Margherita pizza with no red sauce?? It tasted like cardboard, do not waste your money here.
    Brighid W.

Suppa's Pizza in Hudson, NH: A Margherita Mishap As I sit here, nursing my disappointment and a half-eaten slice of what can only be described as a culinary catastrophe, I feel compelled to share my Suppa's Pizza experience. I have never had a pizza as awful as this, and it genuinely felt like it was some sort of joke. Brace yourselves, dear readers, for this review is about to take a nosedive into the abyss of pizza despair. The Crime Scene: Margherita Pizza I ordered a Margherita pizza--a classic, right? Simple ingredients, harmonious flavors, and a promise of cheesy bliss. But alas, what arrived at my doorstep was a mockery of Italian cuisine. The crust, once hopeful and bubbly, lay limp like a deflated balloon. And the cheese? Oh, the cheese! It clung to the crust like a desperate lover, refusing to let go. But where, oh where, was the vibrant red sauce? The lifeblood of a Margherita pizza--the essence that ties basil, mozzarella, and crust in a passionate embrace--was conspicuously absent. The Sauce Conspiracy I imagine the kitchen scene: a rogue chef, perhaps fueled by a vendetta against tomatoes, tiptoeing to the sauce station. With a sinister grin, they whisper, "Not today, Margherita. Today, you shall be sauceless!" And so, my innocent pizza emerged, naked and vulnerable, robbed of its saucy birthright. The Basil Betrayal But wait, there's more! The basil leaves--those verdant symbols of freshness--were scattered haphazardly, like confetti at a funeral. Their once-vibrant green had faded to a melancholic gray, as if mourning the loss of their saucy companion. "Fear not," they seemed to say, "we shall soldier on, even without our crimson counterpart." The Cheese Monologue And the mozzarella? Ah, the mozzarella. It clung to the crust like a clingy ex, refusing to melt into gooey submission. Instead, it formed a rubbery shield, impervious to flavor infiltration. "I am cheese," it declared, "hear me squeak!" The Final Verdict Suppa's Pizza, you've shattered my pizza-loving heart. Your Margherita misstep shall echo through the annals of pizza lore. I award you zero stars, a sad emoji, and a virtual side-eye. May your sauceless pizzas haunt your dreams, and may the ghost of Margherita herself visit your kitchen, wielding a ladle of vengeance. Oh, and how could I forget? I ordered two pieces of their cheesecake, and the encounter left me bewildered. The promised creamy delight turned out to be a sour disappointment. The crust lacked buttery finesse, and the filling--more curdled than comforting--left my taste buds in revolt. If you seek sweet solace, steer clear of this disastrous imposter of a dessert. In conclusion: Avoid Suppa's Pizza like a plague of sauceless locusts

Subs are over stuffed! Everything seems to be very good, the fat boy sandwiches are a big meal in themselves.

Although the staff was ready to close up shop they made me a grilled chicken salad and were so pleasant about it.

** Patty Melt review **…read more Roadside eatery in a tiny strip plaza. Outside, it looks nothing like the classic New England train car style or New Jersey stainless steel style diners, but inside are countertop with stools, booths around the outskirts, and the hustle and bustle giving it a strong diner vibe. Like my visits to many diners, I was here on my patty melt quest. -- Patty Melt: First, the composition is faithful to the prototype, with a quarter pound patty (no smashburger nonsense), rye bread (no sourdough decoy), buttered (not merely toasted), and with the classic Swiss cheese, sautéed onions and thousand Island dressing. No fusion, no reinvention, no omissions, no hipster jive. Good crispness and butteriness on the bread, great melt on the cheese, and noticeable softness to the onions. Most importantly, the beef could be ordered medium rare, and they executed. More softness, with gushing juices and a really pleasing bite. I suspect nothing special to start with, but they cooked it to near perfection. Only quibble would be not much crust to the patty, but not as critical on a patty melt. -- Fries: I could have had tots or a few other options, but fries were fine. Almost certainly frozen, but the skin-on variety and not the dreaded coated kind. Nothing special, but good enough. Service was adequate. It seemed like everyone was prepping to get everything gathered and cleaned for closing about 90 minutes earlier than necessary, but that didn't detract. If anything, it shows initiative and hustle. Not much data to go on, but an easy 4 for me.

The service is always amazing and the food is always on point and it never disappoints. The ambiance is like a typical diner with booths, no loud music so you can talk to your party. Let's get down to the food. Cinnamon Bun Pancakes- this is my go to because I love it! It's not overly sweet which I love and it reminds me on a cinnamon bun. I always get one lol Country Benedict- this is what I order every time I come here as my main dish. You get buttermilk biscuits instead of English muffins with sausage patties on top and the lovely gravy. The gravy is soo good. CHOCOLATECHIP pancakes- my daughter go to since she loves chocolate lol. Which 5 year old doesn't right? She always gets this and it's really good. So if you're in Hudson be sure to come here, you won't be disappointed.

GREAT experience; having tried this place for the 1st time today (a Wednesday, late morning);…read moreExceptionally, friendly and attentive staff. I am in a wheelchair and the staff must have seen us coming as ChrisAnn (unsure of spelling) greeted us and assisted us (husband and I) with the doors (which are not automatic) and, as we entered, stated that she already set us up at the first table, which I found to be above and beyond the typical service of any establishment. The menus were already at the table and a chair removed, to make space for my wheelchair. Both of us ordered the steak tips and eggs, which we both enjoyed, cooked exactly as ordered, and as tasty as one can expect. Husband had his with hash browns (?) [pan-fried potato chunks] & toast; mine with grilled English muffin and a side of baked beans. What I really like was the plating, such that none of the food items ran together, that is, the beans were in a small dish separate from the eggs and English and the steak was on a separate small plate, making it easier to cut (without bumping up against other foods). When our son was a young child, we referred to this as "no-touch-atarian" as he really disliked his foods touching one another. Now, some 30+ years later, I have to agree that some food items are just best as stand-alone items. I would have given a full 5 star rating except that I tend to be slightly more critical with my assessments as they relate to accessibility. The parking lot could use a repainting as the lines and handicapped parking symbols were barely visible. They have a ramp to the entrance but, without automatic doors, it can cause difficulties at the top as there is no level area at the top to allow one to stop and prevent the chair from rolling backwards to allow one to open the door. I have a care giver that gets me in and out, so it is not a huge barrier for me personally but I can see it being difficult for more independent wheelchair users. Access to the restroom is a bit awkward but not impossible And the staff helped with that as well.
