, and actually seasoned properly. A lot of places phone calamari in because it's such a standard appetizer, but this tasted fresh and well executed. The hot peppers mixed in gave it a nice kick without taking over the plate. We also got a couple espresso martinis because it feels almost illegal to eat Italian food in Cranston without at least considering one. For dinner, I went with the chicken parmigiana after hearing people rave about it for years, and honestly, they weren't wrong. The chicken was tender, perfectly breaded, and the sauce had that slow-cooked flavor that tastes like somebody's grandmother has been guarding the recipe since the Reagan administration. My wife ordered the seafood fra diavolo, which came loaded with shrimp, clams, mussels, and enough garlic to keep vampires away for the rest of the week. Spicy without being ridiculous. The portions were generous too. Not "food challenge" oversized, just satisfying. Dessert was tiramisu for the table because at that point you're already committed to the experience. Really good balance of espresso flavor and mascarpone without feeling overly heavy. Sometimes tiramisu can feel like eating sweet drywall. This wasn't that. Service was also great all night. Attentive without hovering. Drinks stayed filled, plates disappeared quickly, and the pacing of the meal felt relaxed but organized. You never felt rushed, but you also weren't sitting there wondering if your waiter had moved to another state midway through dinner. The place itself has that classic Rhode Island Italian restaurant energy. Comfortable, a little lively, people talking loudly across tables, waiters who look like they've worked there forever, and the smell of garlic and red sauce hitting you the second you walk in. It's not trendy or trying to become some minimalist foodie experiment. Thank God for that.

The host seemed surprised to see us despite being right on time for our reservation but we were seated right away after a quick exchange. Our server Erik came right over with a smile and continued to be a consummate professional throughout the evening. I wish I could have him be my server everywhere I go. We started the night with some seasonal cocktails. The spiced pear old fashioned was to die for. Complete with a solitary large cube and balanced flavors it was delicious. Our table had veal parm, linguine and white clam, and lasagna. Each dish was fresh and executed perfectly. It's a garlic lovers paradise but never overpowering, in a way any Nonna would approve. For dessert we split a slice of limoncello cake. The cake was so light and fluffy it was like eating air. Even the frosting was light enough where it didn't feel like we were stuffing ourselves to finish it. It's a smaller place so it gets busy quickly and can be a little loud. I would highly recommended a reservation as I don't think you'd have much luck getting a table on a weekend. There was a bar area with some seats but it's probably not easy to get a seat there either. As the old adage goes, if a restaurant is full all the time there's a good reason why ;)
