WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE! So I purchased the deal of two tans for $50.00 WHAT A WASTE! The first time I received a spray tan there was NO color, my friend who is a professional spray tanner confirmed there was no color and had to re-spray me the following day. Because I purchased two sessions I figured I would give them another shot and mention (to the spray tanner) that I want to be EXTRA dark.. I left the solution on for 12 hours and even after all that time there was NO color!!! I had to go to my local tanning salon to have them fix my color. This was an EPIC disaster considering this is my graduation day and on top of everything the manager was a TOTAL ASS! I called to complain thinking at the very least I would get an apology + refund.. all he said was 'well our solution maybe to light for you, if you do not like our solution then don't come back'. I called several salons prior to visiting this one. The salon employee who answered was very helpful and I liked the location which is close to one of the best centrally located dog parks in town (Bull Creek). I found the salon to be very clean and nicely furnished, they even have massage chairs to sit in if there is a wait. On the day I went there was no wait. Dinea (I hope I spelled it correctly) was very cheerful and helpful. She went over all the different offers and was there to make sure that you have everything you may need. Apparently the business has a new owner (I was told) and she informed me that they planned to have a lot of new events and offers for customers. The beds and rooms were immaculate. They provide eye cover and spritz and deoderant in each room. lotions, of course you must bring or buy...I think that they could have more of a selection but the prices were not out of line. Over all I will be back...bought a punch card. So, as of this time I would highly recommend this establisment. probably the only thing I would recommend to make this place even better would be music. Although I usually do have my Ipod with me on this occassion I did not...It is a nice feature to have a choice of music and they do not ,at the moment, have it in the rooms. My mistake...they have music...and the tanning creams and lotions have greatly improved. A REALLY great place with incredibly friendly staff and super clean beds. i'm a spray-tan-aholic. I'm ok with that. I've never been in a tanning bed, but I've done everything else under the sun to bronze myself (pun intended). Getting airbrushed by hand is definitely the way to go. The "hand" part is important. The hand needs to know what to do, and there is definitely an art to it. 360 Tans has a good hand. As far as the airbrush tan A+++!! I have an airbrush tan membership, which allows me one airbrush tan/month (kind of ridiculous but whatever). When you call in to make an appt it's usually easy UNLESS you get the owner or if the owner is there. He always makes you feel like they're booked and there is no possible way what so ever to get in. If one of the girls answers they usually always try to work with you. Not being able to get in most of the time that I tried to set an appt. is the reason why I canceled my membership, or at least thought I did. If I want a spray tan for a reason and then I can't get in when I need to and you won't work with me in any way when I'm paying a monthly fee to get this ONE tan...I think that's a tad bit ridiculous and horrible customer service on the owner's part. I signed the cancellation paperwork and didn't get a tan for 3 months, not knowing that they were still charging me. If you want a great spray tan go here, the girls are really great and they do their job well! The only cons are the management, getting in when you need to, and following through with the cancellations. ***UPDATE*** The owner contacted me and was very apologetic in regards to my review. I understand that a busniess can get busy and I appreciate him taking the time to contact me directly to apologize for my bad experiece. Like I said before this place is great to get a spray tan and they always to an awesome job! So please goto 360 Tans if you want a great spray tan that it going to last and look natural. I went back for an airbrush tan, and loved it! Tasha is very professional and friendly. It's always kinda weird to stand almost naked in front of somebody, but she is great at making you feel at ease, instructing you exactly what to do, and educating you on how to make your tan last. They customize the color of the airbrush tan so you don't have to worry about looking unnatural. My tan looked great, like I had spent the weekend at the beach. I came here for a spray tan before my birthday, and I used a Yelp deal so it was only $25. If I had paid full price I would have been PISSED. The color she showed me right after we finished was great, and she said it would get 3-5 shades darker than that, so I was thinking it would be perfect. My tech was nice and obviously had a lot of experience, and the solution did dry much faster than other places I've been, but when I went to shower the next day, I would say 80% of the color came off. I did all the pre-tan prep and followed all the after-care instructions, but it just didn't take. I've used self-tanning products for years, so I know it's not me. I also felt like the color looked slightly orangey in pictures, but not enough for it to look crazy. For $25 I was a little disappointed, for $50 I would have been livid. Nice place, nice employees, but just not what I was wanting. I've experienced better. read more

If only to inform me that in spite of the girl telling me when I cancelled I would only be charged one extra month because I was canceling exactly one month out, that I actually cancelled 29.5 days out so I had to be charged AGAIN. I appealed to her that my medical bed rest kept me from canceling way before, and that this was unacceptable treatment. No empathy, just, "there is nothing I can do." I've been a member at 360 tans for over 7 years. I was encouraged by my dermatologist to stay out of the sun to keep my skin healthy. I was lucky that 360 tans was the first place I tried when I moved here and 7 years later I'm still getting quality tans. Natasha's products are amazing quality and consistent. Everyone that works there is trained by Natasha and sprays exactly the same. Sometimes newer people spray me and with minor adjustments are perfect the next time I go in. The manager, Bonnie is amazing and welcomes customer comments and feedback. Bonnie is also a spray tech and her tans are perfect. I walked in 15 minutes before they closed having never been there before and the owner and Alexis took me right in. It was the first time I've had a tech spray me and not had a machine do it. She was great, and I went for no tan lines ;) She was professional and I was comfortable. The tan showed up quickly, no toweling off, no smell and was quick. I did take advantage of the deal first time clients get.. but $50/session seems steep. Maybe it's because I'm new to the service. They have disposable thongs if u need and the amount of "lines"you want is completely up to u ! I love this place! I have been to 360 tans many times. I live in Pflugerville and I am willing to drive out there because it is the only place I can get a consistently good tan. I'm pretty pasty and I like to get airbrush tans when I have an event coming up. They store your info so they know what color you used last time. I can literally walk in and tell them I want the same as last time and know I will walk out with an awesome tan. I don't have a certain tech to recommend but have had tans by 3 different girls and they have all done a great job. It can be a little (or a lot) awkward to stand there almost naked with a stranger but they are so professional, I always feel totally comfortable. So my wife and I went to 360 Tan for the 1st time and prior to the visit were told that we could each watch the other since we had back to back appointments. Well the day of we are greeted by 2 of the most unprofessional employees who told us that their policy did not allow this. After a few more questions about why couples aren't allowed to accompany one another we decided it best to just get our money back. I bought a Groupon for a FIT sauna wrap and went in for my first one last week. It was fine although the upselling was annoying. Then I found out that the wrap was the wrong one and hadn't been applied right. The heat bands were super loose. After being sold outrageously priced lotion to put on to make it better, you'd think they would offer a refund. I go in for my second one soon and hope it will be better. I give up on these people and spray tans all together. I tried this place out about 2 months ago because they had such a good reputation on spray tans. Last time I tried a spray tan was 8 years ago and I turned out looking bright orange. I had a wedding coming up where I was a bridesmaid so I tried this place out to see if I could get some color. I bought a spray tan package for 4 tans for $100 so I could try a few out and figure out what my correct color was. I also bought the exfoliant and lotion they sell for an extra $65 which is grossly overpriced. I exfoliated like crazy a few hours before the spray, like they tell you to do. The first spray tan was horrible, I looked bright orange again and had spots all over me. Plus the exfoliant I purchased from them gave me a painful rash. I called and told them what happened and they offered for me to come in and try again with a lighter spray for free. Since I invested so much already, I figured I would try again and when I did, it was a much better color on me, just a light sun kissed look. So the wedding was coming up and I went in for my spray tan a few days before. I confirmed with them at least 3 times that they were using the same color they used the second time on me, just the light sun kissed look, and they said yes. After my tan, I went home and when I got out of my car, I immediately noticed it was way too dark again and I once again, looked bright orange. I quickly jumped into the shower and washed it all off before it could stain my skin. Thank god I did or all the wedding photos for my brothers wedding would have had a bright orange bridesmaid in them. These people really need to LISTEN to their customers! And never buy their overpriced lotions or cleansers. I found the same quality stuff at whole foods. read more

Saw this place on groupon. Just got a spray tan here for the first time and loved it! My technician Elizabeth picked just the right color for me and it came out so beautiful, natural, and even. I opted for the extra moisture thing and HIGHLY recommend it if you have dry skin (as most of us do entering the winter months). Ended up buying a tanning package with them. This place is just awesome! I go here to get a spray tan before big, outdoor events; once before a wedding and 3 times now before a beach vacation. My husband actually got one, too before our last two vacations. I have always left beyond satisfied. The color looks amazing and very natural. I could never get this color naturally without doing some serious skin damage. The staff here are just top notch. Amber did my spray tan this time and she was great. She was extremely thorough, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I cant recommend this place enough. If my husband will go back a second time, it has to be worth it... believe me. I got a light spray tan and told them my concerns of orange tint and to blend in with my already tan lines. This tan was orange and didn't cover my tan lines. I was so embarrassed for days. My experience with this establishment was absolutely HORRIFIC. The actual spray tan was OK, but what happened afterwards was a nightmare. I took off two pieces of jewelry before my tan, very expensive and meaningful jewelry like my diamond ring from my fiance's family.
