My family & I come here just about every other week. They are so fast here, it's unbelievable. We get our food as soon as we take a seat after ordering every time & that's with 4 people. Christian normally helps us & he is amazing. He seems like a really hard worker. My mom & I normally get the margaritas. They're not very strong and are super sweet but they taste great (I recommend the mango if you like sweet). The Baja Salad is my normal go to - they give a great amount of dressing. Their tacos are decent but the burritos are where it's really at. They have a drive thru option outside but the indoor seating is nice. We normally sit inside & watch sports on their TVs. Definitely a decent taco place near the house & would recommend for a cheap, quick bite. read more

Umm I beg your finest pardon? How have I never tried this place before? I was today years old when I discovered the best fast food tacos I've ever had in my life. If I lived closer, this would become a regular on an unhealthy basis. Get the Baja tacos. Not normally a chicken fan, would probably order their chicken Baja taco every time I went. I pass by here often and being a taco guy, I felt compelled to try the tacos here. The parking lot at lunch was empty today. Wasn't busy at all for a weekday at lunch time. Ordered three hard shell tacos and sat. The flavoring was ok, not awesome, tho the internal parts did taste good. The issue I really had was the taco shells. They were super thick and a bit hard to crunch down on. That made it a bit of a turn off. The place was clean. The hot sauced is a thin liquid, not a thick salsa, had a good flavor tho. I'm going to be as kind as I can .. And I hope a manager/owner reads and responds to this. I show up and go through the drive through (simple order attached on receipt). I get around the block, take a sip of my drink and it's sweet tea (ordered a coke). Mistakes happen, I get it. Since I paid for a Coke, I'd like to have my Coke. So I pull back into the parking area to go inside. I take the receipt with me and tell the young guy at the counter, I was given a sweet tea and I ordered a Coke. I didn't get an "I'm sorry" or anything! He never said a word! So he walks back around the corner to what I would assume pour out the drink. He brings me another one and off I go. I get in the truck and head out (frustrated I had to waste my time to begin with). So now I'm a few blocks away and it's another damn sweet tea! Is it incompetency? Does not care? Stupidity? So now I'm home, pissed off. I open the first burrito (feeding a family of 4) and it's not even correct! I had requested no tomatoes (see pic - kiddos do not like them). Why even take orders at this point? Mom then asked for hot sauce, served normally at every taco shop I've ever been to in America, and of course there is none. Ok, so I've obviously gone back several times since my review. I have to say, ever since discovering Fuzzy's Tacos, I find that the food here is very similar. Not necessarily a bad thing. This place is closer to me and conveniently has a drive thru. Service is generally good. The staff is pretty friendly and pleasant, but there's always a few exceptions right? I'm finding more things I like on the menu. Most notably, their crispy beef taco. Like, I think it may just be better than Taco Casa's. Really. They are a bit smaller but stuffed with tasty ground beef, lettuce, and the same finely shredded cheese. This was the most recent discovery and I really enjoyed them. The enchiladas, both chicken and beef, are quite delicious. They are smothered in a cheese sauce which makes it rich and comforting. The enchiladas are generously filled and full of flavor. Oh, and they are made with corn tortillas, as they should be! I had the fish tacos often during Lent. They always include a good sized piece of fish in them. At $3.99 each, I appreciate that. One is actually quite filling as they are stuffed with cheese and veggies. Definitely don't forget the hot sauce. It just adds that extra punch of flavor. I agree with the reviewer that mentioned the receipt with gratuity. Fuzzy's does that too. I'm not tipping at the drive thru, but I have to make sure to note that on my receipt. I have dined inside and it's a counter service establishment. You order and pay at the counter and pick up your food at the window when it's ready and get your own drink. Despite that, the food is good and the service is adequate. I'll be trying their burritos next time. Only thing I find weird is how they fill up their hot sauce halfway full. They'll give you a few, but there's barely enough to put on a taco. If you like Fuzzy's then you'll like this place too. read more

Trying to find the gold flakes in this hot sauce that the girl at the window didn't want to give me. We really do like this place but the customer service KEEPS going downhill. For $50.00 of food she rolled her eyes and almost threw 4 of these containers at me. Then slammed the sliding window and would not look back at me so I could ask for a few more. This is the 2nd location we've visited in a week of never been to a 3 parrots. We had a teen basketball game near this location and this was on the way home. My special needs teen can't have the foods we eat but has proven to LOVE 3 parrots so I walked in while my other teen had the next door neighbor's food (chicken express) in the car. The place was clean, the staff was super nice, the 2 go order was impressively packaged and fast! 3 crunchy beef tacos with meat and cheese only and 3 tiny hot sauces. Perfect! This place reminds me of Fuzzy Tacos. The selection is not that great but they are good at what they do. Tip: Classic burritos are on 10" tortillas and Baja burritos are on 12" burritos. They do not give you much hot sauce. You must ask for it. I ordered a baja fish taco and a baja chicken bowl. The fish taco tasted great. I think it is grilled fish (it definitely was not heavily breaded) and I love that I got fish and not breading in my taco. The taco is pretty big. The baja bowl is huge. I could not finish it all. Had low to no expectations. So I'm giving this place 4 stars for a taco joint, not bc it's gourmet food. So I was pleasantly surprised how well seasoned food was. For a drive thru taco joint, the Salsa was cold and the chips were warm, sweet tea was good but a bit on sweet side.. I had the chicken burrito bowl and it was good, huge portions so I will have lunch for tomorrow. My kids loved the bean and cheese burrito and rice. All and all, can't complain. My fiancee and I have driven by 3 Parrots Taco for the past several months. I had been wanting to try it so one day we stopped in after a morning hike at Eagle Mountain Park. Although it's a typical fast food joint the chicken tacos and beef / bean burrito tasted okay. My main complaint is that the staff are all high school-age kids so the service was pretty marginal. Since we had never been in before I asked the cashier if they called a number or brought it out to us when our order. She said they would call my name. Unfortunately, no one bothered to call my name so our order sat untouched on their counter for more than 5 minutes. If the fiancee hadn't noticed it on the way back from washing her hands it probably would have sat even longer. Only when she went to the counter and asked about it did they mention it was ready. Other than that the majority of the tables were either pretty filthy or had crumbs spread all over. It doesn't appear that the "Always Be Cleaning" motto has been conveyed to the staff. In addition, one of the metal storage pans next to the straws, plastic ware and napkins was completed caked with some kind of gook. It was dried on and clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. That was kinda nasty. All in all, it was a pretty typical fast food experience. The food was good and we will probably stop in again but will definitely set our expectations much lower. read more

We've come here a few times. The tacos are decently priced and taste ok. Not amazing, but good for the price and a quick meal. The queso is really good and we enjoy the margaritas. My real complaint is that they refuse to make quesadillas for kids. It's like a weird stubbornness. They have tortillas, cheese, and a flat top, but refuse to do it. My son won't eat meat or beans so that's all he'll eat at a Mexican place. We asked for a quesadilla and they said they don't have them. We asked if they would just charge us for a soft taco and don't put meat, and just melt it on the flat top. The cashier said, "oh yea sure!" We received a raw tortilla with cold cheese shreds... they would not melt it. Just make the dang quesadilla! I appreciate this business requiring masks and I guess the immature man with his 3 kids couldn't read the very clear note on the door that says masks are required. This place is very frustrating. Sometimes the tacos are great. Other times, the meat (chicken, brisket or beef) is extremely lacking making them terrible. They cram lettuce and cheese inside a shell or tortilla, and if you're lucky, there's also an acceptable portion of meat. Their inconsistency has cost them a ton of business from us. The nachos were the worst I've ever had, so we stick to the tacos when we go. This is also one of those ridiculous places that prints a receipt asking for gratuity. This drives me nuts. I am not tipping you, on already very pricey tacos, for taking my order behind a register, then calling my name to come pick it up from the counter when ready. I feel like every time I pay, their attitude changes once I sign without adding a tip. It's a complete turnoff to be asked for more money for simply taking a food order and providing no additional service. read more

Have eaten on the go about 5 times, each time the food was acceptable for the price. Don't expect it to be extra fresh or authentic Mexican food, but I do like it for the price. I've been trying to cut my fast carbs of late, and I'm finding both the beef and chicken Baja salads are really meaty, really cheesy with a good foundation of crisp lettuce. They throw in a goodly amount of corn, black beans and tomatoes, all of which make for a tasty meal, even without their Baja sauce. I never leave off the Baja sauce. I have to admit, I get tied up and have to have it delivered when I forget to cook and the family begins to get grouchy. But considering they are one of the few places that deliver north of Eagle Mountain Lake, that's a huge plus. Now why a 4 instead of a 5? It's a Taco drive through. The food is 5 stars but holy profit margin. There isn't much cheaper food than Mexican and everything is so high that it makes it tough to choose this place over another, especially a family. I've seen service mentioned on here several times. It's not that they aren't friendly but it is so odd that they don't bring your food out. I have sat down and had the girl call my name looking at me and stand there as I get up and walk to grab the tray. If you pay with a card, there's a field for a tip, even though the customer places order at the counter, has to get their own utensils, drinks and napkins, and have to bus tables themselves (bring trays to tray shelf above trash). Tipping field also at drive-thru, which has a sign in the window suggesting they get paid $10/hr. Sorry, but tips should not be expected for an hourly job at a drive-thru window or one where the customer does most of the leg work. Friendly staff though. Decent food. They don't have steak meat though. Only barbecoa and ground beef. Typically not busy inside. Usually very clean. First 2 points are deal breakers for me though. read more

This place is just around the corner from us. It's a little pricy. We have ate the burritos and tacos there. The tacos do seem a bit pricey but they are pretty large. They use 2 corn tortillas cause it has so much filling. You can actually make 2 tacos out of the filling. Great flavor the brisket is tender and I love pungent flavor of the feta cheese. The burritos are giant, I think that is why they are a bit pricey. You could really make 2 meals out of it or split it. I think it has too many black beans but that's just a personal choice. I'm not a huge fan of beans. Overall good experience. read more
