We came here for drinks and dinner on a Saturday night and were lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunset overlooking the city. The views are stunning, and it's definitely a very photogenic spot. The drinks were a bit weak and just okay, but everyone enjoyed the food. Six of us ordered the Juanita La Picante after being warned it was very spicy, but none of us tasted any heat. We shared a large board with a little bit of everything plus a margherita pizza, which was the perfect amount for our group of seven. Our favorites were the croquettes, malanga-battered shrimp, and chorizo. What surprised us most was how quiet it was. At 7 p.m. on a Saturday, there were only a few other tables occupied. I can see it getting busier later in the evening, but from 7-9 p.m. it felt pretty dead.

I recently visited Terras Rooftop, a rooftop spot right in the middle of Little Havana with beautiful views stretching toward Brickell. It's a great place if you want skyline views without being right in the middle of the Brickell crowds. The place has changed a lot since my last visit. The food menu has been renovated, and it definitely shows. The octopus tartlet really surprised me -- creative and well executed. The cod bites were very good as well, packed with rich cod flavor. I ordered the masas de puerco (fried pork chunks) in tamarind sauce, but that combination didn't really work for me personally. The margarita pizza was okay -- nothing bad, just nothing particularly memorable. The cocktails are well crafted and nicely presented. However, I ordered a mezcal shot (400 Conejos), which is a pretty common mezcal, and the pour felt too small for the price. I was expecting a proper tequilero, well served. Service was good overall -- attentive and friendly. I will definitely return to try other dishes and continue exploring the new menu.

We stayed at the Jefferson motel (located in the same building) and wondered upstairs and they were supposed to be closed as they were doing some media photoshoots but they allowed us in anyway. The service was amazing and the location although the neighborhood isn't the best its really a hidden gem. Has one of the best views of Miami in my opinion. Me and my friends loved it!

Visited this rooftop with a group of friends and it was a great time. Only downfall was that the rooftop was located in the middle of a neighborhood which made the parking a bit difficult so using their valet service is the way to go or just Ubering there. Once arrived at the rooftop it was a nice chill vibe with great views. Would have like that it had more of dancing music but it was more laid back. Had a drink and bites which were all very good. The staff was very attentive to the party always making sure that we were all happy. Would definitely use this rooftop as a pregame bar to start the night or for a date night.

I wanted to come to Terras to see the remolded version, and honestly I was not disappointed with the aesthetics. The rooftop provides a beautiful and unique view of Miami in the heart of Little Havana. To enter one must go through the side entrance of the Jefferson hotel, where a hostess is set up to greet you before you take the elevator. Once upstairs you're greeted again by a server and a cute little bar. We opted to sit at the bar, because we just wanted a quick drink. The bartenders were friendly but it felt like they weren't used to having people sit at the bar, they mentioned that a table might be better. We reiterated that the drink was to be quick and we honestly didn't want to sit at the table and they let it go thankfully. It was happy hour and they also offered food on their happy hour menu. I asked for a margarita and asked if they could make it spicy. The margarita was ok and it wasn't spicy but it wasn't bad either. I would like to come back to try the food. Which looked to be Spanish fusion.

The only different restaurant in Little Hanava where you find fine cuisine! Beautiful presentation of food and great taste. If you stay in Jefferson hotel, you gotta go to 4th floor to check it out!

During live performances, one waitress would get up on stage and play instruments and at other times bartenders would join in. I was truly smiling from ear to ear all night. I drank delicious mojitos all night and even with a packed venue the drinks came out extremely fast! Although the restaurant was packed, our waitress remained extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. To me, the food was just good. We had the Jamón Serrano Croquetas to start. They were a little cold for my taste and not the best I've ever had but they weren't bad. My husband really loved his skirt steak ropa vieja and didn't leave a single grain of rice. I opted for the rabo encendido pasta. I like that they weren't skimpy on the rabo. The downside of this place is that to maximize space, you're packed in like sardines. The tables are basically on top of each other. A larger sized person would not fit getting in and out of their seat and my husband was constantly backing up into the people seated behind him. Overall, this is a place you definitely visit for the atmosphere above food. I will 100% be coming back for drinks, appetizers and more live music. It is an incredible spot especially for those looking for Cuban nostalgia.

I thought for a moment, paid the cover, and walked in. The music was pretty good. The place was not full, this was probably some underground event. I got a cocktail to try, it was pretty good but cocktails and punk don't match, so I switched to cheap bear when I was done. It's a cool venue, close to me, and the staff was very friendly. I used to go to the club in my college years. After the hotel was sold, the club moved to the Rocky Horror venue in Coconut Grove. In 1999 after that closed too, the club became a roaming pop up at different South Florida venues. Which is how I came to be at Bar Nancy in Little Havana on a Saturday night. They host a monthly Kitchen Club night. Almost everything was closed in Little Havana by the time I arrived so it was surprisingly easy to find metered street parking only two blocks away. Bar Nancy did not have a cover charge which was nice. The bar is decorated like a pirate ship with many nautical touches. It is named for the brigantine Nancy, which transported war supplies during the American Revolution. The room the bar is located in was small, dark, hot, and crowded. Many people enjoyed themselves on the dance floor in front of the DJ. They also have a backyard area that was popular. My favorite room was the one between the two. It was decorated like the Captains quarters with a couch and comfortable chairs. I could still enjoy the music and more importantly, the air conditioning. During the night I had a delicious Amaretto Sour. Despite the dive bar surroundings, it was a hefty $15. While that is expensive for a cocktail, it was a small price to pay to relive my youth for one evening.

I usually don't love dancing unless I'm truly having a blast ~ but between the amazing energy of the team, the incredible dancers, and the overall vibe, I couldn't help myself. It was impossible not to dance! My friends and I received wonderful service, and the food was absolutely delicious. My seabass was so yummy, and some of the highlights of the night were the Truffle Tuna Tartine, Lobster Roll, Spicy Tartare de Saumon, and Mezze Prince ~ every single dish was outstanding. And my drink, the Summer Layla, was SO good! I love Mediterranean food and Arabic culture, so this place was the perfect combination for me. What truly blew my mind, though, was the music ~ huge kudos to the DJ! He played a very popular Russian song and we loved it!! And when bottle service comes out (whether champagne, tequila, or anything else), the entire team dances around the table.
