And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

There was a lot of water damage to the base of the island from the leaking PEX fittings, and I hired Roman to replace it, but instead of charging me for the bigger job he told me that it would be a lot easier to just cover the water damage with additional boards since finding the matching color would be really difficult. It looks just as good, and it saved me some money. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future needs.

Iron Caz owner, Daniel, is a professional welder - he used to do welding on skyscrapers in San Francisco. Daniel can custom make just about anything out of metal! Iron Caz has almost completed a massive iron fencing, pillar, concrete slab, and gate project - in our yard and our neighbors yard. In the neighbors yard, they had to take down about 450 feet of a 3 foot high brick wall. They put in 8 cinder block/brick 7 foot pillars, added 600-700 feet of commercial grade iron fencing, four large concrete slabs reinforced with rebar, and a bunch of commercial grade LiftMaster automatic openers and iron gates. This project is massive and the quality of workmanship is superior. They have done a terrific job. IMPORTANT: We got several quotes and Iron Caz Fence and Gate Company was the most competitive quote out of all of them. If you want great value choose IRON CAZ FENCING AND GATES. My husband was there so I sent him a pic and asked them to replace the board and they said we had to Bering it back. Now mind you, I didn't complain about all the cracked boards or the chewed up wood rail because I could flip it and it wouldn't be too noticeable, but the fence board was just garbage and even though I sent the picture they refused to replace it. I had found it after my husband had left so he would have to drive all the way back home and all the way back out there and then home again. The board was $5.50 so nothing to break the bank but their customer service was bad AND they sold me a piece of crap. Soooo disappointing. My advice would be to check every piece you buy from BERCO because they WILL sell you crap wood mixed in with the good one. I'm giving them 1 star based on customer service
