3B Auto Brokers is the place to go if you need a car. Ara Basil is amazing!!! He will walk you through the process and get you the best deal possible. There is no other way to get into a new vehicle then going through 3B. Once the vehicle is ready it takes literally a few minutes to sign documents and you're in your way. This is the best car buying experience I've ever gone through. I highly recommend 3B Auto Brokers. They're the best in the business! read more

This is my 4th Car with Ara!! I tell him what I'm looking for and he makes it happen STRESS FREE!

I was referred by a friend and can not say enough good things about the experience. I had a car ready to purchase at the dealer and Ara found the exact same car with more features at a better price than the dealership. The entire process took 2-3 days from start to finish and the car was delivered to my house! I will refer and only use Ara in the future-he was wonderful to work with! read more

I want....I mean I NEED, to give a huge shout out to Narbeh Zohrabi. Nick and his 3B Auto Brokers Inc team kept me completely off the auto lots (which i can't stand) and delivered the truck to my driveway! And the deal I got was better than anything I was seeing through Ford's internet departments. Thanks so much Nick! The kids are pumped! read more

Dealerships are useless outside of actually seeing and driving a new model car. The salesmen know nothing about the vehicles that they are pushing on you and they are waiting to pick at your bones after the floor manager is done with you. So after doing my due diligence, I gave Ara a call with a short-ish list of 6 vehicles. Phone call number two was basically a pitiful back and forth about how the Kings (GKG) and the Ducks (how do the ducks have fans?) were shameful in their playoff "appearances" of 2018. I'm not sure if there was any actual useful car talk in this conversation. I may have asked about the going lease rates for the Mercedes GTS. For a friend of course. I called Ara a third time to mess with all of his work and change the color of the car I was looking for (the car is for my wife). You know you're going to have a good time buying a new car when the guy you're getting it from loves cars himself. It took 3 phone calls (all of which were after hours for him due to my work schedule) and Ara delivered the vehicle to my house and handed me the keys. I'm still not sure he did everything correctly because I don't remember it ever being this EASY! A big thank you to Ara and the 3B team for putting a big smile on my better half's face and a bigger smile on my accountants! read more

Nicholas is a real pro. He was so on top of it, gracious, and helpful during the car-finding process. I actually wound up working with a different broker (just because they had the color I wanted), but I'm writing a review for Nicholas because he's that good! read more

Two new cars leased in under two hours, need I say more? Working with Nick was such a pleasure that I would like everyone I know to reach out to him and Ara if even considering a new car (or helicopter too, apparently!) We quickly narrowed down the list of cars, did a few focused test drives, filled out the credit app, and VOILA, the cars were on their way! Delivered to our front door, the entire contract signing took less time than making a cup of coffee. Still not convinced? There was NO negotiation, no back and forth, no uncertainty. To top it off, the deal we got was incredible. I'm running out of exclamation marks here! For a fun, exciting, and rewarding experience in car-buying, take it from these reviews and contact Nick!!! read more

Michael was an exceptionally pleasant person to deal with. Not only did he communicate in a timely manner but after hours as well. He dealt with my brother in law who is notorious for being cheap and essentially wants a car for free. They were diligent and efficient and checked all the boxes including delivery. I would highly recommend them and will be a return customer for my own car the next time around! read more

I rarely write reviews, but 3B Auto Brokers definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I had no idea Auto Brokers existed, until my brother had mentioned it. They're the epitome of professionalism and diligence for their clients. I leased a Toyota RAV4 from them and will continue to bring my business back. They made the process swift and easy for me, as I work long hours. Ara was knowledgeable about every make and model and made my decision much less stressful. So, my lease was coming up for my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid and I'd just gotten back from a dealer with a quote for an Infiniti QX60. I thought the quote was a bit high so I filled out some form online and was contacted by at least 10 brokers all insisting on a phone call which I didn't have the time for. 3B was the only broker who was willing to give me numbers without a phone call and guess what? The numbers were really good and it was I who actually called them. We went back and forth between different brands and models but I eventually settled on another q50, this time with the sports package. The price was amazing and they are very low pressure. I put the brakes on the deal on at least 2 occasions and didn't get any pushback. I plan on working with them again when we upgrade my wife's car soon. Highly recommended. read more

Incredible service and a seamless experience. My lease was up and as I was searching for a new car I was referred to Ara. Ara has a great sense of the lease market and available deals. Ara was very responsive throughout our search for the right car and he was able to find me a car that I love driving, met all my requirements, and at a great price. Ara's colleague Nick delivered the car to my house at a convenient time and the process could not have been any easier. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! I contacted many dealerships and brokers before I found Ara! He is literally THE BEST! He answered every single question I had, searched for days to try to find me the best deal possible and really worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. He had the car delivered to my house on a Sunday and brought all the paperwork I needed to sign to make my life easier! I definitely will recommend him to anyone I know that needs a car! You will not be disappointed with 3B auto brokers! I'm very happy with my car and with their amazing customer service! read more

We just leased a car with 3B at the recommendation of a family member and we couldn't have had a better experience. I normally dread this process when it comes up but this time around it couldn't have been more pleasant. Ara helped me sift through a long list of options to find the best make and model for our family and we couldn't be happier with our new car. Ara was knowledgeable, extremely reachable and service-oriented and saved me from having to deal with the dealerships' normal song-and-dance. On top of it all, we got an amazing car that we love for a great price! We will definitely be using him for all of our future needs! read more

I will never buy a car through a dealership again! Ara made this fast, easy and with a great price! Delivery to my home with no hassle! Ara saved us hours sitting with a dealership and it was the easiest transaction I have ever been through! Thank you Ara!!! read more

This was probably one of my most easy transactions I have ever done. I was shopping for my pops and I had couple cars in mind for him but wanted to test drive them first. Arthur, was the best- he totally told me which dealerships I should go to, to test drive and then once I was done I would contact him and then see what deals would fit best for my dad. Arthur was so communicative and made sure that I was not waiting around for answers. He was on top of his work and made it easy for me. My dad doesn't speak very well English so - when we were ready to purchase the car we had gone to his office and discuss the deals. He then made the entire deal happen in a matter of couple hours. Can you believe my car was delivered the same day and my father and I did not have to worry about anything. We signed the paper work when the car was dropped off and there it was - done! My pops had a brand new car. Easy breezy! I will be referring everyone to Arthur as he is knowledgeable and is honest. It was hard to find an honest person, after all he showed that he cares more about keeping the customer happy vs. making a sale and for that he will keep getting my business -every 2-3 years. Thank you Arthur! Make sure to ask for him. He will get you the best deal and make it hassle free. Trust me! read more
