They couldn't schedule me for 8 months and even then they can only do one at a time. In the meantime I had a filling fall out and it hurt, on one of the teeth they wanted to put a crown on. So I waited through their emergency procedure which I came in the morning and they couldn't see me that morning and I had to come back at 12:30. I came back and got in 3 hours later only to be told during the exam that yes I need a filling but preferably a crown but they couldn't do anything for me that day and since I had the appointment 8 months from then that I couldn't schedule anything. 3 days later I can tell my tooth that should've gotten a filling that day is infected. Turns out I didn't need a root canal, I needed my bite adjusted, which they did on the first visit. Dr Butler was great, very patient, explained what he saw on the Xray, talked over different things like do I grind my teeth (I don't think so), and eventually checked my bite. Which is where we found the issue. They took photos of the tooth and pulled them up on a screen, and talked through all of it clearly and without being condescending or dismissive. All equipment modern, up to date, chairs comfortable. Its a bit too cold, but I tend to expect that with dentists. I hate dentists. This one is not like the others. Highly recommend.

There was a lot of body damage, but the crew at AutoCraft in Eugene has been so amazing! Even when the class company refused to honor their "claimed" warranty, the team work with me to get everything safe for me to drive with my kids in the car. It seems as though the accident shook up Betty, (my SUV), she has had a tough go with healing... but every time I take her in to Autocraft with a new issue, they are kind, and empathize with my situation. The crew has gone above and beyond to get Betty back on the road, every time! And they are always happy to help out me at ease! Everything that has gone wrong has been out of anyone's control, but they always show up and walk me through every question and concern I have! I never leave feeling like a "burden", and this alone is enough for me to recommend them! But on top of this, they have done great work, and strive to comfort me whenever I feel tears coming on... they are proud of their family, and I feel as though they have taken me under their wing in the past six months.
