After the people who came in after me were given their food and finished it, I inquired about my food. 5 people had to look for it, and it had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. Great place for hot sandwiches and great fries. I would say that this is their specialty and they get it right. Tasty, great sauces, just the right size. Great tasty fries. As typical with pizzas, it's really depends on what you like (sweetness of sauce, thickness, type of dough, etc.) So I would not comment on that aspect as it so highly based on personal preference. The sandwiches are their specialty and a sweet spot on the menu. Staff is friendly and competent (never messed up an order) and delivery is relatively quick and polite. Stopped in last night for dinner. We had the eggplant parmigiana sandwich, the turkey BLT with avocado and a meatball sandwich. All were very good. The eggplant was perfectly fried and not greasy. The meatballs had great flavor. The French bread on both was nicely toasted. The Star was the turkey BLT with avocado. It had banana peppers and a tasty mayo. All grilled on a panini press. We took a chance and decided we'd order for delivery.... THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!! The delivery was prompt and friendly. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and the salads were divine. We couldn't get enough, so we ordered again the following week. Once again, they did not disappoint!! Well, for pizza there are other, less-greasy choices in the area, and the burgers are a little overcooked and tasteless, along with very mediocre fries, but the sandwiches are really very good! Stay away from the meaty calzones that are wayyy too greasy, but stay close to the sandwich selection and you will be very happy, We really like the sandwiches here. read more

I ordered lunch using their online option and it promised food would be delivered within 45 minutes - one hour and 30 minutes later no food so I tried calling and got a busy signal - finally my son got thru and was told by a very snippy person the food was leaving shortly - no apology or even a lame attempt at an excuse just curt and rude. This place always messes up! I don't quite understand why the employees are always so confused when taking orders. We ordered a steak & cheese sub - picked it up and brought it home only to find it was just ground beef on a roll. Brought it back to have them remake it how it is listed on menu (peppers onions mush cheese) thinking it was an easy fix. Had the cheeseburger and fries asked for the burger medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The food was wonderful and fresh. The bread was to die for! And Boars head meat is the best. The reason they lost a star: I used the online feature to order our lunch and my husband went to pick it up. I payed online for convenience. When my husband got home I mentioned how easy it was to just pay online and he then told me they charged him there for it. Well I called and they took our phone number to figure out what happened. 30 minutes later they call us back and said they only charged my husband 0.55$ because of an upgraded bread. They need to update their prices to reflect this. They also need to put online that is cost more for certain breads. I am rarely able to eat out with nursing a child that reacts badly to dairy and soy products. I ask a man behind the counter if their bread had any dairy or soy. He apologized he did not know, since the bread is not delivered there with nutrition labels. I order the Turkey Avocado BLT and was just going to not eat the bread. Before the food was delivered he came to the table with his phone. He had pulled up the website of the company he bought the bread from and showed me the nutrition info. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Thankfully I like spicy, so be warned it has a good kick to it! Hubs ordered the turkey avocado BLT which was good. Sides are ordered separately. Ordered a large fry to split but portions were very small. Basket it was served in had plenty of room in it and looked like it was half eaten before it was given to us.
