The speakeasy atmosphere is outstanding--walking through the iconic red phone booth feels like stepping into another era, only with much better bourbon. Victoria was an absolute rockstar. She took some fantastic photos of our group (which is no small feat after a couple of perfectly made Manhattans), anticipated everything we needed, and somehow managed to make us feel like regulars on our first visit. Speaking of Manhattans... they're exactly the way we like them: balanced, boozy, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." Pair that with a great cigar, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both upscale and relaxed, and you've got one of the best spots in Miami to unwind. We came for a drink. We stayed for the cigars. We left wondering if we should install a red phone booth at home. We'll definitely be back--and hopefully Victoria will still be there to remind us that "one more Manhattan" is always a questionable life decision.

The food options sound delish and the sliders and pizza seemed to be a hit as we saw that mostly. We were here for drinks though and we stuck to it. It was really disappointing and distasteful to see this post…read more I'm one of the regulars at karaoke night at 9 Feet Under, and I can honestly say karaoke has always been about bringing people together. My own birthday was celebrated there on karaoke night, and it was one of the most amazing and unforgettable nights. We also celebrated my niece's graduation on karaoke night, and it was another incredible evening filled with friends, family, laughter, and great memories. Seeing an employee post something so negative about an event that so many of us genuinely enjoy is disappointing. From the outside looking in, it seems like there's been a big shift in whoever is running these events. I recently attended both karaoke night and ladies' night, and the atmosphere was completely different from what many of us have come to love. FYI, karaoke night *brings people together*. I can't think of a single time we've gone and not had a great night. That's why this post doesn't reflect what 9 Feet Under has always represented to so many of us. If you work there and karaoke night is that terrible *for you*, maybe it's worth asking yourself why that is. Or perhaps this isn't the right environment for you. But please don't portray an event that has created so many positive memories for so many people as something negative, because that's simply not the experience the rest of us have had. Now you've lost customers!!

The bouncers outside were nice to us, and the line to get in was not too bad. There is only one elevator going up, but it's just a short ride up. Once we got up, the music is loud, the lights are going, it's dark, and it's packed. All great signs of a solid and popular spot. I don't drink alcohol anymore, but my friends were able to get attention pretty quickly from the bartenders. There was a section there where I felt like I was being packed like sardines, but once we moved we were in comfortable spot. My feet started killing me since I wore heels the whole night, so to my delight, I found out there was an area to sit, and that pretty much saved my feet from falling off. The rooftop is such a vibe. We were able to get a section with a table by the balcony railing and see the downtown area in all it's glory with the lights and the Brickell sign in the background. It was thee perfect spot for photos, and we took advantage of it and had our mini photoshoot there on the spot. I was rather surprised that this place started to shut down by 2 am, I had the impression that FL goes until 5 in the morning, but it was no big deal since we were starting to wind our evening down anyways. I am thankful we got to experience going here, it truly made our night special for our bride to be.

Overall, it is a great rooftop spot that I would recommend.

I find this disappointing as I always like to go to try different dishes from the standard menu. To me it shows that the restaurants that do a special menu are normally more innovative. Had I known this beforehand I would not have come. Having said that the food I sampled was decent enough. My appetizer was the Korean chicken which was plentiful. My main was the ribs. I was surprised to see that it was just that only meat. I expected there to have been a bit of a garnish or greens. Between the ribs and chicken my whole diet was meat. The dessert was two choices. I went with the chocolate cake. The hocolate cake slice was the smallest slice I've ever been served in a restaurant. I really liked the decor. I also really liked the music that was being played. Service was efficient. The ladies toilets had a damp smell. Overall I was disappointed and would not visit again.

Our comedy show was at 9pm so we got there early and you enter a bar area with a small dance floor and DJ booth. The door guy told us to wait next to the doors by DJ booth. They opened the doors a little after 9pm and let us in. There's this whole other room in the back with tons of seating, a stage and bar area. Some of the decor felt a bit outdated, but it was still a cool vibe nonetheless. The space is so big and has so much potential for improvement, We snagged seating in the middle area. There were several cozy couples seating in front of the stage but 2nd row, we didn't want to get picked on the entire night. Lol. The two main hosts of the comedy show looked like they worked at Blackbird Ordinary as they had staff jackets on. They were in our opinion, the FUNNIEST!!! Everyone also got free shots with their tickets. Nice bonus! Lemondrop shots!!! Whew, it's been a hot minute since I did shots. Ha. After they started the show, they introduced several local or out of towner comedians and honestly, it was a good diverse crew of comedians. I wish we got a list of the comedians as I would like to check out their social media pages or follow them. Overall, we had such a good time and laughed so hard our faces hurt.
