Even if I hadn't followed all the prep directions (I did) I still shouldn't be orange. It's the worst around my hands and feet. So embarrassing. I will give this place a higher rating when the manager decides to return my call, as I have been told she was going to do since June of 2018 by every worker. I cancelled my account with them while out of the country, and 2 months pass by with no charge from them for a membership. So I thought great, it's been cancelled since I am not being charged! (Btw I only cancelled because I had moved out of the country) then the 3rd month comes and they have charged my bank for 2 months worth of membership after I cancelled and hadn't been using their services! Mind you I would be a lot less upset and had fixed the problem had they started charging me for a membership directly after I cancelled. I would have called and fixed it. But the fact they waited 2 months and then charged me and then told me it was my fault- excuse me? And I am still to this day waiting for the manager to contact me about this. Ridiculous. I have given up so it is now being addressed with my bank as a unauthorized charge. My note to management- call when you say you're going to call. Avoiding this mistake on your behalf only lead to negative reviews, an upset former, loyal customer, and a bank investigating. read more

DON"T GO HERE if you want to look tan!!!! It's sounds like if you"re a pale redhead this place would be a good fit for you. I went on Saturday for the first time. I have NO visible tan. I left the solution on for 12 hrs like they instructed but the color is so light I can't even tell anything was done and she applied two coats of the solution. For $50 dollars, I expect to look tan!!!! I read that they formulated their own tanning solution...well it's TOO LIGHT. I gave the place 2 stars because the tanning tech was very nice and made me feel completely comfortable and did do a very good job applying the tanning solution. Other than having no visible color, I have two issues: They tell you that the solution has no smell. That's true when it is initially applied; however, when the tan starts to develop, you get that sickening sunless tanner smell. I should have known because the whole place smells like that when you walk in the door. Also, the receptionist was so snooty (dark haired girl) and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. When the tech took me to the front to pay, she said the receptionist would give me instruction regarding the first 12 hrs and how to extend my tan. Her answer was stay hydrated....DUH that's it?? I've had airbrush tans before and there is a lot more you need to know than...........stay hydrated. So, unless you are VERY fair complected, I would not go to 360 Tans. The price is really steep and you won't look tan. read more

I bought a Groupon for 1 airbrush tanning session. I've called numerous times to only get an automated voice service encouraging online booking. I went to try this online booking and yet nothing works. It is a dead end. Needless to say, I've been repeated calling the phone number and waiting, listening to the obnoxious recording telling you to go to online booking. There is no end to this loop. No person answering the phone after many, many calls impatiently listening through the nonsensical recordings. "Hello...? Is anybody out there?" I will gladly cancel my Groupon as this is clearly a ruse and who the heck has time for this? Do you want my business...or not? read more

Every visit I have had at 360 Tans has been amazing. I was kind of skeptical to get an airbrush tan at first, but the staff was extremely helpful and I ended up with an amazing glow when I left! The technician was very knowledgeable about skin care and how to maintain the airbrush tan longer. You can except the same experience at the new location off of Brodie Ln, which led me to sign up for a monthly membership. This is definitely my go-to place. When I'm ready to rid myself of my pastiness, I always head to 360 tans!! My airbrush tech is Mindy... She's great, always does a very even spray and is very professional. For some super special events (ie. the Grammy's and my WEDDING) my tan looked extremely natural and I got a ton of compliments. Airbrushing is the way to go ladies!!! I purchased the Groupon for the body wraps and was pleased with them and decided to sign up fro the unlimited wraps for $150. When I did that, I was told that because I had an unlimited membership I would be affected even if I missed any appointments, basically there would be no cancellation fees. Well I missed a few randomly and was charged $129 for one session!!!! That was almost the cost of my membership. I called and they were rude and would not budge, it was the worst experience ever. Be sure that you read the fine print because they will screw you over. FYI- They will also encourage that you buy the cream that is 'supposed' to be used in conjunction with the wraps.... it does no work, it's a waste of money! read more

This place is so contemporary and smells like Christmas! the lobby even has massage chairs like WHAT this is why locally owned places are the best places! the airbrush tan was smooth and really well done :) my only problem was my girl was literally trying to sell me things AS she was doing my tan, and everything she said was so scripted and unnatural. This review is for 360's airbrush tan. I went into 360 tans because of their Yelp offer of buy one get one free. 50 dollars for two tans isn't too bad. I got sprayed before Halloween and it was very easy to get an appt. I was very happy with the service. The girl who airbrushed me was very friendly and detailed with the tanning solution. The tan looked great right away, and the next day it looked even better. The tan lasted about a week. The only problem I had was that around my feet the tan started to get a brownish orange line, so I would recommend putting lotion around this area before you get airbrushed. Other then that I will definitely be back for special occasions and would recommend to others! read more

I've been coming to 360 tans (Brodie location) for 2 years now! I have a monthly membership, and don't feel the same without my spray tan:) I love how I feel after my sprays! I hate to give only 2 stars but truth is I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences EVER. I think most people would say that I am extremely laid back and not one who's feathers are ruffled easily, but I was going to lose my mind on the phone with one of the girls here... I had signed up for a membership and my first month I couldn't remember my draft date (when they take the money out of your account) - I called on the 20th to see what date this was (I knew it was either the 5th or the 20th). I didn't want to lose a tan as they do not roll over if you don't use them ($30 down the drain). The girl that "helped" me on the phone informed me that it was the 20th... PHEW - "do you have any times available this evening so I don't lose this one?"... She lets me know that I would have had to use the tan BY the 19th and that I unfortunately have already lost this tan... I explain to her that this was my first month and I could make it in right away - ask if there is anyway they could make an exception as I was only one day late... She casually tells me NO and this is when I realize that I am begging for a spray tan that I've already paid for. I ask to speak with a manager (she tells me he's not there and he will most likely tell me no as well) I let her know I want to cancel if this is the case and she casually tells me that's fine but it will have to be AFTER next month as you need to have at least 2 drafts... I went red after that and don't remember the rest of the conversation - honestly I may have just hung up. The tans were fine - they didn't last all that long - but what spray tan does? If it wasn't for the girl on the phone I'd most likely still be a member... read more

I got a Groupon for a spray tan at 360 and was quite impressed by the service there. Ashley was my spray tanner, and she was highly professional and personable. She gave me quite a few tips on maintaining the tan. It's a cool facility; I liked the interior design. The only thing I didn't like was the blow dryer (which you use to make sure the tanning solution is all dry before getting dressed)--it was super loud and hurt my ears. An individual tan is $50, but if you sign up for 3 months at a time (minimum) you can get one for $30 each. Don't know why they don't have their prices on their site, but there you go. I just had my first airbrush tan today and it was a really great experience. The people at 360 Tans North in Austin were fantastic from start to finish. Samantha at the front desk got me checked in very quickly and answered all of my questions about the process. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. My airbursh "artist" (it really is an art form!) was Bonnie and she could not have been more helpful nor more skillful in both explaining how everything worked and in the actual application. Guys, don't be shy about using 360 Tans before heading to the beach or if you just want a little color. When I had a camping/tubing event coming up I seriously needed to get some color on, I decided to try with the spray tan and went to 360 tan around the corner from where I live. My technician was Bonnie and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted and made me feel that I had made the right decision Wow was i surprised how good my tan looked, I was very reluctant to go too dark and have more of a natural look and Bonnie did exactly what I asked for with a couple of enhancing sculpting highlights if you know what I mean Thank you Bonnie for making me look good that weekend and many more to come. I was getting spray tans at 360 Tans and started going to Betty Lash because of location. However Betty Lash was not consistent (streaks, too dark, etc) and 360 Tans has been fabulous over and over! I even had my entire wedding party get sprayed before my wedding at 360 tans!! They are the best!!! read more

I wanted to get a spray tan before being in my friend's wedding and someone told me about 360 Tans. There was a special for $25 if you bought 2 or more, so I thought "Perfect - I'll buy two and get one about a month before the wedding and make sure I like how it looks." I went to the new south location on Brodie and Lacy was my technician - she was super friendly and helpful, giving me tips on how to care for and maintain the tan once I was home. I loved the first one - perfect, natural looking color that lasted for about a week, so I booked the 2nd appointment for a few days before the wedding. When I went back, Lacy was once again my technician. She asked how I liked the first one and if I'd like that same color again. Afterward, as I was getting into my car, I didn't feel like I looked as dark as I had after my first appointment so I went back inside and asked Lacy about it. She assured me that she used the same color, but told me that if I still felt that it was too light the next day, to give her a call and she would do another coat for free. It still didn't seem right the next day, so I called and Lacy told me to come on in - she gave me another couple of coats of my color, with no questions asked; she wanted me to be 100% happy with my tan. And I was! I don't know why the it didn't "take" as well as the first, but I was so glad that Lacy offered to fix it and was able to get me in so quickly - I had to catch a flight the next morning, so that day was the only time I had to get it fixed. I got so many compliments from my friends at the wedding on how great and natural my tan looked! Thank you Lacy for making sure your customers are satisfied! The color is great! The quality of the tan depends on who is doing it. Most of the girls who work there are great. There is one girl who is overly chatty and misses spots because she isn't paying attention. I don't want someone to chat with me... I want someone to pay attention and do a good job:( Also took off a star because of their bad service when it comes to Groupons. Apparently if you buy a Groupon and then buy another one several months later when the deal comes back, the second one could technically be the "same" deal so you won't be able to use it. Nowhere on the Groupon do they tell you this. You just have to memorize thse picture and know that if the deal comes back with a different picture then you can buy it again because it is a "different" deal. Kinda shady since I didn't know this, bought a groupon, and then had to pay full price. I would have gone somewhere else and not bought the Groupon if I had known. read more

I have been going to 360 tans for 2 years and have had nothing short of an EXCEPTIONAL experience every time! I get a spray tan every week during the summer, every other week during the colder months and LOVE the results! They sell their solution in a spray can for touch-ups in between - definitely worth the purchase! Unlike machine spray tans (eww!) that only have one color, 360 tans is able to customize the solution specific to your skin tone and your color desires. The tan has never looked orange. The girls are extremely professional, knowledgeable and make the experience enjoyable every time. The location is very clean and their machines & solutions are TOP of the line. They truly are the BEST spray tan in Austin! I used the beds a few times (try not to for personal health reasons), and have done several of the body wraps - they are great before events to lose a few inches.
