The shed selection on site made it easy to pick our options, but we did ask about some extra add ons not on display that really made a huge difference in the look of our sheds. Based on some other shed photos we saw online, we upgraded the doors to the window door and on the shed that we finished, we added 3 small windows on the top long wall and it added so much light, and doesn't prevent tall shelving from being used. If you are getting a shed for a working space, I highly recommend adding those top small windows. We worked with Richard to order everything and he was super chill and no pressure. All the upgrades were things we brought up, and he clearly explained what would/wouldn't work. I felt the upgrades were very reasonably priced. Each shed took one day to build and the friendly crew came out on time each day. It took about 3 weeks to get on their schedule, which was enough time for us to get the space ready for the build.

This was never disclosed to me when I gave her my $2500 deposit initially nor were there any other stipulations such as a non-refundable disclaimer I signed & agreed too. She is just a reselling dealer & not the manufacturer or installer. I requested my deposit be returned as this is a breach of contract & not disclosed to me when I signed the order agreement with her for a 22x40 building I designed & gave her a deposit for. The building is not built, nor is she stocking inventory for the building I gave her a deposit for, she is refusing to give me my deposit back! Because she doesn't want to lose her commission! No disclaimers on her agreement indicating my deposit would be forfeited either or non-refundable. Please be careful if you decide to deal with Linda on her unethical business practices. The business name is Healcerion USA Inc. DBA ADU For You Sheds. I gave her every opportunity to make this right be exploring her other suppliers for metal buildings for a price match, but non could match her original quote. Now I'm out over $2500 deposit with no metal building built as the agreement I signed with her indicated. Scam!! Now I'm forced to spend time trying to re-coup my deposit.
