One of the cleanest nail spas I've been to, and very reasonably priced. I usually am a walk in, and there is only one time they were not able to accommodate me within a few minutes. They are professional and the shop is run very efficiently. read more

I've come to 4 U for over a year and have had mixed experiences. My last trip was the most frustrating yet. I waiting for 30 mins without being told how much longer the wait would be. My gel manicure turned out nice, but my nail tech was distracted throughout. At one point, she actually got on her cell phone and made a call while doing my nails! Additionally, she did not use the cuticle remover before doing my gel polish, which affected the results a few days in. My pedicure was what I usually receive here. Nothing out of the ordinary, though the French polish turned out a bit sloppy and uneven. My main concern was the sanitation of instruments. It was a busy day, and NOTHING used had been sanitized. The nail file still had dust from the last patron's nails on it. The instruments hadn't even been sitting in the blue sanitation liquid or one of the UV boxes-- they were out on the table, still showing signs of having just been used. This worries me especially in situations where the nail tech is too abrasive and cuts my skin, as she did this time. Previous visits have had less waiting time and more attentive nail techs. The sanitation level is always low, however, and I plan on finding another salon where I don't have to worry so much about it. read more

Best nail salon in Bergen County by far. Usually a little wait but definitely worth it. Nail technicians are always warm and welcoming. Nails are always done to perfection even when in a rush. Definitely recommend to all! read more

Emma did a beautiful job with my French color gel. It's more than I usually pay ($45) but she spent more than an hour getting it just right--and she did. Nice and clean, nice people. Wall mounted TVs, maybe change the station to something light and fun rather than the news (but that's still better than the salon in the next town that plays sports on Saturdays). read more

I was super disappointed that they would only give me $10 of my $55 in gift certificates because they were more than 6 months past their issue date. Very upsetting since I'm a teacher in town and they were end of the year gifts from students. NJ law requires a 24 month expiration date as a minimum... read more

It was my first time going to 4 U Nails and they were very welcoming and friendly! Got a fill-in and pedicure and the service was amazing! The Pedicure experience was amazing ! The lady (I didn't get her name , sorry ! ) did a great job with my pedi. They were very professional! Also Dana and Ellie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong Ellie) did my nails. Ellie did my fill-in and shaped my nails perfectly to how I wanted them and Dana did the very detailed designs on my nails ! I didn't feel like they were rushing just to get my nails done and just get another person out the way like other nail salons do. They worked effectively and very carefully and made sure without me saying anything that even my nails looked good to them too. They cared about my nails looking good !! So kudos and a lot of props and I would recommend everyone to go back 4U Nails SPA in Cresskill ! I know I'm definitely going back ! I look at my nails everyday and love them ! So many people have been commenting about how they love my nails and how they look amazing! Thank you 4U Nail Spa ! read more

By far the best nail salon I've been to ever!! They take their time and are super professional. I'm very picky with my nails but they get my uv gel nails right every time! Plus they have tons of gel polish colors too read more

I've been coming to this salon for a few years, I always had Michelle do my nails and always had a positive experience. Since she's been gone I've had different people do my nails, and the consistency was not always there. Today, I went in for new set and needed an extension for my thumb. I showed the tech a picture of how thin I wanted the french tips, but she disregarded it and made them thick. It wasn't a major deal, but when I saw the "extension" on my thumb and the french tip it looked horrendous because she didn't really "extend" anything, and left it almost the same size as when I came in. When I complained, she "fixed" it by making the french thicker and she explained that she had to do it like that because my nail was too short... uhm but that's why I asked for the extension! So needless to say I look like a clown. I made the owner, Katie aware of the issue and she didn't seem concerned. I was upset so I didn't leave tip for her, and when I walked out she had the audacity to come after me and ask why I didn't leave a tip. I told her I didn't like what she did and she insisted because my nail was too short. I told her this has never happened before when I had extension done, and that I wouldn't be coming back. Also, the prices have gone up, and wait time is longer even with appointments. read more

In this 4U nail, the owner ( I think she is) katie acted like there was only one nail store left in the world. Katie is very rude. I took two girls to the store to do medi and pedi , they even felt the unfriendly attitude. Yike, we will not go back. Btw, there was a senior gentleman who apparently made 2:30pm appointment and was there on time but Katie told him to wait with the same attitude, after 10ish minutes, she told him the same thing, "can you wait ?" the gentleman said: then what was appointment for? He left without doing anything and def with a unhappy mind. read more

I really do love this place. It's very clean, everyone is sooo friendly, prices are great, and they do amazing designs. The only downside is my nails always chipped and peeled a week after getting a gel manicure. Same with a regular pedicure I would hip 4 days after when normally I can get up to two weeks with a regular pedicure. I really wish my gels lasted longer :( read more

They do a great job on the gel manicure and it lasts 2-3 weeks. The salon looks to be very clean. Both things a big plus as far as salons go. The spa pedicure wasn't worth the money. The only thing extra was a ten minute massage. I thought with a spa pedicure it would help moisturize the feet more with paraffin or some such treatment, but alas no. My only other issue was that I sat down to get my manicure and shortly thereafter was abruptly told to get up and move. It appears and favored customer came in and I was relegated to another technician. I found this to be extremely rude and offensive. Don't know if I will go back. I would love to know who owns this salon to give them my review. read more

I am here because my son is in the hospital. I spend all day at the hospital but really needed to get a mani/Pedi. I looked on yelp and found this place who was opened until 7 and and am so happy I did. They let me come in right away and did an amazing job. Felt very safe and at ease. They took my temperature when I arrived and they follow all covid 19 protocols. Very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and pricing is very good. read more

I've been here a few times and it's nice, pretty new, and it's clean. But twice recently I've walked in and they have actually turned me away. Both times I've gone to another place right down the road and they were happy to help me. I won't be back here again. read more

I decided to go to this place based off of the reviews on yelp. I scheduled an appointment for a powder gel and a pedicure. When I showed up, they did take care of me immediately, which I was happy with. During my pedicure, the nail tech came over and gave me about 15 powder gel colors. I'm not sure if my old place just had an abundance amount of powder gel options, but I was taken back by the small amount. But, each place is different, so I decided to just deal with it. I asked her if she could do a powder gel French tip; I have gotten it before at other salons and liked the look of it. She wasn't having it and said that "full color would look better." Ok, I gave in and decided to just get white nails because I didn't want my nails not to look good. My pedicurist was phenomenal -- very kind and did an awesome job. My toes looked great. I then went to get my powder gel done. Ok, so here's why I give the 3 stars: my tech was doing a good job. I'm very picky with my nails, and she did listen to how I wanted my nails shaped, and I loved the clean job she was doing. But, then, I noticed little red specks showing up on my white nails. It looked weird, and I saw the red dots in the powder she was dipping my nails in. Clearly, those red specks were not supposed to be in the white powder. I chose a solid white color, and I could tell she noticed it too because she stopped to look, but she didn't fix it. I decided that if I was paying, I had to say something. I asked her if she would mind fixing three of my fingers, and she fixed only one. I mentioned to her, "oh, and these have them too." I don't think she liked that very much because she got up from the chair in a visible bad mood and started saying something to the other nail techs. They asked me to move to another nail tech who finished it. I'm not sure of her name, but she was very nice. I apologized to her saying, "I know I'm picky with my nails, but I did pick a solid white color." She said it was no problem, and I tipped and left. So, overall, the place is very clean and does a good job. But, I'm giving only 3 stars because of the one nail tech's customer service. I don't want to deal with that type of attitude, and I felt super uncomfortable because of her. And for what? Because I asked her to take off the red specks on my nails. I paid for a white gel powder nails -- not nails with red little specks all over them. read more

Just opened. Ample parking. Staff was welcoming. Tons of nail polish colors to choose from. Nice massage chairs when getting a pedicure. Only reason why I didn't give 5 starts was because I just got clear nail polish, but they did do a good job with my cuticles. I will update my review next time I get color. read more

Ellie does an amazing job with her gel application. Her coats are all even and precise with no lifting ever!!!! Best gel manicure in Bergen County. Manager who sits at front table is rude and treats the Hispanic workers terribly. I like Christine who happens to be the most talented woman there.Chris was busy so the manager started to remove my gel pedicure with a filthy used file with my foot on top of an upside down bucket they must use to mop the floor. I should have left at that point but foolishly stayed. I asked for a new file and she snapped that next time bring your own. I don't feel their sterilizing system is anything more than a few blue lights for show. It's not an autoclave where tools come out in a sealed bag similar to a dental office. After my friend caught Athletes Foot from a pedicure, I never went back. Get rid of that nasty manager. Her staff dislikes her and customers raise their eyebrows in shock how she speaks to clients. read more

Today, I went to 4 U Nails with my two daughters. My experience was great, however, my daughters's were quite the opposite. I was treated to my pedi first and then it was my 8 year old's turn. Everything was fine at first, until I left to get my manicure. When my daughter finally came over to get her manicure, she told me that the lady had rolled her eyes at her repeatedly. Next, was my 15 year old's turn. Her pedicure was great until I had to run out and pick up my son. When I returned after 15 minutes expecting for both my daughters to be done, I found them sitting under the dryer-neglected for 15 minutes. After they finally finished the nails my 8 year old smudged one of her nails. When I asked the girl to fix it nicely, she rolled her eyes. Of course, I had already paid and tipped very generously. Well, long story short - I am never going to this salon again. They treated my children and I disrespectfully. If you are okay with a good product but bad service this place is perfect for you. read more

I had been looking for a good/competent/professional nail salon closer to home. I moved into the area about a year and a half ago and have been testing out nails in and around the area. My first impression of the salon, it was clean, very modern, state of the art pedicure massage chairs, big screen TVs throughout the salon, all strategically placed so the client will always have a unobstructed view of whats on! I was greeted by Chris (Cristina), the pedicure technician she was very pleasant and went out of her way to make me comfortable and assisted me with my polish selection. After the amazing pedicure (massage). I was greeted by Katie, one of the nail technicians. She was equally pleasant and very professional, constantly asking me if I was happy with the shape and if I wanted my nails shorter. She asked if I was happy with the color and even offered to put another coat after the customary 2 coats! All in all my experience far exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased and promised to come back in two weeks!! The 5 stars are also for the personalities, the owner Charlie is a very pleasant, lighthearted man who likes to joke around with his employees. There seems to be good camaraderie amongst the owner and employees ..Thank you 4 U Nails !! Finally, a salon that truly understands the "customer is always right" motto!! Appointments are preferred but they won't turn away walk in either. The is plenty of parking with two access points. read more
