I've gone to this salon twice now and they have done an excellent job both times. It's clean and the people are very friendly. They let you know what services they have but are not pushy. I've had gels, a manicure and a paraffin dip. The dip is totally worth the extra money! I have an appointment for a pedi in 2 weeks and I can't wait! They take walk ins, but they are busy. For the past 3 years I've come to this nail salon over any other. The work they do is amazing. Vivian knows how to shape your acrylics to look so natural, Milan does beautiful, flawless designs and everyone else is so nice and friendly. I love their pedicures, you can chose from a selection of additional treatments like scrubs, callus remover, hot lotion massage, etc . Every experience I've had here was awesome and that is why I keep coming back here. I would however suggest you always make an appointment because it does get busier than most salons because it's highly liked. It's also less than 5 minutes away from my house so there's always that convinient factor however if I did live further away I'd still be coming here because in this 3 year span I have not found a better nail salon. I've been going 3D Bella for over 3+years and I love Angie's work but today was it for me. I always make an appointment and 30 mins later they started working on my pedicure (Not the first time this has happened). I was there for 4 1/2 hours. Then I asked to get chrome polish for just chrome was $50. They did not tell me the price just for the nail polish. I paid a total of $134 For full set and pedi and pedi was the basic with Celsius scrub. So I ask Milan why is it so much and she gets attitude when you question it. Walking distance from my home I've never tried this salon as I am a long time fan of Forever Nails on Rosecrans. They are closed for the month of July so I tried this place out. Less of a spa like atmosphere than I'm used to, but I love, love, LOVE their nail art selection. There's nothing they can't do! We'll see how long the mani lasts...I usually get 3 weeks out of mine. This is my spot. I've been coming here religiously for almost two years now and I'm finally getting around to write a review after having a terrible experience somewhere else. The #1 thing I truly appreciate 3D Bella nails for is their consistency. Every time I go in I walk out happy and feeling like my money was well spent. All the ladies know what they're doing and don't pressure/up sell you the entire time either. I've gone in and asked them to do multiple designs that both I've come up with and taken from their insta and recreated. An new set and fill can sometimes take up to an hour an a half but the end product is pretty flawless work, so it's totally worth it. I never knew what good nail quality was until I started coming here. My nails hardly break even if I get heavy jewels or intricate designs on them! This is a huge plus for me because I'm a waitress and I use my hands constantly. If you're thinking about jumping ship from your nail salon don't think twice and make an appointment here! I came I'm on a Thursday at 3:00 after making an appointment. I came in for a full set pink and white powder with Milan. At first when sitting down Milan made a comment of me and all the nail techs stared at me, awkward. Milan was attentive and asked me what I wanted, if I was comfortable, was I in pain. I loved my nails. Milan did exactly what I wanted and took her time. I'm not sure because I told her I found the nail shop on help and she wanted a good review. We even got cold water to drink. The salon does tend to get busy and can take hours to be seated and then another hour or two to get your nails done but totally worth it. Milan was VERY VERY RUDE!! She was recommended and she put eyelashes on me. My wedding was 3 days before she put them on. I live in riverside thinking she would do a great job but the next day one of my eyelashes fell and got infected because she put it to low! I drove the day before my wedding back so she can fix it and she was so rude that she was telling the other customer my problem and talking about me while I was still there. I would not recommend this place I waited four hours and spent $150 to get three pedicures and three manicures. Their prices say $5 extra for gel but they charged $10 extra. After waiting too long and just needing to get my toes and nails done I didn't even have time for them to massage me or my daughters. I got my nails done Friday and Saturday morning one of my nails broke, I came in on Sunday and they refused to fix it for me!! I explained to her that I had a wedding to go to and needed it fixed it was not my fault it broke they did a poor job!! I had the first appointment with Milan when they opened and there were already people (without appointments) waiting. I love that she and my pedicurist (Lena) took their time as I haven't tended to my hands and feet in months. So if you're in a hurry I suggest you let them know. Went in made a appointment, Was very happy with the service. They are clean and the fill is every thing I wanted, They do stress appointments and today I totally understand they want to give you the best service and they do. I was a little shocked at the price for a fill, I know she had to even out my nails and clean up some of the mess from the other nail shop. I ended up paying $35.00 for a fill and gel polish which I feel is a lot of money. I know I made the mistake about telling her about my experience, I told her I did not want to be poked with the sharp pointy finger nail any more. How many times did you put inside (that white thing with the lights for the gel) I told her once. She seemed upset & she tells me ..I say two times... So I told her I didn't hear her tell me that.. Thee worst customer service of my life. I seriously tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I have never experienced this type of inadequate customer service. I think the problem is that the owner is not on the premises. I am wondering if this Milan woman, STATION #5, is in charge because no one else wanted the position. It has to be, right?
