2018 GMC sierra Slt I purchased my truck from this dealer less than 6 months ago and have already experienced serious problems: transmission oil leak, faulty sensors that constantly detect objects when there's nothing there, and a strong knock from the rear driver-side wheel when braking and accelerating. I have taken it back twice. The first time they said they fixed the oil leak, but it came back. Now they claim it's leaking from the "other side" and want to charge me $1,300 to repair it, plus the wheel issue. These problems appeared within the first 3 months of ownership. On top of that, they sold me an expensive extended warranty at the time of purchase, but now refuse to take responsibility and simply tell me to deal with the warranty company. It is not normal for a financed vehicle from a dealer to have transmission and safety issues so soon, and it is unacceptable that the dealer avoids accountability. Customers deserve honesty, safe vehicles, and support when problems arise--not excuses and extra charges. What you wrote is completely false. My truck has only 9,000 miles since I bought it from you, I have never used it for towing or heavy work. The oil leak and the noise from the rear wheel started in less than 3 months of use, I reported it immediately, and you still refuse to take responsibility. We purchased a truck for $15K, along with 100% coverage ($2,100 warranty), yet from Day 5, it was in and out of their service center countless times. Do not go to this dealership. They are dishonest and will tell you anything to sell you a vehicle. Long story short they lied about taking a car that was going to be a trade in. But once they found out the negative side the vehicle they sold would have been to expensive to sale. So they said they take it as trade in and didn't. Opened a BBB complaint and they submitted a letter proving they told me the vehicle was still under warranty when it wasn't. I provided all documentation showing there was no warranty on the vehicle per the manufacturer. All provided documents show they straight up LIED to us when they sold us the car. They accused us of trying to take advantage of them but if that were true I would have only provided them with the one estimate for the repair instead of the final invoice which was a lower amount. (Check out the attached photos!) Avoid this place like the plague because they will screw you any chance they get and have zero qualms about putting you or your family in a dangerous vehicle. The staff is helpful and service oriented, but BE CAUTIOUS when buying a car here!! I purchased a car from them a few months ago. Less than 2 months later the brakes, rotors, and pads had to be completely replaced! I brought my car in and they charged me for parts only, which I was fine with because they made it seem like they were helping me out. Well, now, less than 2 months since my brakes were replaced, my ball joints came out! The car could not make the trip to Plano, so I went to a local mechanic and they said I could have been in a serious accident and the ball joints and the arm were in bad condition and it looked like the placement issue with my ball joints was caused by the work they did on my brakes. They also said that the ball joints and brakes should have been replaced before selling me the car because that's "bad business" to sell a car in a condition like that. I waited a year to post a review to see how the truck worked out for me. In short, I couldn't be happier with this dealership. They sold me a vehicle in excellent condition and even bent a little on the price (cash offer will do that). Haven't had to use their service dep't yet, but I know they do offer a discount on work if you bought your vehicle from them. Best used car buying experience by far. This is a used car dealer so I wasn't looking for perfection,I was just hoping for honesty.I bought my first car from Ira that car was problem free paid it off and went back for a truck. The truck had some mechanical issues so I called up Tony and had no problem at all he asked me to bring it back and they helped with the fix. I don't know how many times I've called a dealer to hear "that's your problem."I've never had a bad experience with these guys. This is one of the best used car lots I have ever been to. In the past I financed a 05 Buick Rendezvous, it was an awesome dependable vehicle that got me wherever I wanted to go. So I returned a couple years later and financed a 07 Mazda 3 through them. When I got it, it had a couple things wrong with it, but nothing major. Tony fixed everything up for me in no time! Please avoid this place at all cost. The trucks are all over priced and need repairs. The first truck I drove had the engine recently replaced. The second truck I drove had engine work done it as well with over 200k. They told me I could do in house financing after I told them I currently have a open auto loan. The issue came into play when I told them I have a Michigan license. They immediately assumed that I was trying to In house finance the truck and drive it back to Michigan when I live in Texas. They racial profile me and the truck wasn't worth the money they actually did me a favor by refusing my business. For them to say I was basically trying to steal a truck with over 200k miles that's just complete bs and insane. They pick and choose who they want in house finance based upon your race or ethnic group. He asked me to bring down payment of $1500, bank statement, proof of insurance, and 6 references for in house financing. A week and a half after my son bought the car we had to have $2000.00 worth of repairs done and we were told it should not have passsed inspection. I was looking for a juke I had wanted one for the longest I was not able to go long distances to find the car that I wanted so 3400 Auto was right down the street it had my juke I drove it it had some issues I talked to ira he said that he was going to fix everything everything but his mechanics weren't and just bring it back in on Monday will that Monday turned into the next Monday when I brought it in they gave me new tires which had no caps on them he said he was going to fix the brakes who's going to check my hoses and belts he was going to fix some inside some things that were wrong on the inside of the car I saw the new tires my brakes were still not fixed but I had paid the entire amount he had asked I wrote him a check that very day so I have had no recourse and I had signed a as is contract so all I can had was his word just his word and he didn't keep his word my brakes were still screeching I'm an old lady I don't know but I should have known after being this old I should have known a car salesman is a car salesman no matter how many religious epithets he has on his wall. read more

Purchased a 2008 Prius in October of 2015. This is a smaller lot with around 20 cars in inventory. I was a cash buyer, but they also offer in house financing. I am a very experienced used car buyer (30 years of buying mostly used cars). Very straightforward and quick process with the purchase. They were willing to negotiate based on a couple of small issues (tail light and headlight that I wanted to replace). They also put a new matching set of rear tires on the vehicle. They allowed me to take it for several hours to Toyota dealer to have a pre-sale inspection, which came back perfect. Overall this was a very good experience. Very good value pricing on the car. Just bought an Audi A4 from them. They went all out. They gave me a great deal and replaced the convertible top for me because it had a half inch tear with a new one. You can't ask for more. They fixed them and said that this time they would not charge me, after getting the car back we started having transmission problems. They said it would cost $2,000 with a six month warrenty.
