Clean My Carpet was SUPER! I called multiple vendors about a truck mounted, steam cleaning of my carpet for my new home purchase, Daniel was the only one who quoted me a fair price which was all inclusive and didn't try to upsell me on "extra services." (I realized lots of upselling for carpet cleaning services when I was shopping around)! He also didn't ask to see pictures, or how many steps there were, what time he could set up a time to tour the property assess the carpet, if I wanted extra disinfectant shampoo, etc. He only asked for the square footage of the house and quoted a fair price! Daniel made it easy! On the day of the scheduled appt, he showed up on time, with his assistant, Jackie and they both did a fantastic job! Daniel and Jackie were punctual, efficient, professional and did the job quickly and efficiently! They covered certain areas with blankets and wore booties inside while cleaning to keep the carpet clean. They were respectful of the property while doing their job. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a truck mounted steam clean! Also, would definitely recommend to family and friends! I am moving in 2 weeks to a different city and while packing up noticed my 9x8 shag cream colored rug in my living room was looking pretty dirty and stained. I figured I'd rather get it cleaned and packed away prior to moving than move a dirty rug. I quickly found this business while searching for carpet cleaners in my area. I decided to give it a try and Daniel answered the phone and was so friendly. He offered to come clean my rug the very next day and even came at 6pm after I was home from work, making it very convenient for me in the midst of my crazy moving time. Unfortunately very disappointed with the quality of the service and would not recommend using Clean My Carpet. I booked with Clean My Carpet due to the great reviews but the service I received was pretty terrible. After having the couch cleaned, I noticed that there were large yellow stains on my couch that were not there prior to the cleaning. (I had submitted pictures of all the stains before getting the couch cleaned.) I reached out to complain and was panicking since I'm selling the couch in a week. I was told I could be offered a refund or they would try to come clean the couch again. I personally do not think I should have to pay for a cleaning after a very large mistake was made on their end, but I was told otherwise I would he "getting the couch cleaned twice". The pictures I've attached are AFTER the cleaning. I would have been better off not booking the service and which is extremely disappointing. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: The statements I made in my review are NOT false. The yellow stains on the couch were not there before Clean My Carpet came to clean the couch. I did explain how I had spot-cleaned the couch prior (not in the areas that developed new stains), but if that had been an issue this should have been disclosed prior to the cleaning (it was not, they just scheduled the appointment after I sent pictures). When I contacted them with the NEW STAINS I was told - they will either come out and clean the couch again or issue me a full refund. I should have been refunded AND they should have come and fixed the mess they made. read more

Daniel did an exceptional job cleaning the master bedroom carpet and stairs. There was a noticeable difference. Prior the cleaning, there was dirt tracks on both the stairs and in the bedroom. There were two service people at my home for three hours (working every minute) and did an outstanding job on my carpets and couches. I am reviewing Clean My House as a prospective customer. Unfortunately, I needed a one-time cleaning with only 4-days' notice, and Daniel told me that they were already fully booked (as most good service providers are) on the one day that I needed it. However, besides answering the phone at 7:40pm on a Sunday of a three-day holiday weekend (kudos to them for being available as stated on their Yelp page, 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm), I also learned that Daniel is someone who truly wants to help people, and he was genuinely disappointed that he wasn't able to help me. I work in a service industry and I know that most people who work in services don't feel that helping people is the #1 priority, so I was very happy to learn that Daniel was one of the few who did. So they get 5 stars for their responsiveness, communication, and willingness to help, and I will definitely contact them when I do need a cleaning service! I will update my review when I do get the chance to use their services, and if their cleaning service is as good as Daniel's customer service, they will get another 5 stars from me and another great review! read more
