I was out doing Uber eats and trying to think of what sounded good for lunch and an order came in delivering to here, so decided it was a sign that I needed tacos, so got 5 this time and they were very good. My only complaint was that they only gave 1 lime for 5 tacos which isn't enough and they only gave their green salsa.... The tacos were very good and the price on the board was the price I paid (guess they roll the tip into the price because it says $2 each and 5 tacos was exactly $10. This time I ordered 5 tacos, all with different meats (pretty standard for me really)..I ordered barbacoa, pollo, trompo, pastor, and asada and all 5 were amazing and full of flavor (pollo is usually the wild card since many places don't really season it hardly). They weren't overly greasy, but just greasy enough to feel it without the tortillas falling apart on me and they held up really well. read more

Delicious tacos for an incredible reasonable price. I always love to get asada or pastor, their guacamole, rice and beans, and aqua Fresca. Today, I went into Ruby's with a co-worker and ordered a burrito, but something was wrong with it--it tasted terrible. I asked the lady at the waitress to remake it, and she brought me another burrito that tasted great. After eating, we went to the counter to pay, and she charged me for two burritos. I questioned why I was being charged for both when I hadn't eaten the first one, and it was bad. She replied that it was because I ordered two. The service was very disappointing; I didn't receive a single refill during our meal, despite there only being two other tables occupied. The staff were incredibly rude as well. I will not be returning, and I hope someone reads this warning before they have a similar experience. read more

I had a few minutes this morning so I dropped in for a egg chorizo burrito. Then the lady taking my order said they wld make a barbacoa burrito for my lunch I KNEW I was in Diamond Hill Heaven! I thought the $5 was high but, and that's a BIG but, I when I unpacked them I knew where the $5 was going! I'm not sure if my eyes rolled back in my head but I think they did when I ate the egg burrito at school and then AGAIN when I bit into the Deeeeelicious barbacoa burrito. Yahoo! Holy cow. The tortas and tacos may not be my favorite but I now understand the hype because the burritos are SO GOOD. I got the asada burrito that comes stuffed with rice, beans, asada, cilantro, and onions. Combined with the green salsa it's absolutely Devine! The flavors came together so well that even without the salsa it was delicious. I was iffy after my first time here but now I know it's greatness. Service - dining in or taking out the service is great. It's usually not that busy and the waiter is extraordinarily professional. Spanish music is played in the place, and the smells of food will have your mouth watering Food - many options and if your not a Spanish speaker. Just google the types of meat they have personally for me I like the pork. Food comes out pretty quick to. Gives your a homey feel. Well not that you have reached the end of this review. Nothing special...at all ....the meat has no al carbon taste or relatively good flavor at all...the tortillas are simply fried ....their red salsa was amargada (bitter) meaning it was old and turned from the shelf life .....then they have the nerve to try and charge $0.50 a salsa when ordering $25 plus worth of tacos they wouldn't give 3 of each (three green and three red salsas with out charging extra )....In addition to all the above it took over 30 minutes to make the tacos even though we were told they'd be ready in 15 mins ....first and last time we'll go to this place ....there's way better options out there....don't waste your money here ....it always amazes me that restaurants won't take care of the customers request when it's within reason ....a smart business practice knows they'll get their money back in the short run .....the audacity to try and charge extra for three bitter salsas.....if business like this could only learn the power of good customer service...they'd see much more success in their practice read more
