My clothes come back clean, on time, never damaged or still stained (on the contrary, they were able to remove some stains for me) and I'm always greeted by kind and friendly people. They take credit cards now, so the reviews that complain about only taking cash or check should be disregarded. All in all, I haven't been let down yet and I'll continue to go as long as I live here. Keep in mind most of these reviews you're reading are several years old. Managements change. Businesses evolve. And I'm willing to bet this one did.
