He took the time to show me around and was very thorough and knowledgeable about ceramic coating, which they've been doing for many years. He also mentioned that they offer tinting, done by someone with 15+ years of experience, and there's a discount if you do both. I decided to go all in and get both services. Evan happened to have an opening in just a few days due to a reschedule, so I booked right away. The ceramic coating turned out amazing--I absolutely love how my car feels, and I would recommend it to anyone. The tinting, however, left me with some questions. After a week of not opening my windows, I noticed small dust bubbles and even a fold. I sent photos to Evan, and he was quick to reply and had me come back the next day. He explained that BMW windows are trickier to tint and said that even if they redid it, tiny bubbles could still appear. I found that a little odd since the tinting is sublet to someone with so many years of experience--I would have expected them to be able to minimize that. It also made me wonder if the tinting was actually done in their clean shop or somewhere else with less control over dust, which could explain the bubbles. Evan helped me reschedule to get the tinting fixed. He planned to take me in last week but had to reschedule, and I went back today. Evan even helped put blue tape around the front part of the car to show all the dust bubbles, which were numerous. I dropped my car off and they had it for about six hours. Evan let me know that the tinter was able to redo the passenger and driver side windows. The tinter also mentioned that I was a picky customer--though I'm not in the tinting industry, so I can't really judge that--so they didn't touch the front windshield, which left me a little disappointed. Overall, I was not upset with Evan, and I think he did a great job in the areas where Auto Perfection excels. I 100% recommend them for ceramic coating--it's excellent and worth it. But for tinting, I'm a little hesitant based on my experience, and since that part is subleased, it's probably best to go to a dedicated tinting shop. Lesson learned.

The service from this shop was very friendly and everyone was so helpful and courteous. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were very flexible with pick up times. Pricing was very fair as well. As far as the product they use, my car has a glossy look even when it gets dirty. It's super easy to wash as the water just beads right off. It's smooth to the touch & just looks damn good all the time. It requires an annual maintenance detail to keep the coating and paint on top shape. I highly recommend this company!

We want them looking good all the time. My car's exterior was in good condition but over time; weather, hand washes using dishwashing soap, 808 drive thus, and free car washes from Acura (I know you read those reviews), it needed plenty of corrections. No matter how hard I tried my clear coat perfect, I had plenty of scratches and I knew major corrections were needed. So I looked toward Yelp for help. I decided to get the ceramic coating again. The warranty is good for three years but after two my last application was failing. Not sure if I'm ever going to Auto Detailing again. Yep you read that review right? After scrolling through Yelp and talking to Kalen, this was the place. Now this guy is serious about detailing. He makes it an art. I had to leave my car over at his house for two day. One day for interior and corrections. The second for coating application and drying. He kept me updated and informed me he needed more time with the car. I told you major correction. I don't know what magic he pulled off but DAMN!!! Let me say I didn't recognize my vehicle. I wish I took before and after pics because my car looks great. Like it came fresh off the factory assembly line. I couldn't find any scratches and brother I looked. I could see myself reflection smiling through the coating. He gave me a quote and I texted him a week later to detail the exterior only of my car because I don't have covered parking and I want to avoid oxidation. Caido was able to detail my car Saturday at 8am at my house. He has a nice truck with all his equipment including a big vat for his own water, power washer, buckets, etc. He truly is mobile as I was expecting he would need to use my water hose. It took exactly 4 hours and wow, my car looks brand new. He does accept Venmo but I had cash on me. He really worked hard and very courteous. English is not his first language (he is fluent in Spanish). I will have him detail the interior next.

The day after, early in the am, you could see the haze from the ceramic coating that either he left on too long and did not buff out right away or just didnt buff it out properly. Either way, you could see the small hazey areas/swooshes. Our whole vehicle was supposed to be coated, which included the windows as well. He forgot the front passenger side (u can tell by the hydrophobic beading....it streaks. both front and back) and our front windshield and rear window wasn't included in the quote. and the hydrophobic/beading of the ceramic coating he used seemed like a low grade. the beading in comparison to my ceramic detail that i usually use, doesnt even come close. the ceramic detail spray did a WAY better job. The inside, detailing was mediocre too. Because it took all day and partial of the next, when he came back to detail the inside, because it was rainy and he didn't set up the tent, there was water spots and streaks on the inside of the door panels. Our truck wasnt that dirty. But for the price and he included his tip...added a small discount....it came out to almost $2000. I wish our previous detail guy didnt retire cuz he always done a great job. I recommend shopping around. Use someone that has numerous reviews with pictures or word of mouth.
