Very happy to do business with this company. Needed a professional that could do it all in apartment turnover. Deep, deep cleaning, minor repairs, address stubborn stains carpet cleaning, painting etc. One stop shop. They did not disappoint. Matt is honest, meticulous and awesome. He pointed out issues that were missed by others. Took care of everything. The place was left in bad shape. Matt and his team turned it around. I'm thankful to have found a company I can trust. Highly recommend. read more

Man...talk about coming through in a pinch. Matthew and Victor are superheroes that came through for me on the Friday before SuperBowl Weekend 2020. I'm a very coordinated guy, but the Thursday night before I had a moment of clumsiness and the Blueberry Smoothie that I was about to enjoy slipped away from me and splattered in front of my sofa in the living room. Yes, you read right...BLUEBERRY! No chance that that catastrophe was coming out. So mad at myself for not being able to prevent/avoid the disaster, I started doing as much cleanup as possible. With phone in hand, I launched the Yelp! app and did a search for carpet cleaning with emphasis on the 'Open Now' filter. 3H Hygenix was at the top of the list, so I got in touch with Matthew right away. Fortunately, he had an open morning spot at 9:30, which I took right away. After explaining the situation and giving him a brief description of the issue, Matthew said he would do his best to combat the staining powers of blueberry. While I was glad to get an appointment for the following morning, I was still worried. Damn you, Mark, for being so clumsy. And damn you, blueberries, for torturing me throughout the evening! Once Matthew and Victor arrived they got to work. This dynamic duo was not only super professional and on top of it all, but they're two really great gents. In just over an hour, they not only eradicated the staining powers of the Blueberry Smoothie, but the took care of shampooing the rest of my apartment. (What a great start to my spring cleaning endeavors!) Seriously, I highly endorse and suggest you phone 3H Hygenix and get Matthew and Victor to take care of your carpet cleaning issues! In today's world where 'customer service,' is a foreign concept and dying art, these gents do such stellar work to keep that practice alive. Well done, Matthew and Victor! read more

You know how women are. We seem to be high maintenance, but in actuality we're really not. We just like what we like, & want what we want. And we want to be happy...all the time. And when exactly are women happiest? That's easy... Whenever our significant other says "I love you." After we've had our hair done. Ditto for nails. And, after our home has been cleaned. Naturally. Doesn't matter if we do the cleaning ourselves or have the professionals come in...we just want our home clean. I needed the pros to come in & do a seasonal (more thorough than a regular or what we do ourselves) cleaning. Enter the 3H Crew. First, they have 5 stars on Yelp. That is not easy to accomplish. Props. Second, it was this cleaning company that was called in to clean up @ the Fairmont Hotel after the Tony Bennett street sign unveiling/tribute. Props. Thirdly, Matt is accommodating & professional. Props. They did "high cleaning" (dusting every high surface, including the ceiling molding), removed all the books on the bookshelf, & the worst...the inaccessible, 2nd floor bathroom windows...which desperately needed it. They also cleaned the upholstered living room chairs w a fantastic contraption I'd love to own but have no room for. But most impressive; Matt really went the extra 10 miles. He was dissatisfied w the initial window cleaning, so he actually made a quick trip to the hardware store for a product he thought would really do the trick. It did. These guys were in & out in less than 4 hours. We have found our TLC cleaners. 5 stars read more

Use 3H Hygenix! You will not be disappointed! We hired Matthew to deep clean the carpets in our whole office, which were covered in tons of food and drink stains. Matt was super responsive from the beginning and thoroughly answered all my questions throughout the process. Due to a communication mistake on my end, Matt had actually sent his colleague home the day of the cleaning. Still, to make sure our needs were met, he came to the office and cleaned the 4000 sq ft space all by himself that night!! By the time we came into the office, the carpets were dry, 2 shades lighter, and ALL the spots were GONE. It was amazing! Although he was alone in the work, he was so meticulous about the job and our whole office loved it! Whatever it is you have to get done, Matt and 3H can absolutely take care of you! read more

I called 3H out of the blue, looking for a team to help with the cleaning for an outdoor special event on Nob Hill recently. Turned out I made the right call! Matthew was very responsive and his team onsite was proactive and constantly on top of things. Our event went extremely well, and a part of that was due to having 3H onboard! They even hauled away all of the trash, cardboard, etc. that was generated. 5 Stars for 3H read more

I own a women's fitness studio here in the city, and of course my floors get a lot of foot traffic due to the classes and other events. I hired Matthew and his energetic group of guys with the task of deep cleaning the place. By the way, did I mention I have wall to wall carpeting? Matthew and crew shows up on time, did a quick look around and jumped right into cleaning. An hour, 10 mins later I get a text it's all done. I came in and not only did the carpet looked brand freak'n new! But the entire fitness studio smelled amazing. I was extremely surprised and happy with the job Matthew and team performed, and I highly recommend hiring Matthew and team for any type of cleaning job. Plus Matthew showed up big smile and all and the team had the same smiles when the job was done. One guy even said he had fun after I thanked them a number of times. Thanks guys! I will be hiring you again. Coach Charlie N' Motion Fitness Studio For Women read more

WOW! I would give Matthew and 3H Hygenix a million stars if I could. My wife and I have two rental units in Esprit Park, which we have usually cleaned ourselves after tenants moved out. However, in attempting to clean one of the units last month, we realized that the hardwood floors have 5 years of accumulated dirt, and the walls showed several years of scruff marks and typical wear. At the suggestion of the new tenant, we hired 3H Hygenix. The result was fabulous. They scrubbed the floors (yes, by hand) until they looked like new. The repainted the walls, and those now look perfect. Based on this experience, we hired 3H for a second unit in Esprit Park, which had been our own home. Four Stanford students lived in it for 3 months over the summer. They left the place trashed. Matthew and his crew first hauled out over 300 pounds of trash, as well as several pieces of broken furniture (it was rented as a furnished unit). The crew of 4 then spent about 8 hours cleaning the 1500 sq ft, three floor unit. This included cleaning pans with deeply burnt grease, a grill with so much grease that it posed a fired hazard on its own, and tubs and showers that appeared to have been used to bathe barn animals. The result was amazing - restoring our old home in San Francisco into a luxury furnished rental. Matthew and his team are 100% professional, courteous, and unbelievably competent. You will be very pleased by the service. One last note: I couldn't find a web site for his contact information, so it took me awhile to track him down. I'll leave it here: Phone: 925-413-0220, e-mail: matthew@3h-hygenix.com. read more

The service totally lives up to the hype. Hire these guys if you want the job done right and with real care. I will use 3H Hygenix every 6-12 months going forward. Can't say enough good about the company & their work ethic. Matthew & Lance really hooked it up in my home! They communicate well, are courteous and were understanding of my anxious barky young dog. I wish I took before & after pictures but I didn't expect to be so pleased. The difference is crazy and even better than what we moved into. read more

What can I say about 3H-Hygenix? Matthew and company have consistently exceeded my expectations on dozens of jobs, big and small, over the past couple years! In a world where "pretty good" seems to be the norm, 3H-Hygenix professional standards are high, and their aim is to reach even higher. Punctuality -CHECK! Attention to detail -CHECK! Follow through -CHECK! Expertise -CHECK! Flexibility -CHECK! 3H is my go-to team for cleaning of all types, from floor to ceiling, inside and out. From the tops of window and door frames, to the bottoms of closets and appliances, to the wood, ceramics, carpets, rugs, glass, and exotic finishes, Matthew & Co don't miss a spot, smear or stain. But add painting, plumbing and other repairs, and the overall "handyman" capabilities of the most experienced competition, and you've got 3H-Hygenix!! Did I mention, on top of everything else, their prices can honestly be called FAIR and REASONABLE -CHECK! Get the job done. Be satisfied. Call Matthew. read more

I am a professional pet sitter who started her business a few months ago from my own apartment and some K9 clients had left my room with a heavy stench of urine and dog fur all over a carpet that had not been cleaned for almost two years anyway. I value good service that starts from the first time I interact with business and continues through the work itself. I started my stressful search for a carpet cleaner. After spending the better part of my day making calls and leaving countless messages I finally found 3H Hygenix. Although 3H Hygenix was a few pages in on yelp, I am so happy I called Matthew. To start he was very prompt to respond, no machines, no leave a detailed message, I was able to get a person on the line on my first call. I told him what I needed and unlike all the previous calls (that told me I needed a minimum of $100-150 to get their services), he gave me a reasonable price for cleaning a single room and was flexible and available to book based on my schedule. He was early than the scheduled time, very pleasant and informative to talk too, also gave me some business advice (!!) and left my carpet clean as new. I think you deserve the first page Matthew and next time I need help cleaning (or another soup recipe :P) I am sure to depend on you. read more

I want to start off by saying I'm not really a blogger/reviewer type of guy I'm pretty old school when it comes to these things. So if I liked or didn't like you..... I'd pretty much keep it to myself unless the company came up in another conversation inquiring about there services. Same goes for everything else, restaurants, movies, food etc...... With that being said, I got to say this is a real deal stand up company Matt is a man of his word, the service he provides is outstanding and made a person such as myself which I said earlier"not a blog/review type of person" actually take the time to start a yelp account....... and write a review. My personal take on him is, an honest man just trying to make a living. I have a nack for sniffing out the money hungry people trying to suck every penny from you! Trust me I know, I'm a maintenance man for Larkin street youth, a non profit organization that help the homeless youth get off the streets and I deal with all types of different companies and vendors and Matt and his 3H crew do it all. Or at least almost all, we have multiple projects in play right now from cleaning/unit turnovers to cabinet work, sub floor replacements just about everything maintenance/construction related small jobs like cleaning a small bathroom to replacing a whole sub floor and full carpeting just to many to name. So here's the thing, if he couldn't get to my project in the time frame I specified he'd flat out tell me! Not like these money hungry hounds that'll feed you all this BS saying, they can do this and that and, "oh yeah I can get it done by this time" but never really come through...... yeah he's not like that. Oh and another thing! No mark up on materials, like I said I'm a maintenance guy so I'm constantly shopping for materials and goods so I know how much things cost. Materials he buys.... is what it is, like I said, "an honest man just trying to make a living." If you read this fare down then cheers to you as this was a pretty lengthy review but hey, what can I say 3H has definitely helped me out and came through for me to make my job easier! And when my job is easier....... then I'm able to go out of my character when it comes to blogging/reviewing....... to "blog and review!" read more

HIRE 3H - BEST THING WE HAVE DONE! My husband hired Matthew and his crew at 3H to do a serious deep clean in a kitchen which had not been deep cleaned for DECADES (the job was bid as: "Wall, cabinet ceiling degreasing; detail cleaning of shelves and inside cabinets. Cleaning of pest/rodent droppings. Includes all cleaning supplies and materials.") and he will review this job separately (it was FANTASTIC - they basically took every single item out of the kitchen and pantry, scoured the item, and cleaned the emptied rooms from the ceiling to the floor, then put everything back.) I am writing this review because in addition to the major deep kitchen clean, Matthew bailed me out when I unexpectedly could not scour the house prior to my husband returning to the house after surgery. I did not know who to call, and I knew that "regular" housecleaning is not 3H's normal gig, but on short notice out of kindness, Matthew and 2 of his crew came in and bombed through the house, dusted and damp wiped down every shelf and surface and bit of moulding (including germ killing specifically, and moving about a million knick-knacks), and vacuumed every remaining bit, ceilings to carpets, scoured both bathrooms and the kitchen surfaces. They basically flew through the house deep cleaning when I just could not get to it while my husband was in hospital. Matthew managed to squeeze this hardcore maintenance cleaning job into his schedule, and really saved my bacon, and at a great and reasonable price. The house went from impossibly not ready for someone to recover from surgery, to great and livable. In addition to a profound level of professionalism in cleaning, Matthew and his crew are flexible, nice and direct and just plain good at this. They cleaned as though they were the people who live here. THANK YOU MATTHEW. PS - this sounds odd, but Matthew and crew are not judgmental. They CLEAN. Things get out of hand, they clean them, and set things to right. It is a happy thing, restoring order and cleanliness. read more

I chose to call 3H Hygenix based on their high reviews on Yelp, and I'm really glad that I did. Matt & his team were very reliable and thorough, and on top of that, they are very friendly & easy to work with. This company is amazing. Matthew is such a pro! He was so fast to respond, quoted a very sizable job, and within a few days had his great crew in working efficiently and with care for my client. Matt from 3H Hygenix did a great job cleaning my apartment, and on top of that he's such a nice guy. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with another person, a dog and a cat. We sought help from 3H Hygenix because the pets shed a lot, plus they track dirt and debris in the apartment. Not only was Matt able to erase traces of the pets from the apartment, but he left the shower, floors and kitchen faucet cleaner than they've been in the year we've lived here. At the end of the appointment we booked another one because we were so pleased with the results. read more

Matt called to confirm the appointment, came on time on Sunday. He had done the job quickly, charged exactly the price he quoted over the phone, did not try to upsell any other services. What can I say? -- I'm a happy customer! I called on a Sunday around noon and not two hours later team Mathew showed up to do a carpet cleaning on short notice. Mathew was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating and even squeezed in a bathroom surface cleaning that he initially thought, they wouldn't have time for. Everything looked great and I'm thrilled by the ease of the experience: A short phone call, a few texts and they notified me about half an hour before they arrived. Can it be any more convenient? The prices are very reasonable too. No extra charge for the short notice service. I will definitely call these guys again for future cleaning needs. read more

Amazing customer service. I called to get my rug steam cleaned--I have a dog so it needed a good cleaning. I booked an appointment for mid-week. A few minutes later I received a call from them asking if I I had time that day since they finished a job near by. I wasn't home to make that work but the effort was appreciated. They came to clean the rug but it was too thin to clean at my home so they took the rug back with them and returned the rug the next day. I thought I was going to get an unexpected additional fee for picking up the rug but they waived it for me!! The rug was returned and I received a follow up call the next day to see how the cleaning turned out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be using them for my next rug cleaning! read more

I did a good deed. An acquaintance lost his job and subsequently his housing so I let him live in my open unit that will still somewhat under repair. As we've been told about good deeds . . . he trashed the place. The bathroom had just been remodeled. When he was done living there, it looked like a gas station toilet in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen was coated in oil (was he boiling pots of oil as some sort of anti-cleansing ceremony?). Everything was filthy. 3H to the rescue! They scrubbed and cleaned. They sent in a team, each tackling a different area. They treated all the surfaces as they needed to treated rather than doing one size fits some (and destroys others). They were also very honest about what could not be corrected. (Pro tip, if you run the dishwasher with a bowl of popcorn in it, say goodbye to the dishwasher). 3H did an excellent job on the trashed apartment and on the one I had been living in. They never shame anyone for the shape things are in. Everyone was very nice, and they made sure I was satisfied. read more
